Claims (12)
- ハウジングと、
前記ハウジングを覆うように配置されるカバーと、
前記ハウジング内に配置されるステータと、
前記ステータの内側に配置されるロータと、
前記ロータの中央に配置されるシャフトと、
前記シャフトの端部に配置されるセンシングマグネットと、
前記センシングマグネットを感知するセンサを含む回路基板と、
前記センサを覆うように配置されるシーリング部材を含み、
前記カバーに形成されたホールの内部に前記センサが配置され、
前記センシングマグネットの一面は前記シーリング部材と接触する、モータ。 - 前記ホールは内径が異なる第1領域と第2領域を含み、
前記第1領域の内径は前記第2領域の内径より大きく、
前記シーリング部材は前記第1領域に配置される、請求項1に記載のモータ。 - 前記シーリング部材は前記ホールを通じて前記センサに塗布されて硬化する、請求項2に記載のモータ。
- 前記センシングマグネットは前記シーリング部材を挟んで前記センサと向かい合うように配置される、請求項3に記載のモータ。
- ハウジングと、
前記ハウジングを覆うように配置されるカバーと、
前記ハウジング内に配置されるステータと、
前記ステータの内側に配置されるロータと、
前記ロータの中央に配置されるシャフトと、
前記シャフトの端部に配置されるセンシングマグネットと、
前記センシングマグネットを感知するセンサを含む回路基板を含み、
前記カバーに形成されたホールの内部に前記センサが配置され、
前記ロータは、
ロータコアと前記ロータコアの外周面に互いに離隔するように配置される複数個のマグネットを含むロータ部と、
前記ロータ部の上部と下部をそれぞれ覆う一対の缶を含み、
前記缶は、
板状のプレート部と、
前記プレート部の外周面から軸方向に突出した側壁部と、
前記プレート部から突出した少なくとも二つの突出部を含み、
前記突出部は前記ロータコアに向かって突出する、モータ。 - 前記突出部は前記プレート部の一領域を切開し加圧して形成される、請求項5に記載のモータ。
- 前記プレート部は中央に形成されたホールを含み、
前記ロータの中心(C)を基準として前記プレート部の内周面までの半径は前記ロータコアの外周面までの距離より小さい、請求項6に記載のモータ。 - 前記突出部は前記プレート部から折り曲げられて延びた連結部および前記連結部から延びた支持部を含み、
前記支持部は前記ロータコアの一側と接触する、請求項7に記載のモータ。 - 前記支持部が前記ロータコアによって加圧されることによって、前記支持部と前記連結部が会う一領域が前記ロータコアと線接触する、請求項8に記載のモータ。
- 一対の前記缶の前記側壁部の軸方向の長さの和は前記ロータコアの軸方向の長さより大きい、請求項5に記載のモータ。
- 前記突出部は中心を基準として回転対称となるように少なくとも一対が配置される、請求項5に記載のモータ。
- 前記缶の厚さは3.0~3.5Tである、請求項5に記載のモータ。
