Description
同種系金属材の突起部の外周に設けた排出穴または排出溝の端部に、異種材へ向かって突出して異種材を位置決め可能な位置決め用突起部を設けた接合構造である。
本実施の形態について、図1から図15を用いて熱源をレーザとして溶接した場合の説明をする。
次に実施の形態2について、図16から図17を用いて他の熱源を用いて溶接した場合の説明をする。

Claims (10)
- 互いに溶接が可能な一つ以上の同種系金属材にて、前記同種系金属材に対して溶接が困難な異種材を挟み込む重ね継手の接合構造であって、
前記一つ以上の前記同種系金属材が互いに溶融接合される溶接部周辺に、前記同種系金属材の板厚方向に貫通する一つ以上の排出穴または排出溝が設けられた前記同種系金属材と前記異種材とを固定し、ここで、熱源よりエネルギーが照射される溶接パターンとしての、スポットパターンまたは線状パターンの外側に、前記一つ以上の前記排出穴または前記排出溝を設けた接合構造。 - 熱源よりエネルギーが照射される溶接パターンとしての、サークル状またはオーバル状の環状パターンの内側または外側に、前記一つ以上の前記排出穴または前記排出溝を設けた請求項1記載の接合構造。
- 貫通部を有する一種類以上の前記異種材の前記貫通部に、前記貫通部の径または幅より小さい径方向または幅方向の所定のギャップを有する、互いに溶接可能な一つ以上の前記同種系金属材の少なくとも一方に形成された突起部が挿入されて、
前記異種材が一つ以上の前記同種系金属材にて挟み、
前記同種系金属材の前記突起部に対して、前記板厚方向から熱源からのエネルギーを供給し、前記異種材と前記同種系金属材とを溶融接合して固定する請求項1または2に記載の接合構造。 - 前記熱源よりエネルギーが前記板厚方向から供給される、前記同種系金属材の前記突起部の熱源供給領域は前記突起部の径または幅に対して所定の距離を有して小さい請求項3記載の接合構造。
- 前記熱源はレーザであり、前記レーザが前記板厚方向から照射され、
前記異種材を間に挟んで前記同種系金属材が互いに溶融接合され、前記異種材と前記同種系金属材とを固定する請求項2から4のいずれかに記載の接合構造。 - 前記熱源はアークであり、前記アークが前記板厚方向から照射され、
前記異種材を間に挟んで前記同種系金属材が互いに溶融接合され、前記異種材と前記同種系金属材とを固定する請求項2から4のいずれかに記載の接合構造。 - 前記熱源はプラズマであり、前記プラズマが前記板厚方向から照射され、
前記異種材を間に挟んで前記同種系金属材が互いに溶融接合され、前記異種材と前記同種系金属材とを固定する請求項2から4のいずれかに記載の接合構造。 - 互いに溶接が可能な一つ以上の同種系金属材にて、前記同種系金属材に対して溶接が困難な異種材を挟み込む重ね継手の接合構造であって、
前記一つ以上の前記同種系金属材が互いに溶融接合される溶接部周辺に、前記同種系金属材の板厚方向に貫通する一つ以上の排出穴または排出溝が設けられ、
貫通部を有する一種類以上の前記異種材の前記貫通部に、前記貫通部の径または幅より小さい径方向または幅方向の所定のギャップを有する、互いに溶接可能な一つ以上の前記同種系金属材の少なくとも一方に形成された突起部が挿入されて、
前記異種材が一つ以上の前記同種系金属材にて挟み、
前記同種系金属材の前記突起部に対して、前記板厚方向から熱源からのエネルギーを供給し、前記異種材と前記同種系金属材とを溶融接合して固定し、ここで、
前記異種材の前記貫通部は、前記同種系金属材の前記突起部に対する溶接時の入熱で間接的に入熱され溶融し、前記同種系金属材の前記突起部の外周側に密着固定可能に流動する接合構造。 - 互いに溶接が可能な一つ以上の同種系金属材にて、前記同種系金属材に対して溶接が困難な異種材を挟み込む重ね継手の接合構造であって、
前記一つ以上の前記同種系金属材が互いに溶融接合される溶接部周辺に、前記同種系金属材の板厚方向に貫通する一つ以上の排出穴または排出溝が設けられ、
貫通部を有する一種類以上の前記異種材の前記貫通部に、前記貫通部の径または幅より小さい径方向または幅方向の所定のギャップを有する、互いに溶接可能な一つ以上の前記同種系金属材の少なくとも一方に形成された突起部が挿入されて、前記異種材が一つ以上の前記同種系金属材にて挟み、
前記同種系金属材の前記突起部に対して、前記板厚方向から熱源からのエネルギーを供給し、前記異種材と前記同種系金属材とを溶融接合して固定し、ここで、
前記同種系金属材の前記突起部の外周に設けた前記排出穴または前記排出溝の端部に、前記異種材へ向かって突出して前記異種材を位置決め可能な位置決め用突起部を設けた接合構造。 - 対向する前記同種系金属材の前記突起部の外周に設けた前記排出穴または排出溝の端部の少なくとも一方に前記位置決め用突起部が形成されている請求項9記載の接合構造。
