Abstract
一种集成有微波固化功能的制芯机,包括微波固化装置、模具,所述微波固化装置设置于所述模具的外围;当所述模具合模时,所述微波固化装置上下闭合形成封闭内腔,以将所述模具收容于所述封闭内腔中;当所述模具开模时,所述微波固化装置跟随所述模具上下分开;该制芯机通过集成微波固化功能,因而使得烘干固化均匀,砂芯存放时间长,降低能耗,提高生产效率;而且能够很好地避免中途搬运砂芯,简化制芯工序,降低劳动强度;另外,微波固化装置可以跟随模具闭合或打开,且在闭合时形成的封闭内腔中,用于模具进行微波固化,可以尽可能的避免辐射外泄,使用更安全。
