Description
図1は、本発明の流体殺菌装置の第1実施形態の全体斜視図である。流体殺菌装置1は、流路を流れる流体に対して紫外光を照射して、殺菌する装置であり、浄水器や工業用循環装置に利用される。

次に、図11、図12を参照して、本発明の流体殺菌装置の第2実施形態について説明する。以下では、上述の実施形態と同じ構成については同じ符号を付し、説明を省略する。
最後に、図13、図14を参照して、本発明の第3実施形態である外照式の流体殺菌装置について説明する。
Claims (11)
- 殺菌対象の流体が軸方向に流れる流路を有する筐体と、
前記流体が前記軸方向に沿って前記流路に流入するように、前記筐体の一端側に設けられた流入口と、
前記筐体の他端側に設けられて、前記流体が流出する流出口と、
紫外光透過材料を介して前記流体に紫外光を照射するように構成された光源と、
前記筐体の一端側の前記流路内に前記軸方向に垂直に設けられて、複数の円柱状の貫通孔を有する整流板と、を備え、
前記整流板は、その中心から前記流路の径方向に延在する内周領域と、当該内周領域の外側に延在する外周領域とからなり、
前記外周領域における前記整流板の板厚tの前記貫通孔の直径dに対する比(t/d)outは、前記内周領域における前記整流板の板厚tの前記貫通孔の直径dに対する比(t/d)inよりも大きく、
前記外周領域における前記整流板の板厚tの前記貫通孔の直径dに対する比(t/d) out 及び前記内周領域における前記整流板の板厚tの前記貫通孔の直径dに対する比(t/d) in は共に0.65未満であることを特徴とする流体殺菌装置。 - 前記整流板の前記板厚tは一定で、前記内周領域に設けられた前記貫通孔の直径dinは、前記外周領域に設けられた前記貫通孔の直径doutよりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体殺菌装置。
- 前記整流板の前記貫通孔の直径dは一定で、前記外周領域の前記板厚toutは、前記内周領域の前記板厚tinよりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体殺菌装置。
- 前記整流板は、その中心に近づくにつれて、前記板厚tが小さくなる凹形状を有していることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の流体殺菌装置。
- 前記流入口は、前記流路と共軸の円柱形状を有し、
前記整流板の前記内周領域は円形状を有し、その直径が前記流入口の直径Dinと等しいことを特徴とする請求項1~4の何れか1項に記載の流体殺菌装置。 - 前記流入口及び前記流路は、円柱形状を有し、
前記流入口の直径Dinの前記流路の直径Dに対する比(Din/D)は、0.46以上1未満であることを特徴とする請求項1~5の何れか1項に記載の流体殺菌装置。 - 前記光源は、前記流体の流れる方向に対して垂直方向から紫外光を照射することを特徴とする請求項1~6の何れか1項に記載の流体殺菌装置。
- 前記光源は、前記流体の流れる方向に対して平行方向から紫外光を照射することを特徴とする請求項1~6の何れか1項に記載の流体殺菌装置。
- 前記光源は、軸方向が前記流路の前記軸方向に沿った冷陰極管であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の流体殺菌装置。
- 前記整流板は、その中心から離れるにつれて、前記整流板の板厚tの前記貫通孔の直径dに対する比(t/d)が大きくなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体殺菌装置。
- 前記流入口は、前記流路と共軸の円柱形状を有し、
前記整流板の円形状の内周領域は、前記流入口の直径D in と等しいことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の流体殺菌装置。
