Claims (12)
- 互いに交差する方向に結合する第1部材と第2部材を含み、
前記第1部材と前記第2部材は溶接結合し、
前記第1部材と前記第2部材の溶接部は、前記第1部材と前記第2部材の結合面を基準にして前記第1部材に形成される第1溶接部、および前記第2部材に形成される第2溶接部を含み、
前記第1溶接部と前記第2溶接部は互いに非対称の形状を有する、電池モジュールであって、
複数の電池セルを含む電池セル積層体、および
前記電池セル積層体を収容するモジュールフレームをさらに含み、
前記モジュールフレームは、U字型フレーム、および前記U字型フレームと結合する板状型プレートを含み、
前記U字型フレームは、底部および互いに対向する2個の側面部を含み、
前記第1部材は前記板状型プレートであり、前記第2部材は前記側面部であり、
前記板状型プレートの一側の周縁部には陥没部が形成され、前記陥没部に囲まれる内側部分は、前記陥没部より厚く、かつ平坦に形成されており、前記陥没部で前記板状型プレートと前記側面部との結合面が形成され、
前記第1部材と前記第2部材の溶接部は、全体として、前記板状型プレートと前記側面部との前記結合面に対して斜め方向に向かう形状を有する、電池モジュール。 - 前記結合面と隣接した前記板状型プレートの一側面と前記側面部の外側面は平行に形成される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セル積層体の前面および後面で前記モジュールフレームと結合されるエンドプレートをさらに含む、請求項1または2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 複数の電池セルが積層されている電池セル積層体をU字型フレームと板状型プレートとの間に装着する段階と、
互いに交差する方向に結合する前記板状型プレートと前記U字型フレームとを溶接結合する段階を含み、
前記板状型プレートと前記U字型フレームとを溶接結合する段階は、前記板状型プレートと前記U字型フレームとの結合面にチルティングされた状態でレーザ溶接し、
前記板状型プレートと前記U字型フレームとの結合面と溶接照射ビームの照射方向の延長線が交差し、
前記板状型プレートの一側の周縁部には陥没部が形成され、前記陥没部に囲まれる内側部分は、前記陥没部より厚く、かつ平坦に形成されており、前記陥没部で前記板状型プレートと前記U字型フレームとの結合面が形成される、電池モジュール製造方法。 - 前記溶接照射ビームは、前記結合面を基準にしてシフトされた位置で前記U字型フレームに入射する、請求項4に記載の電池モジュール製造方法。
- 前記U字型フレームは、底部および互いに対向する2個の側面部を含み、
前記板状型プレートと前記U字型フレームを溶接結合することにより、前記側面部と前記板状型プレートが溶接結合される、請求項5に記載の電池モジュール製造方法。 - 前記結合面と隣接した前記板状型プレートの一側面と前記側面部の外側面は、平行に形成される、請求項6に記載の電池モジュール製造方法。
- 前記U字型フレームは、底部および互いに対向する2個の側面部を含み、
前記板状型プレートと前記U字型フレームを溶接結合する段階は、前記側面部の上端に前記板状型プレートが重畳した状態で溶接工程が行われる、請求項4に記載の電池モジュール製造方法。 - 前記板状型プレートと前記U字型フレームを溶接結合する段階は、N2ガス雰囲気で行われる、請求項4に記載の電池モジュール製造方法。
- 前記チルティングする角度は13.5度~21.5度である、請求項4に記載の電池モジュール製造方法。
- 前記チルティングする角度は15度~20度である、請求項10に記載の電池モジュール製造方法。
- 前記板状型プレートと前記U字型フレームを溶接結合する段階は、前記板状型プレートと前記U字型フレームの間のギャップを基準にしてデュアルビームレーザ溶接することを含む、請求項4に記載の電池モジュール製造方法。
