Claims (1)
- 板状部材の一部である基部と、該基部から円筒状に立設された凸本体部と、該凸本体部の先端部に設けられた案内部と、を備え、前記凸本体部が、前記基部に連続される凸基端部と、該凸基端部と前記案内部とに連続される凸先端部と、を有した凸形状部の製造方法であって、
前記板状部材にバーリング加工を施して、前記凸先端部及び前記案内部を形成するバーリング工程の後、
せん断加工を施して、前記凸基端部を形成するせん断加工工程を行うことを特徴とする凸形状部の製造方法。
