Claims (2)
- 内部電極を有しかつ前記内部電極の一部が表面に露出している、セラミック素体を用意する工程と、
前記セラミック素体の表面の一部に、前記内部電極と電気的に接続される、外部電極を設ける工程と、
を備え、
前記外部電極を設ける工程は、
前記セラミック素体における前記内部電極が露出している部分を覆うように、導電性金属およびガラスを含む導電性ペーストを塗布し、焼き付けることによって、焼付電極層を形成する工程と、
前記焼付電極層の表面を、前記セラミック素体における前記焼付電極層から露出した部分のモース硬度以下である7.5以下のモース硬度であり、かつ平均粒径が120μm以下である、粉体を用いて、ブラスト処理する工程と、次いで、
前記焼付電極層の表面に、めっき膜を電気めっき法により形成する工程と、
を含む、
セラミック電子部品の製造方法。 - 前記粉体の粒子形状は球状である、請求項1に記載のセラミック電子部品の製造方法。
