を含む被覆基板であって、ゾル-ゲルコーティングが、酸化チタン、酸化ケイ素、並びに任意選択的な酸化ビスマス及び/又は酸化セリウムの混合物を含む被覆基板を提供する。
・基板と、
・基板の少なくとも一面の少なくとも一部分の上に与えられた軟質コーティングと、
・軟質コーティング上の前記面の少なくとも一部分の上に与えられたゾル-ゲルコーティングと
を含む被覆基板であって、ゾル-ゲルコーティングが、
0.10~3の範囲の酸化チタンTiO2/酸化ケイ素SiO2、
0~0.03の範囲の酸化ビスマスBi2O3/酸化ケイ素SiO2、
0~0.03の範囲の酸化セリウムCeO2/酸化ケイ素SiO2
の理論重量比で酸化チタン、酸化ケイ素、並びに任意選択的な酸化ビスマス及び/又は酸化セリウムの混合物を含む被覆基板が提供される。
0.10~3の範囲の酸化チタンTiO2/酸化ケイ素SiO2、
0~0.03の範囲の酸化ビスマスBi2O3/酸化ケイ素SiO2、
0~0.03の範囲の酸化セリウムCeO2/酸化ケイ素SiO2
の理論重量比で酸化チタン、酸化ケイ素、並びに任意選択的な酸化ビスマス及び/又は酸化セリウムの混合物を含む。
理論重量=n(金属酸化物前駆体).Meq(金属酸化物)
(式中、n(金属酸化物前駆体)は、ゾル-ゲル溶液中に存在する所与の金属酸化物の前駆体の全金属当量数である。当量は、本明細書中、その一般的な意味を有し、すなわち、前駆体中の金属元素の数を掛けた前駆体のモル数である。ゾル-ゲル溶液次第で、所与の金属酸化物の1種以上の前駆体が存在してもよい。単一の前駆体が存在する場合、nは、所与の前駆体の金属当量数である。例えば、n1が第1の前駆体の金属当量数であり、且つn2が第2の前駆体の金属当量数である2種の前駆体n=n1+n2が存在する場合、Meq(金属酸化物)は、g/eqで表される金属酸化物の金属当量である。金属当量は、金属酸化物中の金属元素の数で割った金属酸化物のモル重量である(Bi2O3に関して、金属当量は2で割られたモル重量である))
によって定義される。
理論重量(SiO2)=n(SiO2).Meq(SiO2)
であるが、式中、n(SiO2)は1を掛けたSiO2のモル数であり、Meq(SiO2)はモル重量と同じである。
a)基板の少なくとも一面の少なくとも一部分の上に軟質コーティングを形成するステップと、
b)軟質コーティング上の前記面の少なくとも一部分の上にゾル-ゲル溶液を適用するステップと、
c)ゾル-ゲル溶液を硬化して、
0.10~3の範囲の酸化チタンTiO2/酸化ケイ素SiO2、
0~0.03の範囲の酸化ビスマスBi2O3/酸化ケイ素SiO2、
0~0.03の範囲の酸化セリウムCeO2/酸化ケイ素SiO2
の理論重量比で酸化チタン、酸化ケイ素、並びに任意選択的な酸化ビスマス及び/又は酸化セリウムの混合物を含むゾル-ゲルコーティングを得るステップと
を含む、本発明による被覆基板の製造プロセスを提供することである。
-少なくとも1種の酸化ケイ素前駆体と、
-少なくとも1種の酸化チタン前駆体と、
-任意選択的に少なくとも1種の酸化ビスマス及び/又は酸化セリウム前駆体と、
-溶媒又は溶媒の混合物と、
-水と
を含む。
室温で、17.02gのチタン(IV)ブトキシド及び10.42gのテトラエチルオルトシリケートを、3.32gのエチルアセトアセテート及び121.60gの2-エトキシ-エタノールの混合物に添加することによって前駆体混合物を調製する。0.022gの硝酸(65%)を3.60gの脱イオン水中で希釈し、そして前駆体混合物中に滴下して添加する。混合物を室温で48時間攪拌する。
室温で、A1gのエチルアルコール、A2gのアセチルアセトネート及びA3gのチタン(IV)ブトキシドを混合することによって溶液Aを調製する。室温で、B1gのエチルアルコール、B2gのアセチルアセトン及びB3gのジルコニウムプロポキシドを混合することによって溶液Bを調製する。室温で2時間の撹拌下、溶液B中に溶液Aを滴下して添加することによって溶液Cを調製する。D1gのエチルアルコール、D2gのアセチルアセトネート及びD3gのテトラエチルオルトシリケートを混合することによって溶液Dを調製する。D4gの0.1M塩酸溶液を溶液Dに添加する。D5gの脱イオン水を溶液Dに添加する。溶液Dを室温で2時間撹拌する。室温で1時間の撹拌下、溶液C中に溶液Dを滴下して添加することによって最終溶液を得る。
室温で、13.60gのチタン(IV)ブトキシドを、10.41gのエチルアセトアセテート及び45.06gの2-エトキシ-エタノールの混合物に添加することによって前駆体混合物を調製する。混合物を60分間室温で撹拌する。0.722gのトリエチルホスフィットを混合物に添加し、そして30分間撹拌する。10.42gのテトラエチルオルトシリケートを混合物に添加し、そして30分間撹拌する。0.018gの65%硝酸を添加する。溶液を24時間攪拌する。
室温で、8.12gのテトラエチルオルトシリケートを66.80gのエチルアルコールに添加し、10分間撹拌することによって前駆体混合物を調製する。0.1857gの5M硝酸を1.4gの脱イオン水中で希釈し、そして前駆体混合物中に滴下して添加する。得られる混合物を室温で24時間攪拌する。
実施例1~4、比較例5において調製された試料を耐機械性、耐化学性及び耐食性に関して評価する。
-ISO9227-2012による中性塩噴霧。EN1096-2012による分析及び結果:
塩噴霧キャビネットはElcometer 1120である。被覆ガラス基板を乾燥後及び高密度化後に評価する。試料を1~5までで評価し、5は悪化なし、1は非常に悪化していることを示す。試験結果を表2及び3にまとめる。
-45℃~55℃の熱サイクル(1時間、45℃から55℃まで加熱し、1時間、55℃から45℃まで冷却する)及び98%の相対湿度を有する気候チャンバー(Weiss WK31000/40)。被覆ガラス基板を乾燥後及び高密度化後に評価する。気候チャンバー中での処理後の基板を1~5までで評価し、5は悪化なし、1は非常に悪化していることを示す。試験結果を表4及び5にまとめる。ASTM D2486による乾燥ブラシ試験:
この試験は、Elcometer 1720摩耗及び耐洗浄性試験機で実行される。この試験は、ASTM D2486規格に記載されるように、ナイロン剛毛ブラシで500又は1000サイクル、被覆ガラスをこすることからなった。表面は照明下での反射について試験される。摩耗した領域の外観が識別可能である場合、試料は「ko」であると考えられ、これは良好な耐機械性を有さないことを意味する。摩耗した領域及び摩耗していない領域の差異がない場合、コーティングは「ok」であると考えられ、これは本発明によって良好な耐機械性を有することを意味する。被覆ガラス基板を乾燥後及び高密度化前に評価する。試験結果を表6にまとめる。
放射率(ε)は、実施例3による試料に関して算出する。相当する参照試料(160℃で12分間及び670℃で3.5分間の熱処理後のゾル-ゲルコーティングのないPlanibel AS)の放射率も算出する。放射率は、EN673及びISO 10292に従って算出される。
A1gのエチルアルコール、A2gのアセチルアセトネート及びA3gのチタン(IV)ブトキシドを混合することによって溶液Aを調製する。溶液Aを室温で10分間撹拌する。B1gのエチルアルコール、B2gのアセチルアセトン、B3gのジルコニウムプロポキシド及びB4gの硝酸セリウム(III)六水和物を混合することによって溶液Bを調製する。溶液Bを室温で10分間撹拌する。室温で撹拌下、溶液B中に溶液Aを注ぎ入れることによって溶液Cを調製する。B中にAを注ぎ入れることは、添加時間が2時間かかるような様式で滴下によって実行されなければならない。D1gのエチルアルコール、D2gのアセチルアセトネート及びD3gのテトラエチルオルトシリケートを混合することによって溶液Dを調製する。D4gの0.1M塩酸溶液を溶液Dに添加する。D5gの脱イオン水を溶液Dに添加する。溶液Dを室温で2時間撹拌する。室温で撹拌下、溶液C中に溶液Dを注ぎ入れることによって最終溶液を得る。C中にDを注ぎ入れることは、添加時間が1時間かかるような様式で滴下によって実行されなければならない。
A1gのエチルアルコール、A2gのアセチルアセトネート及びA3gのチタン(IV)ブトキシドを混合することによって溶液Aを調製する。溶液Aを室温で10分間撹拌する。B1gのエチルアルコール、B2gのアセチルアセトン、B3gのジルコニウムプロポキシド及びB4gの硝酸セリウム(III)六水和物を混合することによって溶液Bを調製する。溶液Bを室温で10分間撹拌する。室温で撹拌下、溶液B中に溶液Aを注ぎ入れることによって溶液Cを調製する。B中にAを注ぎ入れることは、添加時間が2時間かかるような様式で滴下によって実行されなければならない。D1gのエチルアルコール、D2gのアセチルアセトネート及びD3gのテトラエチルオルトシリケートを混合することによって溶液Dを調製する。D4gの0.1M塩酸溶液を溶液Dに添加する。D5gの脱イオン水を溶液Dに添加する。溶液Dを室温で2時間撹拌する。室温で撹拌下、溶液C中に溶液Dを注ぎ入れることによって最終溶液を得る。C中にDを注ぎ入れることは、添加時間が1時間かかるような様式で滴下によって実行されなければならない。
参照試料(標準的なソーダライムガラス)、実施例6並びに比較例7及び8の乾燥後の試料の色彩をCIELAB 1976値(L*a*b*)によって定義する。それらは発光物D65/10°によって測定される。結果を表10に報告する。
Claims (13)
- ・基板と、
・前記基板の少なくとも一面の少なくとも一部分の上に与えられた、物理蒸着によって堆積された1つ以上の層を含む軟質コーティング、ただし、前記軟質コーティングは、日射制御又は断熱低Eコーティングである、と、
・前記軟質コーティング上の前記面の少なくとも一部分の上に与えられたゾル-ゲルコーティングと
を含む被覆基板であって、前記ゾル-ゲルコーティングが、
0.10~3の範囲の酸化チタンTiO2/酸化ケイ素SiO2、
0.10~3の範囲の酸化ジルコニウムZrO2/酸化ケイ素SiO2、
0~0.03の範囲の酸化ビスマスBi2O3/酸化ケイ素SiO2、
0~0.03の範囲の酸化セリウムCeO2/酸化ケイ素SiO2
の理論重量比で酸化チタン、酸化ジルコニウム、酸化ケイ素、並びに任意選択的な酸化ビスマス及び/又は酸化セリウムの混合物を含むことを特徴とする、被覆基板。 - 前記基板がガラス基板である、請求項1に記載の被覆基板。
- 前記ゾル-ゲルコーティングが、前記軟質コーティングを与えられた前記基板の前記面の少なくとも一部分の上に、且つ前記軟質コーティングと直接接触して与えられる、請求項1又は2に記載の被覆基板。
- 前記ゾル-ゲルコーティングが、前記軟質コーティングの少なくとも実質的に全部の上に、且つ前記軟質コーティングと直接接触して与えられる、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の被覆基板。
- 前記ガラス基板が熱処理される、請求項2~4のいずれか一項に記載の被覆基板。
- 前記ガラス基板が焼戻しされる、請求項5に記載の被覆基板。
- a)前記基板の少なくとも一面の少なくとも一部分の上に軟質コーティングを形成するステップ、ただし、前記軟質コーティングは、日射制御又は断熱低Eコーティングである、と、
b)前記軟質コーティング上の前記面の少なくとも一部分の上にゾル-ゲル溶液を適用するステップと、
c)前記ゾル-ゲル溶液を硬化して、
0.10~3の範囲の酸化チタンTiO2/酸化ケイ素SiO2、
0.10~3の範囲の酸化ジルコニウムZrO2/酸化ケイ素SiO2、
0~0.03の範囲の酸化ビスマスBi2O3/酸化ケイ素SiO2、
0~0.03の範囲の酸化セリウムCeO2/酸化ケイ素SiO2
の理論重量比で酸化チタン、酸化ジルコニウム、酸化ケイ素、並びに任意選択的な酸化ビスマス及び/又は酸化セリウムの混合物を含むゾル-ゲルコーティングを得るステップと
を含む、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の被覆基板の製造方法。 - 前記基板がガラス基板である、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記ガラス基板を加熱する次のステップを含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記ガラス基板を加熱するステップが焼戻しステップである、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 請求項2~6のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つの被覆基板を含むグレイジングユニットであって、前記軟質コーティング及び前記ゾル-ゲルコーティングを与えられた前記被覆基板の表面が前記ユニットの外側に面する、グレイジングユニット。
- 前記グレイジングユニットが、1つのガラスパネルを含む単層グレイジングユニットである、請求項11に記載のグレイジングユニット。
- 前記グレイジングユニットが、空間によって分離された少なくとも2つのガラスパネルを含む複層グレイジングユニットである、請求項11に記載のグレイジングユニット。
