Claims (14)
- 複数の組の軸受のうち、シャフトと支持体との間に配置された少なくとも一組の軸受の動作温度を監視するための装置であって、
少なくとも一組の軸受を参照する少なくとも1つの温度センサと、
少なくとも1つのコントローラと、を有し、
前記少なくとも1つの温度センサは、前記少なくとも1つのコントローラに電気的に関連付けられ、
軸受の各組の前記温度センサは、それぞれの組の軸受の動作温度が少なくとも1つの閾値温度を超えることを前記コントローラに伝達し、
前記閾値温度のいずれが超過されるかに応じて、前記温度センサによって実行される2つの測定間の時間間隔が短縮または延長され、
前記コントローラは、複数のコード番号を保有し、
前記軸受の各組に前記複数のコード番号のうちの少なくとも1つが割り当てられ、
前記コード番号は、個々の前記軸受の組を識別するものである、装置。 - 少なくとも1つの温度センサが、前記支持体の凹部に配置されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの温度センサが、それぞれの組の軸受に面して、熱伝導性および/または接着性化合物で充填される少なくとも1つの空洞を有する、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記温度センサは、少なくとも1つの送信素子によって前記コントローラに関連付けられる、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記軸受のそれぞれの組の感知された動作温度に応じて変化し、前記コントローラへ変化する入力電圧をもたらす少なくとも1つの電気的パラメータを有する、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの温度センサが、前記軸受の組に隣接して配置される、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの温度センサによって実行される個々の測定の間の時間間隔が、前記軸受の組の感知された動作温度に応じて延長または短縮される、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- プリント回路基板(PCB)および/または整流器および/またはトランシーバ回路および/またはアンテナおよび/または無線周波数モジュール(RFモジュール)を備える、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- エネルギー蓄積システムおよび/またはエネルギー蓄積装置および/またはエネルギー蓄積装置充電器を備える、請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- エネルギー蓄積システムによって電力供給される、請求項9項に記載の装置。
- 前記エネルギー蓄積システムは、コイルの中心を動く磁石を備え、複数の運動ベクトルのうちの少なくとも1つは、重力方向および反対方向に配置され、前記磁石は、ばねによって垂直に支持される、請求項9又は10に記載の装置。
- 軸受の各組に個々のコード番号が割り当てられる、請求項1から請求項11のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 請求項1から請求項12のいずれか1項に記載の装置を含むシステム。
- 請求項1から請求項12のいずれか1項に記載の装置に含まれる少なくとも1つの温度センサ。
