Claims (14)
- 互いに間隔を空けて配置された複数の発光ダイオード、第1連結電極、および前記発光ダイオードに電気的に接続され、前記複数の発光ダイオードごとに配置された透明電極を含む発光部と、
前記発光部の上方に配置され、複数の透明層、遮断層、および保護基板を含む光変換部と、を含み、
前記第1連結電極は、前記発光ダイオードの下方に配置され、前記発光ダイオードに電気的に接続され、
前記第1連結電極は、前記発光ダイオードよりも大きなサイズを有し、
前記透明層が、前記複数の発光ダイオードの少なくとも2つの上に配置され、
前記遮断層は、前記透明層の間に配置され、
前記保護基板は、前記透明層および前記遮断層上に配置され、
前記発光ダイオードの各々は、
n型半導体層と、
p型半導体層と、
前記n型半導体層と前記p型半導体層との間に配置された活性層と、を含む、
ディスプレイ装置。 - 前記複数の発光ダイオードは一定の間隔で配置される、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記複数の発光ダイオードのうち少なくとも2つは、異なる波長の光を発するように構成される、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記発光ダイオードを駆動するように構成された複数のTFTを含むTFTパネル部をさらに含み、
前記発光部および前記TFTパネル部は、前記発光ダイオードと前記TFTとがそれぞれ電気的に接続されるように、その一方の面で互いに向き合うように結合される、請求項3に記載のディスプレイ装置。 - 前記TFTパネル部は、
TFT駆動回路を内蔵したパネル基板と、
前記パネル基板上に配置され、前記TFT駆動回路と電気的に接続された第2連結電極と、
を含む、請求項4に記載のディスプレイ装置。 - 前記発光部と前記TFTパネル部との間に配置された異方性導電フィルムをさらに含み、
前記異方性導電フィルムは、前記発光部と前記TFTパネル部とを電気的に接続する、請求項5に記載のディスプレイ装置。 - 前記異方性導電フィルムは、前記発光部の前記第1連結電極と前記TFTパネル部の前記第2連結電極とを電気的に接続する、請求項6に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記光変換部は、前記複数の発光ダイオードの少なくとも1つの上に配置された蛍光体層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記蛍光体層は、赤色蛍光体層または青色蛍光体層を含む、請求項8に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 1つのピクセルは、複数のサブピクセルを含み、
前記複数のサブピクセルのそれぞれには、少なくとも1つの発光ダイオードが配置され、
前記複数のサブピクセルのうちの1つは、他のサブピクセルから発せられる光とは異なる色の光を発するように構成される、請求項8に記載のディスプレイ装置。 - 前記複数のサブピクセルの少なくとも1つは、他のサブピクセルと異なるサイズを有する、請求項10に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記ピクセルは、赤色光、緑色光、および青色光をそれぞれ放出するように構成された第1サブピクセル、第2サブピクセル、および第3サブピクセルを含み、
前記第1サブピクセルは、前記第2サブピクセルおよび前記第3サブピクセルよりも大きいサイズを有する、請求項11に記載のディスプレイ装置。 - 前記複数の発光ダイオードのうち少なくとも1つは、他の少なくとも2つの発光ダイオードが配置されているライン上には配置されていない、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記透明電極は、前記発光ダイオードの上方に配置されている、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ装置。
