Claims (7)
- トルクが入力される第1回転要素と第2回転要素と回転慣性質量体として機能する第3回転要素とを有しかつ前記第1回転要素と前記第2回転要素と前記第3回転要素とによって差動作用を行う遊星回転機構と、
前記第1回転要素と前記第2回転要素とを所定角度、相対回転可能に連結する弾性部材とを備え、
前記トルクの振動によって前記弾性部材が弾性変形させられて前記第1回転要素と前記第2回転要素とが相対回転させられると共に、前記第3回転要素の回転に振動が生じるように構成された捩り振動低減装置において、
前記遊星回転機構の半径方向で前記第3回転要素の外周部であってかつ、前記遊星回転機構の回転中心軸線方向で前記第3回転要素から突出するように、前記第3回転要素に追加慣性体が付加され、
前記遊星回転機構は、中心回転要素と、前記中心回転要素に対して同心円上に配置されたリング回転要素と、前記中心回転要素の外周部と前記リング回転要素の内周部との間に配置されていて前記中心回転要素と前記リング回転要素とが相対回転することにより自転かつ公転する複数の遊星回転要素を保持しているキャリヤ回転要素とを有し、
前記第1回転要素は、前記中心回転要素と前記キャリヤ回転要素とのうちの一方とされ、
前記第2回転要素は、前記中心回転要素と前記キャリヤ回転要素とのうちの他方とされ、
前記第3回転要素は、前記リング回転要素とされている
ことを特徴とする捩り振動低減装置。 - 請求項1に記載の捩り振動低減装置において、
前記追加慣性体は、前記回転中心軸線方向における長さが前記リング回転要素よりも長い円筒状に形成され、前記半径方向で前記追加慣性体の内周面に前記リング回転要素が一体化されている
ことを特徴とする捩り振動低減装置。 - 請求項1に記載の捩り振動低減装置において、
前記追加慣性体は、前記リング回転要素の外径と同じ外径であってかつ前記リング回転要素の内径より大きい内径の環状のプレートによって形成され、
前記プレートの外周部に、前記回転中心軸線方向に突出した突出部が設けられ、
前記プレートは、前記回転中心軸線方向における前記リング回転要素の両側面のうちの少なくともいずれか一方の側面に設けられている
ことを特徴とする捩り振動低減装置。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載の捩り振動低減装置において、
前記半径方向で前記遊星回転機構の内側に、前記弾性部材が前記遊星回転機構と同心円状に並んで配置されている
ことを特徴とする捩り振動低減装置。 - 請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の捩り振動低減装置において、
エンジンに連結されたハウジングと、前記ハウジングに連結されて流体流を生じさせる駆動側部材と、前記流体流によって駆動される従動側部材と、前記ハウジングの内面に係合することにより前記駆動側部材および前記従動側部材を連結する直結クラッチとを有する流体伝動装置を備え、
前記遊星回転機構は前記流体伝動装置の内部に設けられている
ことを特徴とする捩り振動低減装置。 - 請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載の捩り振動低減装置において、
前記第1回転要素は、前記キャリヤ回転要素とされ、
前記第2回転要素は、前記中心回転要素とされている
ことを特徴とする捩り振動低減装置。 - 請求項1ないし6のいずれか一項に記載の捩り振動低減装置において、
前記遊星回転機構は、前記中心回転要素がサンギヤによって構成され、前記リング回転要素がリングギヤによって構成され、前記遊星回転要素がピニオンギヤによって構成され、前記キャリヤ回転要素が前記ピニオンギヤを保持しているキャリヤによって構成されている
ことを特徴とする捩り振動低減装置。
