Description
R:CH3、C2H5、n-C3H7 、i-C3H7、n-C4H9、i-C4H9などの低級アル
キル基
n:1~4の整数
で表されるキレート環およびアルコキシ基から構成される有機チタン化合物が用いられる。
NBR(JSR製品N237) 100重量部
SRFカーボンブラック 80 〃
酸化亜鉛 5 〃
老化防止剤(大内新興化学製品ノクラック224) 2 〃
トリアリルイソシアヌレート 2 〃
1,3-ビス(第3ブチルパーオキシ)イソプロピルベンゼン 2.5 〃
可塑剤(バイエル社製品ブルカノールOT) 5 〃
(配合例II)
NBR(中高ニトリル;JSR製品N237) 100重量部
HAFカーボンブラック 80 〃
酸化亜鉛 5 〃
ステアリン酸 1 〃
老化防止剤(大内新興化学製品ODA-NS) 1 〃
有機過酸化物(日本油脂製品パーヘキサ25B) 6 〃
N,N-m-フェニレンジマレイミド 1 〃
脱脂したステンレス鋼板(厚さ0.2mm)の両面上にTi/Al系プライマー(Ti化合物:マツモトファインケミカル製品ORGATIX TC-100/Al化合物:日産化学工業製品AS-520-A)を塗布し、200℃で10分間焼付け処理して、下部プライマー層を形成させる。下部プライマー層上に、エポキシ樹脂を主成分とした接着剤を塗布し、200℃で5分間焼付け処理して、カバーコート層を形成する。カバーコート層の上に、ゴム糊コーティング液を塗布し、190℃で8分間加硫して、ゴム層を形成する。ゴム層の上に、ワックスとグラファイトとを分散させたコーティング液を塗布し、200℃で5分間焼付け処理して粘着防止層を形成し、ガスケット素材を作製した。
水素化NBR(ランクセス社製品テルバン3446) 100重量部
カーボンブラック(東海カーボン製品シーストG-S) 85 〃
酸化チタン(石原産業製品タイペークA100) 30 〃
ステアリン酸 1 〃
老化防止剤(大内新興化学製品ノクラックODA) 2 〃
架橋剤(日立化成製品タイク) 2 〃
有機過酸化物(日本油脂製品パーブチルP) 8 〃
以上の各成分を、ニーダおよびオープンロールで混練し、得られた混練物(組成物)をメチルエチルケトン、トルエン、酢酸エチル等に溶解・分散させ、固形分濃度20重量%のゴム糊コーティング液を調製した。
耐ブリスタ試験:
穿孔(直径4mm)ガスケット素材を管状体内に固定し、下方から上方
に向かって内圧0.5MPa、水温95℃、試験時間48時間で工業用水を流
し、ガスケット素材穿孔部分のブリスタ発生の有無を目視で確認
D硬度測定:
組成物を170℃で20分間加硫して得られた厚さ2mmのゴムシートにつ
いて、ISO 7619-1に対応するJIS Dデュロメータで測定
実施例1において、酸化チタン量が70重量部に変更された。
実施例1において、酸化チタン量が100重量部に変更された。
実施例1において、酸化チタン量が130重量部に変更された。
実施例1において、酸化チタン量が150重量部に変更された。
実施例1において、酸化チタン量が200重量部に変更された。
酸化チタン量が100重量部用いられた実施例3において、NBRとしてJSR製品JSR N237が同量(100重量部)用いられた。
実施例1において、酸化チタンが用いられなかった。
実施例1において、酸化チタン量が15重量部に変更された。
実施例1において、酸化チタン量が250重量部に変更された。
実施例2において、酸化チタン70重量部の代りに、炭酸カルシウム(白石カルシウム製品ホワイトンSB)が80重量部用いられた。
実施例2において、酸化チタン70重量部の代りに、クレー(バインダービルド社製品デキシークレー)が80重量部用いられた。
実施例2において、酸化チタン70重量部の代りに、タルク(浅田製粉製品エンスタック24)が80重量部用いられた。
実施例2において、酸化チタン70重量部の代りに、マイカ(三信鉱工製品三信マイカ)が80重量部用いられた。
実施例2において、酸化チタン70重量部の代りに、ウォラストナイト(NYCO社製品NYAD 400)が80重量部用いられた。
実施例1において、酸化チタン30重量部の代りに、シリカ(東ソー・シリカ製品ニップシールE74P)40重量部が用いられた。

Claims (3)
- NBRまたは水素化NBR 100重量部に対し、酸化チタンを30~200重量部配合した架橋ゴム層を金属板上に形成させたガスケット素材。
- ISO 7619-1に対応するJIS Dデュロメータで測定したD硬度が65以下である請求項1記載のガスケット素材。
- シリンダヘッドガスケットとして用いられる請求項2記載のガスケット素材。
