R1、R2、R3、R4、R5、R6、R7、R8、R9、R10は、それぞれ独立して、水素又は重水素から選択され、R2、R3、R5及びR6のうちの少なくとも2つは、重水素であり、
R11は、水素又は重水素から選択され、
n11は、R11の個数であり、1、2又は3から選択され、n11が1よりも大きい場合、いずれか2つのR11は、同じであるか又は異なり、

前記L1、L2、L3、Ar1、Ar2、Ar3における置換基は、それぞれ独立して、重水素、ハロゲン基、シアノ、炭素数3~12のヘテロアリール、炭素数6~12のアリール、炭素数3~12のトリアルキルシリル、炭素数1~10のアルキル、炭素数1~10のハロアルキル、炭素数3~10のシクロアルキル、炭素数2~10のヘテシクロアルキル、炭素数1~10のアルコキシから選択され、
任意選択的に、Ar1、Ar2、Ar3において、いずれか2つの隣接する置換基は、環を形成する。)
以下に記述されている合成例では、特に断らない限り、全ての温度単位は、摂氏度である。一部の試薬は、商品供給者例えばAldrich Chemical Company、Arco Chemical Company and Alfa Chemical Companyから購入され、直接購入できない一部の中間体は、購入した原料を簡単に反応させることにより製造され、特に断らない限り、使用時、さらなる精製を行っていない。他の通常の試薬は、天津好寓宇化学品有限公司、天津市福晨化学試薬場、武漢▲シン▼華遠科技発展有限公司、青島騰龍化学試薬有限公司及び青島海洋化工場などから購入される。各合成例における反応は、通常、窒素ガス又はアルゴンガスの正圧で行われるか、又は無水溶媒を乾燥チューブ(特に断らない限り)で覆って行われる。反応中に、反応フラスコがいずれも適切なゴム栓で塞がれており、基質をシリンジを介して反応フラスコに注入する。用いられる各ガラス容器は、乾燥されたものである。
実施例1 緑色有機エレクトロルミネッセンスデバイス
陽極の製造:厚さが1460ÅのITO基板を40mm×40mm×0.5mmのサイズに切り、フォトリソグラフィ工程を採用し、陰極、陽極及び絶縁層パターンを有する実験基板を得、紫外線オゾン及びO2:N2プラズマを利用して表面処理を行うことで、陽極の仕事関数を高め、ドロスを除去した。
有機発光層を形成する時、化合物221の代わりに以下の表10に示す化合物を用いた以外、実施例1と同様の方法を利用して有機エレクトロルミネッセンスデバイスを製作した。
有機発光層を形成する時、化合物221の代わりに化合物Iを用いた以外、実施例1と同様の方法を利用して有機エレクトロルミネッセンスデバイスを製作した。
有機発光層を形成する時、化合物221の代わりに化合物IIを用いた以外、実施例1と同様の方法を利用して有機エレクトロルミネッセンスデバイスを製作した。
有機発光層を形成する時、化合物221の代わりに化合物IIIを用いた以外、実施例1と同様の方法を利用して有機エレクトロルミネッセンスデバイスを製作した。

- 構造が式2に示す、ことを特徴とする有機化合物。
L3は、単結合、炭素数6~30の置換又は非置換のアリーレンから選択され、
Ar1、Ar2は、それぞれ独立して、炭素数6~30の置換又は非置換のアリール、炭素数3~30の置換又は非置換のヘテロアリールから選択され、
Ar3は、炭素数6~30の置換又は非置換のアリールから選択され、
R1、R2、R3、R4、R5、R6、R7、R8、R9、R10は、それぞれ独立して、水素又は重水素から選択され、R2、R3、R5及びR6のうちの少なくとも2つは、重水素であり、
前記L1、L2、L3、Ar1、Ar2、Ar3における置換基は、それぞれ独立して、重水素、ハロゲン基、シアノ、炭素数3~12のヘテロアリール、炭素数6~12のアリール、炭素数3~12のトリアルキルシリル、炭素数1~10のアルキル、炭素数1~10のハロアルキル、炭素数3~10のシクロアルキル、炭素数2~10のヘテシクロアルキル、炭素数1~10のアルコキシから選択され、
任意選択的に、Ar1、Ar2、Ar3において、いずれか2つの隣接する置換基は、環を形成する。) - L1、L2は、それぞれ独立して、単結合、炭素数6~12の置換又は非置換のアリーレン、炭素数の12~18の置換又は非置換のヘテロアリーレンから選択され、
L1、L2における置換基は、同じであるか又は異なり、それぞれ独立して、重水素、ハロゲン基、シアノ、炭素数1~5のアルキル、フェニルから選択される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機化合物。 - L1、L2は、それぞれ独立して、単結合、置換又は非置換のフェニレン、置換又は非置換のナフチレン、置換又は非置換のビフェニレン、置換又は非置換のカルバゾリレン、置換又は非置換のジベンゾフラニレン、置換又は非置換のジベンゾチエニレンから選択され、
L1、L2における置換基は、同じであるか又は異なり、それぞれ独立して、重水素、フッ素、シアノ、メチル、エチル、n-プロピル、イソプロピル、t-ブチル、フェニルから選択される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機化合物。 - L3は、単結合又はフェニレンから選択される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機化合物。
- Ar1、Ar2は、それぞれ独立して、炭素数6~25の置換又は非置換のアリール、炭素数12~20の置換又は非置換のヘテロアリールから選択され、
Ar1、Ar2における置換基は、同じであるか又は異なり、それぞれ独立して、重水素、ハロゲン基、シアノ、炭素数1~5のアルキル、炭素数6~12のアリールから選択され、
任意選択的に、Ar1、Ar2において、いずれか2つの隣接する置換基は、炭素数5~13の飽和又は不飽和環を形成する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機化合物。 - Ar1、Ar2は、それぞれ独立して、置換又は非置換のフェニル、置換又は非置換のナフチル、置換又は非置換のビフェニル、置換又は非置換のターフェニル、置換又は非置換のフェナントリル、置換又は非置換のフルオレン、置換又は非置換のジベンゾフラニル、置換又は非置換のカルバゾリル、置換又は非置換のジベンゾチエニルから選択され、
Ar1、Ar2における置換基は、同じであるか又は異なり、それぞれ独立して、重水素、フッ素、シアノ、メチル、エチル、n-プロピル、イソプロピル、t-ブチル、フェニル、ナフチルから選択され、
任意選択的に、Ar1、Ar2において、いずれか2つの隣接する置換基は、フルオレン環を形成する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機化合物。 - Ar3は、炭素数6~20の置換又は非置換のアリールであり、
Ar3における置換基は、同じであるか又は異なり、それぞれ独立して、重水素、ハロゲン基、シアノ、炭素数1~5のアルキル、フェニルから選択される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機化合物。 - Ar3は、置換又は非置換のフェニル、置換又は非置換のナフチル、置換又は非置換のビフェニルから選択され、
Ar3における置換基は、同じであるか又は異なり、それぞれ独立して、重水素、フッ素、シアノ、メチル、エチル、n-プロピル、イソプロピル、t-ブチル、フェニルから選択される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機化合物。 - R1、R2、R3は、いずれも重水素であるか、又はR4、R5、R6は、いずれも重水素である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機化合物。
- R4、R5、R6、R7、R8、R9、R10は、いずれも重水素である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機化合物。
- 下記化合物からなる群から選択される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機化合物。
- 有機エレクトロルミネッセンスデバイスであって、対向して設けられる陽極と陰極、及び前記陽極と前記陰極との間に設けられる機能層とを含み、
前記機能層は、請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載の有機化合物を含み、
前記機能層は、有機発光層を含み、
前記有機エレクトロルミネッセンスデバイスは、緑色有機エレクトロルミネッセンスデバイスである、有機エレクトロルミネッセンスデバイス。 - 請求項13に記載の有機エレクトロルミネッセンスデバイスを含む、ことを特徴とする電子装置。
