音響パネル(4)に固定される中心部分(70)と、
当該中心部分(70)と比較して正反対の位置で支持構造体(8)に固定される2つの周辺部分(71、72)とを備える。
Claims (8)
- 背面を備える1つだけの音響パネル(4)と、
前記音響パネル(4)を周囲で取り囲むフレーム(3)と、
前記フレーム(3)と一体の支持体(2)と、
前記支持体(2)に固定される1つだけの磁気ユニット(1)と、
前記音響パネル(4)に固定される1つだけのボイスコイル(6)と、および、
前記フレーム(3)と一体の支持構造体(8)とを備える音響パネルアセンブリ(20
0)において、
前記音響パネルアセンブリ(200)は、前記支持構造体(8)に接続されている複数のばね(7;207;307)を備え、前記ばね(7;207、307)は、前記音響パネル(4)を弾性的に支持するように前記音響パネル(4)の前記背面の異なる位置で接続されいることを特徴とする音響パネルアセンブリ(200)であって、
前記支持構造体(8)は、複数の開口部(80)を備えた格子として成形され、前記ばね(7)は、前記支持構造体(8)の前記開口部(80)の少なくとも一部に配置される、音響パネルアセンブリ(200)。 - 前記支持構造体の前記開口部(80)はラインおよびカラムのパターンにしたがって配置され、全開口部(80)は同一寸法を有し、前記磁気ユニット(1)は前記開口部(80)のうち1箇所に配置され、前記ばね(7)は残りの前記開口部(80)に配置される、請求項1に記載の音響パネルアセンブリ(200)。
- 前記磁気ユニットの前記支持体(2)は前記支持構造体(8)と一体であり、前記磁気ユニット(1)は前記支持構造体(8)の前記開口部(80)のうち1箇所に配置される、請求項1または2に記載の音響パネルアセンブリ(200)。
- 前記ばね(7)は、前記支持構造体(8)と一体となって統合的に作製される、請求項1~3のうちいずれか一項に記載の音響パネルアセンブリ(200)。
- 各ばね(7)は柔軟な弾性材料でできているダンパ(75a、75b)からなる減衰手段(75)を備え、前記ダンパ(75a、75b)は前記ばね(7)の上方および下方に配置される、請求項1~4のうちいずれか一項に記載の音響パネルアセンブリ(200)。
- 各ばね(7)は、
前記音響パネル(4)に固定される中心部分(70)と、
前記中心部分(70)に対して正反対の位置で前記支持構造体(8)に固定される2つの周辺部分(71、72)と、および、
前記中心部分(70)と前記周辺部分(71、72)を接続する湾曲形状を有する2本のアーム(73、74)とを備える、請求項1~5のうちいずれか一項に記載の音響パネルアセンブリ(200)。 - 各ばね(207)は、センタリング装置または波形の断面を備えた円盤形状を有するスパイダを備え、中心部分(270)は前記支持構造体(8)に固定され、周辺環状部分(271)は前記音響パネル(4)に固定された状態である、請求項1~5のうちいずれか一項に記載の音響パネルアセンブリ(200)。
- 前記支持構造体(8)は、ばね(307)として作用する複数の直線の弾性タブを備え、前記ばね(307)は前記支持構造体(8)から突出して、前記音響パネル(4)に固定される一端部(370)を有する、請求項1~5のうちいずれか一項に記載の音響パネルアセンブリ(200)。
