Description
Claims (5)
- ディスプレーサと、
ディスプレーサ駆動機構と、
前記ディスプレーサ駆動機構を前記ディスプレーサに連結する連結ロッドと、
前記連結ロッドを軸方向に往復動可能に支持するシール部品であって、
前記連結ロッドが挿通され、前記連結ロッドとの間に非接触シールとして働く径方向クリアランスを定めるブッシュと、
前記径方向クリアランスに対し前記ディスプレーサ駆動機構側で前記ブッシュに保持され、前記径方向クリアランスを封止する第1接触シールと、
前記径方向クリアランスに対し前記ディスプレーサ側で前記ブッシュに保持され、前記径方向クリアランスを封止する第2接触シールと、を備えるシール部品と、を備え、
極低温冷凍機の運転中、前記ディスプレーサを取りまく圧力は第1圧力とこれより低い第2圧力とを周期的に変動し、前記ディスプレーサ駆動機構を取りまく圧力は前記第1圧力または前記第2圧力のいずれかに維持され、前記非接触シールは前記第1圧力と前記第2圧力の中間圧を有することを特徴とする極低温冷凍機。 - 前記第1接触シールおよび前記第2接触シールの少なくとも一方は、前記連結ロッドに接触するシールリングと、前記シールリングを前記連結ロッドに押し付けるように前記シールリングと前記ブッシュとの間に配置されたバックリングと、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の極低温冷凍機。
- 前記ブッシュは、樹脂材料で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の極低温冷凍機。
- 前記シール部品は、前記非接触シールを軸方向に分割するように前記第1接触シールと前記第2接触シールの間で前記ブッシュに保持された中間接触シールをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の極低温冷凍機。
- 極低温冷凍機のディスプレーサ駆動機構をディスプレーサに連結する連結ロッドを軸方向に往復動可能に支持するシール部品であって、
前記連結ロッドが挿通され、前記連結ロッドとの間に非接触シールとして働く径方向クリアランスを定めるブッシュと、
前記径方向クリアランスに対し前記ディスプレーサ駆動機構側で前記ブッシュに保持され、前記径方向クリアランスを封止する第1接触シールと、
前記径方向クリアランスに対し前記ディスプレーサ側で前記ブッシュに保持され、前記径方向クリアランスを封止する第2接触シールと、を備え、
前記極低温冷凍機の運転中、前記ディスプレーサを取りまく圧力は第1圧力とこれより低い第2圧力とを周期的に変動し、前記ディスプレーサ駆動機構を取りまく圧力は前記第1圧力または前記第2圧力のいずれかに維持され、前記非接触シールは前記第1圧力と前記第2圧力の中間圧を有することを特徴とするシール部品。
