Description
Claims (10)
- 上方が開口され、底部が昇降可能であり、その内部に造形物の基材となる砂を充填可能な空間が画成される容器と、
前記底部を下降させながら、前記造形物のグリーン体を一層ずつ前記容器内に形成する付加製造装置と、
その内部に前記グリーン体を含む前記容器を収容する空間が画成され、マイクロ波を前記容器に照射することにより前記造形物を得るマイクロ波オーブンと、
を備え、
前記容器は、その一部又は全部が誘電体で形成される、付加製造システム。 - 前記容器は、
開口が形成された側壁と、
前記側壁の開口に設けられ、前記誘電体で構成された誘電体部材と、
を有する、請求項1に記載の付加製造システム。 - 前記容器は、
前記側壁との間に前記誘電体部材を挟み込んで支持する支持部材と、
前記支持部材を前記容器に固定する固定部材と、
前記誘電体部材と前記支持部材との間に介在する樹脂シートと、
をさらに有する、請求項2に記載の付加製造システム。 - 前記誘電体はセラミックスである、請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載の付加製造システム。
- 前記付加製造装置は、前記砂とバインダとを用いて前記グリーン体を形成する、請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載の付加製造システム。
- 上方が開口され、底部が昇降可能であり、その内部に造形物の基材となる砂を充填可能な空間が画成され、その内部に付加製造装置により前記造形物のグリーン体が形成され、マイクロ波オーブンに収容可能な容器であって、
その一部又は全部が誘電体で形成される、容器。 - 開口が形成された側壁と、
前記側壁の開口に設けられ、前記誘電体で構成された誘電体部材と、
を有する、請求項6に記載の容器。 - 前記側壁との間に前記誘電体部材を挟み込んで支持する支持部材と、
前記支持部材を前記容器に固定する固定部材と、
前記誘電体部材と前記支持部材との間に介在する樹脂シートと、
をさらに有する、請求項7に記載の容器。 - 前記誘電体はセラミックスである、請求項6~8の何れか一項に記載の容器。
- 前記付加製造装置により、前記砂とバインダとを用いて前記グリーン体を前記空間内に形成する、請求項6~9の何れか一項に記載の容器。
