Description
図1は、実施形態に係るサーマルヘッドの概略を示す斜視図である。図1に示すように、実施形態に係るサーマルヘッドX1は、放熱体1と、ヘッド基体3と、FPC(フレキシブルプリント配線板)5とを備えている。ヘッド基体3は、放熱体1上に位置する。FPC5は、ヘッド基体3と電気的に接続されている。ヘッド基体3は、基板7と、発熱部9と、駆動IC11と被覆部材29とを備える。
次に、図7~図10を参照して、実施形態の第1変形例~第5変形例に係るサーマルヘッドX1について説明する。

Claims (8)
- 基板と、
前記基板の上に位置する電極と、
前記基板または前記電極の上に位置する接合材と、
前記接合材の上に位置し、前記接合材を介して前記電極と電気的に接続される導電部材と、
前記基板の上に位置し、前記接合材および前記導電部材を覆う封止材と
を備え、
前記接合材は、前記導電部材の周縁に前記基板および前記導電部材から離れて位置する突起部を有し、
前記導電部材は、前記接合材に面する第1端面と、前記第1端面よりも基板側に位置し、平面視で前記第1端面を囲む第2端面とを有するサーマルヘッド。 - 前記突起部の端部は、前記第1端面よりも前記基板から離れて位置する
