Claims (8)

パイロットラインがポンプ(3)のポンプライン(Pl)に接続されているパイロット操作弁を有する動的論理素子(12)であって、
前記パイロット操作弁は、前記流体の需要または流れに基づいてタンクライン内の前記流体の圧力および前記流れを調整するために、方向制御弁(4)の前記タンクライン内で必要とされる圧力制限レベルを感知して、前記動的論理素子(12)を反比例して作動させて、前記流体の通路についての圧力制限を最適レベルに設定する、動的論理素子(12)と、
シリンダ(13)およびモータ(14)の最大戻りライン流量および最小戻りライン流量などの可変戻りライン流れ特性を検出する少なくとも1つのセンサおよびコントローラ(16)と、
を備える、装置において、

- 少なくとも1つの圧力センサが、特定のサービスポート上に取り付けられ、前記少なくとも1つの圧力センサが、前記特定のサービスポート内に流れが存在し、かつ、前記コントローラ(16)が前記動的論理素子(12)へ適切な信号を送信して選択的制限を適用する場合、入力信号を前記コントローラ(16)へ供給する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記流体は、オイルである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 方向制御弁(4)と、
請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の動的論理素子(12)と、
主リリーフ弁(5)を有する前記方向制御弁(4)に接続されているポンプ(3)、およびオイル冷却器(18)および戻りラインフィルタ(19)経由で、タンク(1)に戻るように接続されている前記方向制御弁(4)の高圧キャリーオーバ(HPCO)ライン(17)であって、前記方向制御弁(4)のタンクラインが、前記ポンプ(3)と前記主リリーフ弁(5)との間の点からの圧力を感知する前記動的論理素子(12)に接続されており、前記動的論理素子(12)は、パイロットラインが前記ポンプ(3)のポンプライン(Pl)に接続されているパイロット操作弁を有する、ポンプ(3)およびHPCOライン(17)と、
油圧シリンダ(13)と、
油圧モータ(14)と、
を備える、キャビテーションを低減するために流体の流れを調整するシステム。
