Description
本実施の形態について、図1から図7を用いて説明する。図1は、溶接ワイヤである第3の材料13と互いに溶接が可能な同種系金属材である第1の材料1と、同種系金属材に対して溶接が困難な材質の異種材である第2の材料2との接合構造を示す。図11に示される通り、上板としての異種材である第2の材料2に円形状の貫通部3がある構造でもよく、図12に示される通り、上板としての異種材である第2の材料2に角形状の貫通部3がある構造でもよい。図1は、図11および図12に示された構造の断面図(A-A)を示すものである。
次に、本実施の形態2について、図8から図10を用いて説明する。実施の形態1と重複する部分は説明を省略する。

Claims (7)
- 第一の金属材に対して、前記第一の金属材とは溶接が困難であり、貫通部を有する異種材を重ね合わせた状態にし、板厚方向から前記貫通部を介して前記第一の金属材に対して同種金属材である溶接ワイヤと前記第一の金属材とをアーク溶接し、
溶融した前記溶接ワイヤが前記第一の金属材と溶融結合し、
前記溶融した溶接ワイヤをさらに前記異種材の前記貫通部に積層させ、
前記溶融した溶接ワイヤにて前記異種材の前記貫通部の上面側の外周部に覆い被さるようにつば部分を形成し、前記第一の金属材に対する前記溶接ワイヤの凝固収縮による前記つば部分と前記第一の金属材との圧縮固定力により前記異種材と前記第一の金属材とを固定するものであって、
前記異種材に凹形状を有し、前記凹形状の底部には前記第一の金属材と接合するための前記貫通部を有し、前記異種材は前記第一の金属材に前記貫通部のある凹形状が上になるように重ね合わせ、スパイラル状の軌跡でアーク溶接することにより前記つば部分の全体が前記凹形状の内部に収まった状態で前記異種材と前記第一の金属材とを固定する接合構造。 - 前記凹形状の底部をテーパー形状とした請求項1に記載の接合構造。

前記第一の金属材の接合部を凸形状にし、前記異種材には前記第一の金属材の接合部の凸形状よりも大きい凹形状を形成し、前記凹形状の底部には前記第一の金属材と接合するための前記貫通部を有し、前記凹形状と前記凸形状とが互いに係合するように前記異種材と前記第一の金属材の凹凸形状を重ね合わせるようにし、前記貫通部の径は前記凸形状の頂部の径より小さく、前記異種材の前記貫通部を介して、前記第一の金属材の前記凸形状の前記接合部の上面側の中央部分に対して前記溶接ワイヤを溶融接合して前記つば部分は前記凹形状よりも内側に収まる状態で固定する接合構造。 - アーク溶接時に、前記異種材が樹脂材料である場合は、前記異種材の上面側の外周部に対して低入熱である交流溶接またはスパイラル状の軌跡で行う短絡溶接でアーク溶接し、前記異種材の前記貫通部の上面側の外周部に、前記第一の金属材と接合可能な溶融した前記溶接ワイヤを覆い被さるように積層することで直接的に前記外周部に入熱し、前記貫通部の前記外周部に溶融した前記溶接ワイヤを食い込ませて密着固定を可能にする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の接合構造。
- 前記アーク溶接は消耗電極を用いるアーク溶接、あるいは、非消耗電極を用いるTIG溶接またはプラズマ溶接である請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の接合構造。
- 第一の金属材に対して、前記第一の金属材とは溶接が困難であり、貫通部を有する一種類以上の異種材を重ね合わせた状態にし、板厚方向から前記貫通部を介してアーク溶接するアーク溶接方法において、
溶融した溶接ワイヤが前記第一の金属材と溶融結合し、
溶融した前記溶接ワイヤをさらに前記異種材の前記貫通部に積層させ、
前記異種材の前記貫通部の上面側の外周部に覆い被さるように形成し、溶接法または溶接条件が異なる複数工程に分けて、前記貫通部の前記外周部に溶融した前記溶接ワイヤが密着固定可能とし、前記異種材と前記第一の金属材とを固定するものであって、
前記異種材の前記貫通部を介して第一の金属材に対して、短絡状態とアーク状態を繰り返し、アークの広がりが小さい短絡溶接により溶融した前記溶接ワイヤを前記貫通部に積層させる第一工程と、前記異種材の前記貫通部の上面側の前記外周部に覆い被さるように、第一工程の短絡溶接よりもアークの広がりが大きいパルス溶接またはスパイラル状の軌跡で行う短絡溶接により溶融した前記溶接ワイヤを積層させる第二工程を有して固定するアーク溶接方法。 - 前記異種材の前記貫通部に前記溶融した溶接ワイヤを積層させる第一工程と、前記異種材の上面に覆い被さるように前記溶融した溶接ワイヤを積層させる第二工程との切り換えは、アーク溶接のアークを出力したまま切り換える、または一旦、前記アークのOFF/ONをしてから切り換える請求項6に記載のアーク溶接方法。
