Description
- 中実板であり、フロントシェルの平底と電子モジュールの前面との間に挿入されている前側機械的補強板であって、前側補強板の硬さは、フロントシェルの硬さを上回り、およびX線を通す、前側機械的補強板;

- モジュールは、リンクケーブルがドームからモジュールの表面の平面に対して平行またはほぼ平行でありかつ矩形モジュールの長尺側面に対してほぼ平行な方向な向きに出るように、後面30bがリアシェル20Bの底の方に向けられて、配置される;
- リンクケーブルのコネクタ10aは、電子モジュールのコネクタ34に接続される;その後、接続されたモジュールは、リアシェルの底22に押し付けられる;相互接続されたコネクタ34および10a、任意の他の後面の部品35(主に、プリント回路の後面の平面から突出するもの)およびケース内部にあるリンクケーブル10の部分は、リアシェルのドーム21の下側に含まれる;
- フロントシェル20Aは、モジュールの前面の上部に追加され、このフロントシェルの平底は、モジュールの前面(シンチレータ)を覆い、およびリアシェルの横方向の外周壁を担持するようになる;
- フロントシェルおよびリアシェルは、任意の公知の技術によって、それらの縁で互いに接着または溶接される。
a- 後側補強板RBが、図3に示すように、これを、フレームの開放側で、リンクケーブルを板開口部に通過させるようにモジュールの対応する短尺側面の方へ摺動させることによって、弾性セパレータ要素60および61が適切な個所に予め接着されているリアシェル20Bの底に置かれる;
b- モジュール30の後面コネクタ34が、リンクケーブルのコネクタ10aに接続され、およびリンクケーブルに接続されたコネクタ34および任意の他の後面の部品35を、リアシェルドーム21および板開口部Oによって境界を定められた空間に入れるまで、接続されたモジュールが後側補強板に押圧される;
c- 前側補強板RAが、モジュールの前面の上部に加えられる;
d- フロントシェル20Aが、リアシェルと縁と縁を合わせて、前側補強板RAの上部に加えられる;
e- フロントシェルおよびリアシェルは、任意の有用な技術によって、それらの縁が互いに接着または溶接される。
Claims (8)
- ほぼ矩形の形状の電子撮像モジュール(30)を含み、感光性前面に、シンチレータ(31)で覆われた電子撮像チップ(32)、および、後面に、前記電子撮像モジュールをリンクケーブルにリンクするリンクコネクタを含む部品(34~36)を含む、歯科口腔内放射線画像センサーであって、前記電子撮像モジュールは、平底のフロントシェル(20A)と、部分的に平らな底、および少なくとも前記リンクコネクタを覆う、突出するドーム(21)を有する、リアシェル(20B)によって形成されたケース(20)に入れられており、前記センサーは、さらに、
- 中実板であり、前記フロントシェル(20A)の前記平底(24)と前記電子撮像モジュール(30)の前面(30a)との間に挿入された前側機械的補強板(RA)であって、前記前側機械的補強板の硬さは、前記フロントシェルの硬さを上回り、およびX線を通す、前側機械的補強板(RA);
- 前記前側機械的補強板よりも薄く、前記リアシェル(20B)の前記平底と前記電子撮像モジュールの前記後面(30b)との間に挿入され、および、少なくとも前記リンクコネクタを覆うことなく該リンクコネクタを囲むように、開放している後側機械的補強板(RB)であって、前記後側機械的補強板の硬さは前記リアシェルの硬さを上回る、後側機械的補強板(RB)
を含む、歯科口腔内放射線画像センサー。 - 前記後側機械的補強板(RB)が、前記リンクケーブル出口側面にある前記電子撮像モジュールの短尺側面で開放しているフレームの形態にある、請求項1に記載のセンサー。
- 前記ほぼ矩形の形状は、コーナー部がカットされている形状であり、前記電子撮像モジュールと前記ケースとの間に、前記リンクケーブル出口側面に対向する前記電子撮像モジュールの短尺側面に沿って少なくとも1つの細長い弾性セパレータ要素(61)、および前記電子撮像モジュールの各コーナー部と前記ケースとの間に挿入された弾性セパレータ要素(60)を含む、請求項1または2に記載のセンサー。
- 前記弾性セパレータ要素は、前記電子撮像モジュールの縁に対面する一方で、前記電子撮像モジュールの前記シンチレータ(31)の下方に留まるような高さに配置されている、請求項3に記載のセンサー。
- 前記後側機械的補強板は、前記弾性セパレータ要素の厚さの範囲内で、前記電子撮像モジュールの前記後面に対して、少なくとも1つの側面で張り出している、請求項3に記載のセンサー。
- 前記前側機械的補強板の材料は多層構造を有する、請求項1に記載のセンサー。
- 前記前側機械的補強板の材料は、エポキシ樹脂とコットンファブリックの複合材である、請求項6に記載のセンサー。
- 前記後側機械的補強板の材料は、炭素繊維強化ポリマー複合材である、請求項1に記載のセンサー。
