Description
図1に実施形態のステッピングモータ100を示す。ステッピングモータ100は、クローポール型の2相PM(Permanent Magnet)型ステッピングモータである。ステッピングモータ100は、ステータ500を備えている。ステータ500は、A相ステータユニット200と、B相ステータユニット300を軸方向で結合した構造を有している。ここで、A相ステータユニット200とB相ステータユニット300は、同じ構造であり、一方を他方に対して軸方向において反転させ、その背面同士を接触させ、結合することで、ステータ500を構成している。
ロータ400の軸中心には、シャフト401が軸方向に貫通した状態で固定され、シャフト401のロータ400から図3中左側に突出した端部は、軸受250を介してフロントプレート210に回転自在に支持され、シャフト401のロータ400から右側に突出した端部は、軸受260を介してエンドプレート310に回転自在に支持されている。
本発明は上記実施形態のようなクローポール型の2相ステッピングモータに限定されるものではなく、その他の多相PM型ステッピングモータに適用可能である。
Claims (4)
- 前記ロータの外周面にのみ磁極を有する請求項1に記載のステッピングモータ。
- 前記第2軸受は、小径部と大径部とを備え、前記小径部が蓋部材に固定され、前記大径部が前記ロータの端面に臨んでいる請求項1または2に記載のステッピングモータ。
- 前記ロータと前記第2軸受との間に樹脂製ワッシャーを設けた請求項1~3のいずれかに記載のステッピングモータ。
