Description
前記外箱の前記第1通路内に収容され、第2流体が流通する第2通路が内部に設けられ、前記第1流体と前記第2流体との間で熱交換を行わせる熱交換体と、
前記熱交換体から前記第1側壁に向けて突出し、前記第2通路に前記第2流体を供給する供給管と、
前記熱交換体から前記第1側壁に向けて突出し、前記第2通路から前記第2流体を排出する排出管と、
前記第1側壁に貫通するように形成され、前記供給管及び前記排出管を前記外箱の外部に突出させる複数の挿通孔と、
前記第1側壁と前記熱交換体との間に設けられ、前記第1通路から前記各挿通孔を経由して前記外箱の外部に至る漏出経路を遮断する弾性シール部材と、
前記弾性シール部材に対して前記挿通孔の貫通方向と平行な第1方向の付勢力を作用させることにより、前記弾性シール部材を圧縮変形させる付勢部材と、を備え、
前記周壁は、前記第1方向において前記第1側壁と対向する第2側壁を含み、
前記付勢部材は、前記第2側壁と前記熱交換体との間に配置され、前記熱交換体を前記第1側壁に向けて押圧する前記付勢力を発揮し、
前記外箱は、前記周壁の一端側が開放された挿入口を有し、
前記熱交換体、前記供給管及び前記排出管は、前記挿入口を経由して、前記外箱の前記第1通路内に収容され、
前記付勢部材は、前記挿入口を経由して、前記第2側壁と前記熱交換体との間に挿入されることを特徴とする。
図1に示すように、実施例1の熱交換装置1は、本発明の熱交換装置の具体的態様の一例であり、給湯器9に適用されている。給湯器9は、外装ケース90を備えている。この外装ケース90は、ケース本体90Cと、図示しない前面パネルとによって構成されている。ケース本体90Cは、図1の紙面手前側に開口部が形成された略矩形の箱状体である。前面パネルは、図1の紙面手前側に位置して、ケース本体90Cの開口部を覆っている。
図1に示すように、給湯器9は、外装ケース90、バーナ8、制御回路4、顕熱熱交換装置7、熱交換装置1、排気ダクト6及びドレン中和器5を備えている。バーナ8、制御回路4、顕熱熱交換装置7、熱交換装置1、排気ダクト6及びドレン中和器5は、外装ケース90にそれぞれ収納されている。
図1に示すように、給湯器9は、制御回路4の制御によって、以下のように給湯動作を実行する。
実施例1の熱交換装置1では、図4及び図5等に示すように、第1側壁11の左面と熱交換体20の右面との間に設けられた弾性シール部材40のシール本体41に対して、付勢部材50が挿通孔31、32の貫通方向と平行な右向きの付勢力F1を作用させることにより、シール本体41を左右方向において圧縮変形させる。その結果、シール本体41が第1側壁11の左面と熱交換体20の右面とに確実に密着する。これにより、弾性シール部材40は、溶接等による周壁15の歪みや、熱交換体20の寸法ばらつき等の影響を受け難く、図5に示す漏出経路LP1を確実に遮断できる。
図9に示すように、実施例2の熱交換装置では、実施例1の熱交換装置1に係る弾性シール部材40の代わりに、弾性シール部材240を採用している。また、この熱交換装置では、実施例1に係る付勢部材50の代わりに、複数のビス250を採用している。複数のビス250は、本発明の「付勢部材」の一例である。さらに、この熱交換装置では、熱交換体20が接続部材260を有している。接続部材260は、熱交換体20の右面における供給管21及び排出管22に対応する位置に固定されて、熱交換体20と一体化されている。

Claims (5)
- 第1側壁を含む筒状の周壁によって、第1流体が流通する第1通路を区画する外箱と、
前記外箱の前記第1通路内に収容され、第2流体が流通する第2通路が内部に設けられ、前記第1流体と前記第2流体との間で熱交換を行わせる熱交換体と、
前記熱交換体から前記第1側壁に向けて突出し、前記第2通路に前記第2流体を供給する供給管と、
前記熱交換体から前記第1側壁に向けて突出し、前記第2通路から前記第2流体を排出する排出管と、
前記第1側壁に貫通するように形成され、前記供給管及び前記排出管を前記外箱の外部に突出させる複数の挿通孔と、
前記第1側壁と前記熱交換体との間に設けられ、前記第1通路から前記各挿通孔を経由して前記外箱の外部に至る漏出経路を遮断する弾性シール部材と、
前記弾性シール部材に対して前記挿通孔の貫通方向と平行な第1方向の付勢力を作用させることにより、前記弾性シール部材を圧縮変形させる付勢部材と、を備え、
前記周壁は、前記第1方向において前記第1側壁と対向する第2側壁を含み、
前記付勢部材は、前記第2側壁と前記熱交換体との間に配置され、前記熱交換体を前記第1側壁に向けて押圧する前記付勢力を発揮し、
前記外箱は、前記周壁の一端側が開放された挿入口を有し、
前記熱交換体、前記供給管及び前記排出管は、前記挿入口を経由して、前記外箱の前記第1通路内に収容され、
前記付勢部材は、前記挿入口を経由して、前記第2側壁と前記熱交換体との間に挿入されることを特徴とする熱交換装置。 - 前記熱交換体は、複数のプレートが前記第1方向に沿って積層されている請求項1記載の熱交換装置。
- 前記付勢部材は、前記第2側壁及び前記熱交換体の一方に当接する板状部材と、
前記板状部材に固定され、前記第2側壁及び前記熱交換体の他方に弾性変形した状態で当接する板バネと、を有し、
前記付勢部材が前記挿入口を経由して前記第2側壁と前記熱交換体との間に挿入される方向と平行な方向を第2方向とすると、
前記板バネは、前記第2方向の中間領域が前記第2側壁及び前記熱交換体の前記他方に向かって膨らむように湾曲している請求項1又は2記載の熱交換装置。 - 前記板状部材は、前記第1側壁に向けて突出し、前記熱交換体に当接する複数の凸部を有し、
前記板バネは、前記第2側壁に当接し、
前記第1方向に沿って見て、前記各挿通孔はそれぞれ、対応する前記各凸部と重なっている請求項3記載の熱交換装置。 - 前記板バネは、前記第2方向における前記挿入口とは反対側に位置する端部のみが前記板状部材に固定されている請求項3又は4記載の熱交換装置。
