Description
摩擦板70に潤滑用作動油を供給する潤滑用供給油路L1は、第1ハブ部材21、第2ハブ部材31及び第3ハブ部材41に形成されている。締結用油圧室91に締結用作動油を供給する締結用供給油路L2は、第2ハブ部材31、第3ハブ部材41及び第4ハブ部材51に形成されている。解放用油圧室92に解放用作動油を供給する解放用供給油路L3は、第2ハブ部材31及び第3ハブ部材41に形成されている。
図15は、解放状態、ゼロクリアランス状態及び締結状態にあるブレーキを示す断面図である。図15では、図3に示すブレーキBR2の要部を示している。

Claims (5)
- 変速機ケースに結合されるハブ部材と、所定の回転部材に結合されるドラム部材と、前記ハブ部材と前記ドラム部材との間に配置される複数の摩擦板と、前記複数の摩擦板を締結するピストンと、前記ピストンを締結方向に付勢する付勢部材と、前記ピストンを締結方向に付勢する作動油が供給される締結用油圧室と、前記ピストンを解放方向に付勢する作動油が供給される解放用油圧室とを有するブレーキを備えた自動変速機であって、
前記付勢部材と前記締結用油圧室及び前記解放用油圧室とは、前記複数の摩擦板の径方向内側において径方向位置でオーバーラップするように配置され、
前記ハブ部材は、前記摩擦板がスプライン係合されるスプライン部を外周面に備えた円筒部を有すると共に前記変速機ケースの軸方向と直交する方向に延びて前記変速機ケースにスプライン係合される第1ハブ部材と、前記第1ハブ部材の軸方向一方側に前記第1ハブ部材に当接して配置されると共に前記摩擦板に潤滑用の作動油を供給する潤滑用供給油路を形成し、且つ前記変速機ケースの下方に配設されるバルブボディに接続されるように前記変速機ケースの軸方向と直交する方向に延びて前記変速機ケースに嵌合される第2ハブ部材とを備えている、
ことを特徴とする自動変速機。 - 前記ハブ部材は、前記第1ハブ部材の径方向内側において前記第2ハブ部材の軸方向他方側に結合されると共に、前記第1ハブ部材の円筒部の径方向内側に設けられて前記第1ハブ部材の円筒部との間に前記潤滑用供給油路を形成する円筒部を有する第3ハブ部材を備え、
前記第1ハブ部材の円筒部に、前記摩擦板に潤滑用の作動油を供給する供給口が設けられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動変速機。 - 前記第1ハブ部材、前記第2ハブ部材及び前記第3ハブ部材は、同一材料から形成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の自動変速機。 - 前記付勢部材は、前記ピストンに解放位置からゼロクリアランス位置まで締結方向に付勢力を作用させる付勢部材である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れか1項に記載の自動変速機。 - 前記ピストンは、前記摩擦板を押圧する押圧部と、前記締結用油圧室及び前記解放用油圧室を形成する油圧室形成部と、前記押圧部と前記油圧室形成部とを連結する連結部とを備える第1ピストン部材と、前記第1ピストン部材に結合されて前記締結用油圧室及び前記解放用油圧室を区画する第2ピストン部材とを備えている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4の何れか1項に記載の自動変速機。
