Description
上記構成によれば、給湯用湯水に暖房用熱媒や燃焼ガスが混入しないので、安全な給湯を行うことができる。また、給湯用湯水がプレートを介して燃焼ガスと熱交換できるので、潜熱回収機能が向上する。
上記構成によれば、給湯用湯水に暖房用熱媒や燃焼ガスが混入することを完全に防ぐことができ、給湯の安全性を向上することができる。
上記構成によれば、熱交換手段で加熱された暖房用熱媒によって給湯用湯水がさらに加熱されるので、給湯用湯水を確実に高温に加熱して給湯することができる。
図1に示すように、暖房給湯装置1は、その外装ケース2内に、燃料を下方に向けて燃焼させるバーナと燃焼空間を有する燃焼部3(燃焼手段)、燃焼部3に燃焼用空気を供給する送風ファン4、燃焼部3の下方に配設された熱交換部10(熱交換手段)、熱交換部10から上方の排気筒6まで熱交換後の燃焼ガスを導く排気ダクト7(排気部)を備えている。また、熱交換部10と給湯用熱交換器8との間、及び熱交換部10と外部の暖房端末との間で熱媒(暖房用熱媒)を循環させるポンプ9等を備えている。外装ケース2は、金属製の薄板で前面開放状に形成された箱であり、前面を覆う図示外の前面パネルを着脱可能である。
図2に示すように、2次熱交換器12は、例えばステンレス鋼製の複数(例えば50枚)の矩形状のプレートを積層して形成されたプレート積層体13と、プレート積層体13を収容する2次熱交ケース14を有する。プレート積層体13は、鉛直に立てられた複数のプレートが水平方向に積層されて形成され、2次熱交ケース14に収容されている。複数のプレートは、隣り合うプレートとの間に夫々間隙を有するように積層されており、プレート積層体13の複数の間隙を燃焼ガスと熱媒が交互に流れることによって熱媒が加熱される。
図4~図6に示すように、プレート積層体13は、第1プレート21と第2プレート22の2種類の矩形状のプレートが交互に積層されて形成されている。第1プレート21は、熱媒の導入口15側に膨出させた複数の凸条部21aを有し、第2プレート22は、導入口15と反対側(吐出口16側)に膨出させた複数の凸条部22aを有する。
熱媒を加熱する熱交換部10の2次熱交換器12であるプレート式熱交換器の燃焼ガスの排出部13bの近傍部位には、そのプレート積層方向に延びる給湯用湯水通路25(25A)が設けられている。従って、熱媒を加熱する2次熱交換器12で給湯用湯水通路25(25A)を流通する給湯用湯水も加熱できるので、給湯用湯水の加熱用の2次熱交換器を必要とせず、潜熱回収機能を向上させると共に暖房給湯装置1を小型化することができる。
暖房給湯装置は、下から順に上方燃焼式の燃焼部、熱交換部、排気部を有する構成にしてもよい。この場合も、1次熱交換器内を流動した燃焼ガスが、2次熱交換器であるプレート式熱交換器の上方から導入され、プレート積層体内で流動方向が反転されて排出部から排気筒に排気されるように構成する。燃焼ガスをプレート式熱交換器の上方から導入するためのダクトが必要になるが、排気集合筒や排気ダクトを省略して小型化することができる。

Claims (4)
- 燃料を燃焼させて燃焼ガスを発生させる燃焼手段と、燃焼ガスとの熱交換により暖房用熱媒と給湯用湯水を加熱する熱交換手段と、熱交換後の燃焼ガスを排気するための排気部を備えた暖房給湯装置において、
前記熱交換手段は、鉛直に立てられた複数の矩形状のプレートが間隙を有するように積層されて形成されたプレート式熱交換器を有し、前記プレート式熱交換器の複数の間隙を燃焼ガスと暖房用熱媒が交互に流れることによって暖房用熱媒が加熱されるように構成され、
前記プレート式熱交換器の下側角部に暖房用熱媒の導入口が設けられると共に、前記導入口から最も遠い上側角部に暖房用熱媒の吐出口が設けられ、前記導入口の上側の上側角部には給湯用湯水が前記プレート式熱交換器内をプレート積層方向に流れる給湯用湯水通路が設けられ、
前記燃焼手段から鉛直方向に流動する燃焼ガスは、前記プレート式熱交換器の前記燃焼手段側に設けられた導入部に鉛直に又は略鉛直に導入されると共に、前記プレート式熱交換器内で流動方向が反転されて前記排気部に排出され、前記給湯用湯水通路は燃焼ガスの流れにおける最下流の前記排気部の近傍に設けられたことを特徴とする暖房給湯装置。 - 前記プレート式熱交換器における暖房用熱媒の通路と前記給湯用湯水通路はシールされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の暖房給湯装置。
- 前記給湯用湯水通路は、前記プレート式熱交換器を貫通させた給湯用湯水配管によって構成されたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の暖房給湯装置。
- 給湯用熱交換器をさらに備え、前記給湯用湯水通路の吐出口が前記給湯用熱交換器の給湯用湯水の導入口に接続され、前記給湯用熱交換器において前記熱交換手段で加熱された暖房用熱媒によって給湯用湯水が加熱されることを特徴とする請求項1~3の何れか1項に記載の暖房給湯装置。
