[構成]
まず、本実施の形態に係る照明装置について説明する。
以上のように、本実施の形態に係る発光装置1は、白色光を照射する発光装置である。発光装置1は、基板10と、基板10上に配置された固体発光素子20と、固体発光素子20を被覆するように基板10上に配置された蛍光体層30と、蛍光体層30を露出させることなく取り囲むように基板10上に配置される透光性部材40とを備える。蛍光体層30は、固体発光素子20からの光で励起されて光を放射する、KSF蛍光体35aを含む蛍光部材35が分散されたシリコーン樹脂で構成されている。透光性部材40は、上面視における蛍光体層30の外周を囲む位置で基板10と接する。透光性部材40の水蒸気透過率は、50.0g/m2・day以下である。
以下では、実施の形態1の変形例について説明する。なお、以下の実施の形態1の変形例の説明において、実施の形態1との相違点を中心に説明し、共通点の説明を省略又は簡略化する。

- 白色光を照射する発光装置であって、
基材と、
前記基材上に配置された1以上の固体発光素子と、
前記1以上の固体発光素子からの光で励起されて光を放射する、KSF蛍光体を含む蛍光部材が分散されたシリコーン樹脂で構成され、前記1以上の固体発光素子を被覆するように前記基材上に配置された蛍光体層と、
前記蛍光体層を露出させることなく取り囲むように前記基材上に配置され、上面視における前記蛍光体層の外周を囲む位置で前記基材と接する所定の厚みのシート状又は層状の透光性部材と、を備え、
前記透光性部材の水蒸気透過率は、50.0g/m2・day以下であり、
前記透光性部材は、上面視における前記蛍光体層の外周から、前記基材の表面に沿って前記蛍光体層と離れる方向へ延びた部分であって、前記基材と接する接合面を有する部分を含み、
前記接合面は、シート状又は層状の前記透光性部材の厚み方向に垂直な面である、

前記接着層の厚みは、10μm以上50μm以下である
請求項6又は7に記載の発光装置。 - 前記蛍光体層における前記蛍光部材の濃度は、前記1以上の固体発光素子から離れるに従って減少する
請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の発光装置。 - 前記蛍光体層は、前記蛍光部材の濃度がゼロの領域であって、前記透光性部材に接する領域を有する
