Claims (9)
- 排ガス後処理のための装置、特に環状触媒コンバータ(1)であって、第1の管状の流路(8)と、変向チャンバと、第2の環状の流路(2)とを備えており、前記管状の流路(8)は半径方向外側に向かって内管によって画定されており、前記第2の環状の流路(2)は半径方向内側に向かって前記内管によって、半径方向外側に向かって外管によって画定されており、前記変向チャンバは、前記管状の流路(8)からの排ガス流を前記環状の流路(2)内へと変向するために形成されている、装置において、
前記環状触媒コンバータ(1)は少なくとも1つの環状の担体本体(3,6)を有しており、前記担体本体には触媒活性コーティングが施されており、前記担体本体は前記環状の流路(2)内に配置されており、
前記環状触媒コンバータ(1)の前記外管、または前記外管を内部に収容しているジャケットは、加熱エレメントを有していることを特徴とする、排ガス後処理のための装置。 - 前記担体本体(3,6)は、複数の金属フィルムから生成されており、前記金属フィルムの間に、流れ方向に沿って貫流可能な複数の流れ通路を形成している、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記金属フィルムの少なくともいくつかは空所(5)を有しており、これにより、互いに隣接する流れ通路の間に溢流通路が形成される、請求項2記載の装置。
- 前記担体本体(3,6)は、少なくとも部分的に構造化された金属フィルムと、平滑な金属フィルムとから形成されており、前記両フィルムは互いに重ねられて巻き付けられている、請求項3記載の装置。
- 前記金属フィルムにおける前記空所(5)は、前記担体本体(3)の、前記変向チャンバに面した端部領域(4)に配置されている、請求項3または4記載の装置。
- 前記環状の流路(2)内に、電気的に加熱可能な加熱ディスク(7)が配置されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記電気的に加熱可能な加熱ディスク(7)は、排ガスの流れ方向で、前記担体本体(3,6)の手前に配置されている、請求項6記載の装置。
- 前記加熱エレメントは、前記ジャケットまたは前記外管の周囲に巻き付けられている加熱コイル(9)によって形成されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記加熱エレメントは、前記ジャケットのまたは前記外管の周囲に沿って分配配置されている複数の加熱装置によって形成されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
