Claims (8)
- 検体から切り出された検体片の蛍光観察を同一の蛍光プローブで行う蛍光観察装置であって、
前記検体片が載置されるトレイと、
前記検体片に照射する励起光を発生する光源部と、
前記検体片からの蛍光を検出する検出部と、
前記検出部からの検出信号に基づいて前記検体片の蛍光画像を生成する画像生成部と、を備え、
前記トレイは、当該トレイの中央領域の周囲に設けられた複数の載置領域を備えると共に、前記検体に対する前記検体片の切り出し方位と前記中央領域に対する前記載置領域の方位とを対応付ける標識部を備える蛍光観察装置。 - 前記トレイは、前記励起光の照射によって基準となる強度の蛍光を発生させる参照部を備える請求項1記載の蛍光観察装置。
- 前記参照部は、前記中央領域に設けられている請求項2記載の蛍光観察装置。
- 前記複数の載置領域は、仕切部材によって互いに仕切られている請求項1~3のいずれか一項記載の蛍光観察装置。
- 前記載置領域には、前記検体片を固定する固定部が設けられている請求項1~4のいずれか一項記載の蛍光観察装置。
- 前記載置領域に配置されるディッシュを更に備え、
前記ディッシュには、前記検体片を固定する固定部が設けられている請求項1~4のいずれか一項記載の蛍光観察装置。 - 前記画像生成部は、前記検出部での前記蛍光の検出の明度分布を保有し、前記明度分布に基づいて前記蛍光画像のシェーディング補正を行う請求項1~6のいずれか一項記載の蛍光観察装置。
- 前記画像生成部は、前記検体片の蛍光の観察結果と前記載置領域とを対応付けた結果画像を生成する請求項1~7のいずれか一項記載の蛍光観察装置。
