Claims (4)
- 少なくとも2本の導体と、
前記導体に対して、互いに同じ方向を向く検出面を有し、当該検出面に入力される磁束の磁束密度を検出する少なくとも2つの磁気検出素子が設けられ、当該少なくとも2つの磁気検出素子の夫々の前記検出面に入力される前記磁束の前記検出面に直交する直交成分の前記磁束密度の差分に応じた信号を出力する少なくとも2つの磁電変換ユニットと、を備え、
前記少なくとも2本の導体の夫々は、互いに隣接する2本の導体の隣接方向である第1方向に直交する第2方向に沿って延出する延出部と、前記第1方向及び前記第2方向の双方に直交する第3方向に沿って延出する直交部分を有し前記延出部に対して前記第3方向に凹んだ凹状部とが設けられ、
前記少なくとも2つの磁電変換ユニットの夫々は、前記検出面が前記凹状部の夫々の前記直交部分に対向した状態で、且つ、前記検出面が前記凹状部における前記第2方向に沿う方向の中央部よりも前記直交部分の側にオフセットした状態で設けられている電流センサ。 - 前記互いに隣接する2本の導体の一方の前記凹状部に設けられる前記磁電変換ユニットは、前記2本の導体の他方の前記凹状部の前記中央部から前記第1方向に沿う延長線上の位置に設けられている請求項1に記載の電流センサ。
- 前記互いに隣接する2本の導体の前記凹状部の夫々に設けられる2つの前記磁電変換ユニットは、1枚の基板において互いに異なる面に実装されている請求項1又は2に記載の電流センサ。
- 前記少なくとも2本の導体は、三相モータに接続される3本のバスバーであって、前記3本のバスバーは、前記延出部が前記第1方向に沿って一列に並んでいる請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電流センサ。
