Description

外周側面と、外周側面の内周側に配設され、第一底面から第二底面まで流路を形成する複数のセルを区画形成する隔壁とを備えた角柱状ハニカム構造体を複数配列するための板状部を備えたトレイであって、
板状部は、
角柱状ハニカム構造体を外周側面が接触するようにして載置するための複数の波板状載置部と、
それぞれの波板状載置部に隣接する平板状非載置部と、
隣り合う角柱状ハニカム構造体の外周側面が互いに接触するのを防止するために、隣り合う波板状載置部の間に立設された仕切り壁と、
を備え、
それぞれの波板状載置部は、隣接する平板状非載置部の上面よりも上方に突出した複数の山部と、隣接する平板状非載置部の下面よりも下方に突出した複数の谷部を交互に有しており、
前記仕切り壁の幅方向における、それぞれの波板状載置部の山部の両端間の長さは、角柱状ハニカム構造体の第一底面から第二底面までの距離よりも短く、
前記仕切り壁の幅方向における、それぞれの波板状載置部の谷部の両端間の長さは、角柱状ハニカム構造体の第一底面から第二底面までの距離よりも短い、

前記仕切り壁の幅方向における、それぞれの波板状載置部の山部の両端間の長さは、角柱状ハニカム構造体の第一底面から第二底面までの距離に対して50%~95%の長さである[1]に記載のトレイ。

前記仕切り壁の幅方向における、それぞれの波板状載置部の谷部の両端間の長さは、角柱状ハニカム構造体の第一底面から第二底面までの距離に対して50%~95%の長さである[1]又は[2]に記載のトレイ。

それぞれの波板状載置部は、矩形波状の断面を有する[1]~[3]の何れか一項に記載のトレイ。

平板状非載置部の上面に対する前記山部の高さは、平板状非載置部の上面に対する前記仕切り壁の高さよりも低い[1]~[4]の何れか一項に記載のトレイ。

ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポリエチレンテレフタラート、塩化ビニル、鉄、アルミニウム、及び紙から選択される少なくとも一種の材料を含有する[1]~[5]の何れか一項に記載のトレイ。

それぞれの波板状載置部において、隣接する平板状非載置部の上面に対する前記山部の高さと、隣接する平板状非載置部の下面に対する前記谷部の深さは、同一である[1]~[6]の何れか一項に記載のトレイ。

第一のトレイの上に載置された複数の角柱状ハニカム構造体の第一の配列と、
前記第一の配列の上に載置された第二のトレイと、
第二のトレイの上に載置された複数の角柱状ハニカム構造体の第二の配列と、
を備え、
第一のトレイ及び第二のトレイは何れも[1]~[7]の何れか一項に記載のトレイである、
角柱状ハニカム構造体の梱包体。

第一のトレイの下に載置されたパレットを備える[8]に記載の角柱状ハニカム構造体の梱包体。

前記第一の配列と第二のトレイとの間に挟まれた緩衝材を備える[8]又は[9]に記載の角柱状ハニカム構造体の梱包体。
本発明に係るトレイは、角柱状ハニカム構造体を梱包、輸送又は保管するのに適している。角柱状ハニカム構造体は、例えば、燃焼装置、典型的には車両に搭載されるエンジンからの排ガスラインに装着されるススを捕集するDPF(Diesel Particulate Filter)及びGPF(Gasoline Particulate Filter)として使用可能である。
図2には、本発明の一実施形態に係るトレイ100の平面模式図が示されている。図3には図2に示すトレイ100の太線枠Xで囲まれた部分の拡大図が示されている。また、図3には当該拡大図で示される部分のA-A線端面図及びB-B線端面図が示されている。
それぞれの波板状載置部111に隣接する平板状非載置部112と、
隣り合う角柱状ハニカム構造体の外周側面が互いに接触するのを防止するために、隣り合う波板状載置部111の間に立設された仕切り壁113と、
を備える。
図6には、本発明の実施形態に係るトレイを用いた角柱状ハニカム構造体10の梱包体200の斜視図が例示的に示されている。梱包体200は、本発明の実施形態に係る第一のトレイ100aの上に載置された複数の角柱状ハニカム構造体10の第一の配列と、前記第一の配列の上に載置された本発明の実施形態に係る第二のトレイ100bと、第二のトレイ100bの上に載置された複数の角柱状ハニカム構造体の第二の配列とを備える。
以下、角柱状ハニカム構造体の比較例に係る積み重ね方法について簡単に説明する。既に述べた符号と同一の符号については重複する説明を省略する。

Claims (10)
- 外周側面と、外周側面の内周側に配設され、第一底面から第二底面まで流路を形成する複数のセルを区画形成する隔壁とを備えた角柱状ハニカム構造体を複数配列するための板状部を備えたトレイであって、
板状部は、
角柱状ハニカム構造体を外周側面が接触するようにして載置するための複数の波板状載置部と、
それぞれの波板状載置部に隣接する平板状非載置部と、
隣り合う角柱状ハニカム構造体の外周側面が互いに接触するのを防止するために、隣り合う波板状載置部の間に立設された仕切り壁と、
を備え、
それぞれの波板状載置部は、隣接する平板状非載置部の上面よりも上方に突出した複数の山部と、隣接する平板状非載置部の下面よりも下方に突出した複数の谷部を交互に有しており、
前記仕切り壁の幅方向における、それぞれの波板状載置部の山部の両端間の長さは、角柱状ハニカム構造体の第一底面から第二底面までの距離よりも短く、
前記仕切り壁の幅方向における、それぞれの波板状載置部の谷部の両端間の長さは、角柱状ハニカム構造体の第一底面から第二底面までの距離よりも短い、
トレイ。 - 前記仕切り壁の幅方向における、それぞれの波板状載置部の山部の両端間の長さは、角柱状ハニカム構造体の第一底面から第二底面までの距離に対して50%~95%の長さである請求項1に記載のトレイ。
- 前記仕切り壁の幅方向における、それぞれの波板状載置部の谷部の両端間の長さは、角柱状ハニカム構造体の第一底面から第二底面までの距離に対して50%~95%の長さである請求項1又は2に記載のトレイ。
- それぞれの波板状載置部は、矩形波状の断面を有する請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載のトレイ。
- 平板状非載置部の上面に対する前記山部の高さは、平板状非載置部の上面に対する前記仕切り壁の高さよりも低い請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載のトレイ。
- ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポリエチレンテレフタラート、塩化ビニル、鉄、アルミニウム、及び紙から選択される少なくとも一種の材料を含有する請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載のトレイ。
- それぞれの波板状載置部において、隣接する平板状非載置部の上面に対する前記山部の高さと、隣接する平板状非載置部の下面に対する前記谷部の深さは、同一である請求項1~6の何れか一項に記載のトレイ。
- 第一のトレイの上に載置された複数の角柱状ハニカム構造体の第一の配列と、
前記第一の配列の上に載置された第二のトレイと、
第二のトレイの上に載置された複数の角柱状ハニカム構造体の第二の配列と、
を備え、
第一のトレイ及び第二のトレイは何れも請求項1~7の何れか一項に記載のトレイである、
角柱状ハニカム構造体の梱包体。 - 第一のトレイの下に載置されたパレットを備える請求項8に記載の角柱状ハニカム構造体の梱包体。
- 前記第一の配列と第二のトレイとの間に挟まれた緩衝材を備える請求項8又は9に記載の角柱状ハニカム構造体の梱包体。
