まず、図1を参照して、本発明の一実施形態であるバーチャルパワープラントの構成について説明する。
図2は、本発明の一実施形態である行動パターンモデル作成処理の流れを示すフローチャートである。図2に示すフローチャートは、データベースサーバ4が備えるデータベースに格納されている車両データが更新されたときやデータ処理サーバ5に対して行動パターンモデル作成処理の実行指令が入力されたとき等の所定のタイミングで開始となり、行動パターンモデル作成処理はステップS1の処理に進む。
図6は、本発明の一実施形態である充放電制御処理の流れを示すフローチャートである。図6に示すフローチャートは、車両2のバッテリの充放電計画を作成するとき等の所定のタイミングで開始となり、充放電制御処理はステップS11の処理に進む。

Claims (3)
- 車両に搭載されている蓄電池の充放電動作を制御することにより送配電網内の電力の需給バランスを調整するバーチャルパワープラントの制御装置であって、
前記車両の過去の行動パターンに基づいて充放電動作要求時における車両のバーチャルパワープラントへの参加可能性を推定する推定手段と、
前記推定手段の推定結果に基づいて車両に搭載されている蓄電池の充放電動作を制御する制御手段と、
を備え、
前記推定手段は、充放電動作要求時における車両の駐車率を推定し、推定された駐車率に基づいて車両のバーチャルパワープラントへの参加可能性を推定する、バーチャルパワープラントの制御装置。 - 前記推定手段は、前記駐車率に基づいて充放電動作要求時に充放電動作が可能な車両の台数を推定する、請求項1に記載のバーチャルパワープラントの制御装置。
- 前記推定手段は、車両群単位で充放電動作要求時におけるバーチャルパワープラントへの参加可能性を推定する、請求項1又は2に記載のバーチャルパワープラントの制御装置。
