Claims (9)
- バッテリーモジュールであって、
積層されて相互に電気的に接続される複数個のバッテリーセルと、
前記複数個のバッテリーセルの一対の電極リードの突出部分をカバーし、前記複数個のバッテリーセルの積層方向に沿って配置される複数個のセルカートリッジと、
前記複数個のセルカートリッジに各々設けられ、各々の電極リードと電気的に接続し、少なくとも一側に前記積層方向に沿って突出するガイドカップリングを備える複数個のブロックバスバーと、を含み、
前記複数個のバッテリーセルは、各々、
電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を収容する電池ケースと、
前記電池ケースの両側端部から突出し、前記電極組立体と電気的に接続する前記一対の電極リードと、を含み、
前記一対の電極リードが突出されている前記電池ケースの両側端部にそれぞれ、個別の前記セルカートリッジが装着され、
前記複数個のブロックバスバーのガイドカップリングが、
前記積層方向の一側へ突出する雄カップリングと、
前記雄カップリングと結合できるように前記積層方向の他側へ突出する円筒形状の雌カップリングと、
を含み、
前記複数個のセルカートリッジの積層時、互いに隣接するセルカートリッジのうち、一方のセルカートリッジに設けられた前記ブロックバスバーの前記雄カップリングが、他方のセルカートリッジに設けられた前記ブロックバスバーの前記雌カップリングの中に押し入れられ、
前記雄カップリングの外面には結合ガイドリブが形成されていることを特徴とするバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記複数個のブロックバスバーが、前記複数個のセルカートリッジの長手方向に沿って所定の長さで形成され、
前記ガイドカップリングが、前記複数個のブロックバスバーの一端部に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記複数個のブロックバスバーのガイドカップリングは、
前記積層方向の両側へ共に突出し、外部電源などと接続するためのバイカップリングをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バイカップリングは、
前記複数個のセルカートリッジの最外郭に配置されるセルカートリッジに備えられるブロックバスバーに設けられることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記電池ケースは、
前記電極組立体を収容するための収容空間が設けられるケース本体と、
前記ケース本体の両側端部から延び、前記一対の電極リードが突出されているケーステラスと、を含み、
前記複数個のセルカートリッジは、各々、
前記一対の電極リード及び前記ケーステラスを支持することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記複数個のセルカートリッジの一面には、
前記一対の電極リード及び前記ケーステラスを収容するための収容溝が形成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記収容溝には、
各々のブロックバスバーが据え付けられるバスバー据付け部が備えられることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールと、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールをパッケージングするためのパックケースと、を含む、バッテリーパック。 - 請求項8に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーパックを含む、自動車。
