・低ホルムアルデヒド含量の出発樹脂の使用。
・繊維直径が10μm未満、好ましくは<5μm、および最大限可能な表面積:体積比での極細繊維の紡糸。
・紡糸プロセス中の重縮合反応の開始を介した初期段階でホルムアルデヒドの一部を除去するため、高い溶融温度および吹付空気(blown air)温度の使用。
・続く、例えば熱伝達を増加させるために材料上に空気を流すか、または材料に空気を通している間の熱処理。ここでの体積流量は、非常に均一でなければならない。ここで対流空気はある程度新鮮な空気と交換される。
・DIN EN ISO 14184-1繊維-ホルムアルデヒドの決定-第1部:遊離および加水分解したホルムアルデヒド(水抽出法)

Claims (5)
- a)M(メラミン):F(ホルムアルデヒド)のモル比が1:2であり、かつメチロール基がメタノールでほぼ完全にエーテル化されてなる、メラミン-ホルムアルデヒド樹脂を準備すること、
b)金型1つあたり0.3~3.0g/分の質量流量で、80~200℃の溶融温度で溶融物の紡糸を行うこと、
c)130~330℃の温度でガス流を発生させて紡糸した溶融流上に流すこと、
d)冷却しながら前記c)で形成されたフロックおよび/または繊維を積層して不織布を得ること、
e)ガス性塩化水素で不織布を処理すること、
f)前記e)で得られた不織布を260~340℃に加熱し、ここで空気を不織布上に流すかまたは不織布に通し、160℃まで最大20℃/分で昇温し、その後、最大100℃/分で昇温すること、
g)対流空気を新鮮な空気で部分的に置き換えるとともに、前記f)において到達した温度で不織布を5~90分間維持すること、および
h)5秒~3分以内に不織布を30~60℃に冷却すること、
を有する、熱硬化性メラミン-ホルムアルデヒドからなる繊維および/またはフロックを含む、耐熱性および難燃性の低放出性不織布の製造方法。 - 前記f)およびg)において、前記対流空気の5%~50%が新鮮な空気で置き換えられる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 熱硬化性メラミン-ホルムアルデヒドからなる繊維および/またはフロックを含む、耐熱性および難燃性の不織布であって、
前記繊維および/またはフロックの原料が、M(メラミン):F(ホルムアルデヒド)のモル比が1:2であり、かつメチロール基がメタノールでほぼ完全にエーテル化されてなる、メラミン-ホルムアルデヒド樹脂であり、
前記繊維の平均繊維直径が、10μm未満であり、
前記不織布の密度が、5~20kg/m 3 であり、
前記不織布のホルムアルデヒド放出が、VDA275に従い測定した場合に5mg/kg以下であり、および/または日本法112に従い測定した場合に16mg/kg未満であり、
前記不織布の熱伝導率値が、DIN EN ISO 8302に従い測定した場合に0.030W/(m・K)未満であり、
前記不織布の2000Hzでの音吸収値が、試験サンプル直径30mmについてDIN ISO 10534-2に従い測定した場合に0.6超である、前記不織布。 - 個々の繊維の直径が10μm未満である、請求項3に記載の不織布。
- 請求項3または4に記載の不織布の断熱材または防音材としての使用。
