Description

The present invention relates to a packaging bag.

In the conventional packaging bag, an object to be packaged such as a carton of tissue paper (hereinafter referred to as tissue carton) is housed in the main body of the packaging bag, and a handle portion formed of a band-shaped film is provided on the top surface of the main body. ing. For example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2005-132428 (Patent Document 1) discloses a package in which both ends of a strip-shaped base material are fixed to the surface.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2005-132428

However, in the conventional packaging bag, since the length of the band-shaped film constituting the handle portion is constant, the handle portion of the packaging bag becomes difficult to hold when the capacity and weight of the object to be packaged become large, and the handle portion of the packaging bag becomes difficult to hold. Sometimes it is difficult to carry it with other luggage. In addition, it can be painful and burdensome to carry.

An object of the present invention is to provide a packaging bag that is easy to carry.

The first aspect according to the present invention has a main body portion in which a packaged object is housed and a handle portion formed on the top surface of the main body portion, and both ends of the handle portion are the main body. The handle portion is formed of a strip-shaped film joined to the portions, and the handle portion has a folded portion in which a part of the strip-shaped film is folded, and the folded portion joins the folded portions in the thickness direction. A packaging bag having a temporary fixing portion is provided.

In the first aspect, a part of the strip-shaped film constituting the handle portion of the packaging bag is folded at the folded portion of the handle portion, and further temporarily fixed by the temporary fixing portion of the folded portion. In such a configuration, when you want to hold the handle part as it is (for example, when you hold the handle part with your hand or finger, it is also referred to as unintended below), you can hold the handle with a part of the band-shaped film folded. You can have a part. In addition, when you want to hold the handle part for a long time (for example, when you put your arm through the handle part or hang the handle part on your shoulder, it is also referred to as the intention below), temporarily fix the temporary fixing part. The handle can be lengthened by removing (or releasing).

As a result, in the first aspect, when the capacity or weight of the packaged object is large, or when the packaged object is carried together with other luggage, the length of the handle portion is increased according to the physique and physical strength of the user who carries the package bag. You can adjust the weight. Therefore, according to the first aspect, it is possible to provide a packaging bag that is easy to carry.

A second aspect of the present invention provides a packaging bag in which the temporary fixing portion is composed of at least two fused portions formed at both ends of the folded portion in the longitudinal direction of the strip-shaped film. do. In the second aspect, by forming at least two fused portions as temporary fixing portions of the folded portion at both ends of the folded portion in the longitudinal direction of the strip-shaped film, the temporary fixing force is applied to a wide range of the folded portion. Can be dispersed in. Therefore, in the second aspect, the temporary fixing of the temporary fixing portion can be easily removed when the intention is made while maintaining the state in which the temporary fixing of the temporary fixing portion cannot be removed unintentionally.

A third aspect of the present invention provides a packaging bag in which the at least two fused portions are arranged at the four corners of the folded portion. In the third aspect, by arranging at least two fused portions as temporary fixing portions of the folded portion at the four corners of the folded portion, the temporary fixing portion of the temporarily fixed portion can be easily removed when intended. If this is not the case, the temporary fixing of the temporary fixing portion can be made more difficult to come off. Further, in the third aspect, since the temporary fixing portions are arranged at the four corners of the folded portion, the edges of the folded portion are difficult to turn over, and the hands and fingers are difficult to be inserted into the folded portion, so that the temporary fixing portions are temporarily fixed. It is hard to come off when the temporary fixing of the part is not intended.

A fourth aspect according to the present invention provides a packaging bag in which the folded portion is composed of a first folded portion and a second folded portion arranged in the longitudinal direction of the strip-shaped film. In the fourth aspect, as the folding portion of the handle portion, two folding portions including the first folding portion and the second folding portion are arranged side by side in the longitudinal direction of the strip-shaped film, whereby the first folding portion is arranged. By releasing the temporary fixing of the portion or the second folding portion, the length of the handle portion can be slightly increased (for example, the arm is passed through the handle portion). Further, if the temporary fixing of the first folded portion and the second folded portion is released together, the length of the handle portion can be maximized (for example, the handle portion can be hung on the shoulder). Therefore, according to the fourth aspect, the length of the handle portion can be adjusted stepwise.

A fifth aspect of the present invention provides a packaging bag in which the folded portion is composed of a first folded portion and a second folded portion that overlap in the thickness direction. In the fifth aspect, as the folding portion of the handle portion, the first folding portion or the first folding portion is formed by arranging the two folding portions including the first folding portion and the second folding portion so as to overlap each other in the thickness direction. The temporary fixing of the second folded portion can be released, and the temporary fixing of the first folded portion and the second folded portion can be released together. Therefore, also in the fourth aspect, the length of the handle portion can be adjusted stepwise.

A sixth aspect according to the present invention is that the first folded portion has an exposed portion in which the first folded portion is arranged below the second folded portion and a part of the first folded portion is exposed, and the provisional portion is provided. The stop portion includes a first temporary fixing portion formed in the exposed portion and joining the first folded portion in the thickness direction, and the first folded portion and the second folded portion in the thickness direction. Provided is a packaging bag composed of a second temporary fixing portion to be joined.

In the sixth aspect, a second temporary fixing is composed of a first folding portion and a second folding portion in which the folding portions overlap in the thickness direction, and the first folding portion and the second folding portion are temporarily fixed. A first temporary fixing portion for temporarily fixing the first folding portion to the portion is formed in the exposed portion of the first folding portion. This makes it easy to release the first temporary fixing portion of the first folding portion and the second temporary fixing portion of the second folding portion separately. Therefore, according to the sixth aspect, it becomes easier to adjust the length of the handle portion step by step.

A seventh aspect according to the present invention provides a packaging bag in which the folded portion overlaps the side surface of the main body portion. In the seventh aspect, since the folded portion of the handle portion is arranged so as to overlap the side surface of the main body portion of the packaging bag, it is difficult for the hand or finger to directly hit the folded portion when holding the handle portion. Therefore, when you want to hold the folded part while temporarily fixing it (when you do not intend), you can easily grasp the handle part. Further, since the folded portion is not grasped when holding the handle portion in this way, the temporary fixing of the folded portion is difficult to come off when it is not intended.

According to one aspect of the present invention, it is possible to provide a packaging bag that is easy to carry.

In the present embodiment, as the packaged body TC, five sanitary tissue paper storage boxes (also referred to as tissue paper cartons) having the same shape are housed in the main body 10 in a state of being stacked in the vertical direction (Z direction). This sanitary tissue paper storage box is made by forming cardboard into a rectangular parallelepiped shape, and a plurality of sanitary tissue papers (not shown) such as tissue paper and kitchen paper are stacked and stored inside in a folded state.

Circular perforations are provided on the upper surface of these thin paper carton (packaged body) TCs, and by cutting off these perforations, the sanitary thin paper stored inside the thin paper carton TC can be taken out. An outlet (not shown) is formed. The dimensions of these thin paper carton TCs are not particularly limited, but for example, the length in the vertical direction is 40 to 110 mm, the length in the horizontal direction is 220 to 250 mm, the length in the front-rear direction is 100 to 130 mm, and the weight per piece is It is formed so as to weigh 150 to 300 g.

In the present embodiment, five thin paper carton TCs are stacked in five stages in the vertical direction, covered with a main body portion 10 (wrapping film) formed in a tubular shape, and the upper and lower portions thereof are sealed with a heat seal or the like. By doing so, it is packaged together. The method for manufacturing the main body 10 is not particularly limited, and the main body 10 is manufactured by, for example, caramel packaging, gusset packaging, shrink packaging, or the like.

The form of the packaged TC is not limited to this embodiment, and the sanitary tissue paper may be stored in the main body 10 as it is without being stored in the storage box. Further, when the packaged body TC is sanitary tissue paper, it is not limited to the laminated type, and may be a roll type wound in a roll shape. Further, when the packaged TC is sanitary tissue paper, the use of the sanitary tissue paper is not particularly limited, and wipers for tissue paper, toilet paper, kitchen paper, baby or nursing paper diapers, sanitary napkins, industrial wipers, etc. Waste) Goods can be accommodated.

Further, the main body portion 10 has a top surface 11, a bottom surface 12, a first side surface 13, and a second side surface 14 in a state where the packaged body TC is housed. The top surface 11 and the bottom surface 12 face each other in the vertical direction (Z direction). The first side surface 13 has a first side surface 13 (a pair of side surfaces 13a, 13b) facing in the X direction. The second side surface 14 has a second side surface (a pair of side surfaces 14a, 14b) facing in the Y direction.

The main body 10 is made of a tubular film in which a resin film is formed in a tubular shape. The material of the tubular film (resin film) forming the main body 10 is not particularly limited, and for example, a resin film such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and polyester can be used. The thickness of the resin film is not particularly limited, but can be, for example, about 10 to 70 μm, preferably 15 to 60 μm, and more preferably 20 to 50 μm.

The handle portion 20 of the packaging bag 100 is formed on the top surface 11 of the main body portion 10. Further, the handle portion 20 is formed of a strip-shaped film BF, and constitutes a portion for gripping the packaging bag 100 with a hand or a finger (hereinafter referred to as a finger).

The material of the strip-shaped film BF constituting the handle portion 20 is not particularly limited, but for example, a resin film such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and polyester can be used as in the resin film constituting the main body portion 10. The thickness of the resin film is not particularly limited, but can be, for example, about 10 to 120 μm, preferably 30 to 90 μm, and more preferably 40 to 70 μm.

In the handle portion 20, both ends (ends 21 and 22) of the handle portion 20 are joined to the main body portion 10. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 1, the end portion 21 of the handle portion 20 is joined to the side surface 13a of the first side surface 13, and the end portion 22 is joined to the side surface 13a of the first side surface 13. The mode of joining is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include heat fusion by heat sealing and the like, and adhesion by an adhesive, and heat fusion is particularly preferable.

The positions where both ends (ends 21 and 22) of the handle portion 20 are joined can be appropriately determined. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the thin papers have substantially the same height (the height overlaps with the side surface of the thin paper carton TC arranged in the second stage from the top in the longitudinal direction (X direction)). Both ends (ends 21 and 22) of the handle portion 20 are joined to the central portion in the width direction (Y direction) of the carton TC. Further, the shape of the portion where both ends (ends 21 and 22) of the handle portion 20 are joined (hereinafter referred to as a joint portion) is not particularly limited, but is made rectangular from the viewpoint of increasing the joining strength. Is preferable.

The dimensions of the handle portion 20 are not particularly limited, but from the viewpoint of increasing the degree of freedom in how to hold the handle portion 20, the width of the handle portion 20 is about 40 to 70 mm and the length is about 300 to 420 mm. It is preferable to set the degree. Further, the dimensions of the joint portion of the handle portion 20 are preferably such that the length in the vertical direction (Z direction) is about 30 to 50 mm and the length in the width direction (Y direction) is about 40 to 60 mm. The length direction of the band-shaped film BF constituting the handle portion 20 coincides with the MD direction (line flow direction at the time of manufacturing the band-shaped film BF).

In this embodiment, the handle portion 20 has a folded portion 30. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the folded portion 30 is formed by folding a part of the FP of the strip-shaped film BF. Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the folded portion 30 includes a folded portion 31, a folded portion 32 that overlaps the folded portion 31, and a folded portion 33 that overlaps the folded portion 32. Have. Here, the folded portion is treated as a part of the folded portion including the unfolded portion such as the folded portion 31. The area of the folded portion 30 is not particularly limited, but is preferably about 5 to 45%, preferably 10 to 40%, and more preferably 15 to 35% of the area of the handle portion 20. %.

Of the three folded portions constituting the folded portion 30, the folded portion 31 is composed of a part of the strip-shaped film BF extending from the first side surface (side surface 13a) of the main body portion 10. Further, the folded portion 32 is configured such that a part of the strip-shaped film BF is folded back to the first side surface (side surface 13a) side at the folded end portion F1. Further, in the folded portion 33, a part of the strip-shaped film BF is folded back toward the first side surface (side surface 13b) at the folded end portion F2, and the folded portion 33 is a strip-shaped film BF extending from the first side surface (side surface 13b) of the main body portion 10. It is composed of a part.

The folded portion 30 further has a temporary fixing portion 40. The temporary fixing portion 40 joins the folded portion 30 in the thickness direction (Z direction). The form of the temporary fixing portion 40 is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include heat fusion by heat sealing and adhesion by an adhesive. From the viewpoint of temporarily fixing the folded portion 30, heat fusion by heat sealing is used. Is preferable. The area of the temporary fixing portion 40 is not particularly limited, but is preferably about 0.1 to 60%, preferably 0.5 to 50%, and more preferably the area of the folded portion 30. Is 1 to 35%.

4 and 5 are views for explaining an example of the usage mode of the packaging bag according to the present embodiment. Here, the effects of this embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5. In the present embodiment (first embodiment), as described above, a part FP of the band-shaped film BF constituting the handle portion 20 of the packaging bag 100 is folded by the folded portion 30 of the handle portion 20, and further. It is temporarily fixed by the temporary fixing portion 40 of the folding portion 30.

With such a configuration, in the first embodiment, when it is desired to hold the handle portion 20 as it is (for example, when the handle portion 20 is grasped by a finger), a part of the FP of the strip-shaped film BF is in a folded state. The handle portion 20 can be held (see FIGS. 1 to 3). In this case, the temporary fixing portion 40 is not released unless it is intentionally released. If you want to hold the handle part 20 for a long time (for example, when you put your arm through the handle part 20 or hang the handle part 20 on your shoulder), remove the temporary fixing part (or). By releasing), the handle portion 20 can be lengthened (see FIGS. 4 and 5).

Thereby, in the first embodiment, the temporary fixing of the folded portion 30 can be released only when the intention is not intended, and the temporary fixing of the folded portion 30 can be released (FIGS. 1 to 5). reference). Therefore, when the capacity or weight of the packaged body TC is large, or when the packaged body TC is carried together with other luggage, the length of the handle portion 20 is adjusted according to the physique and physical strength of the user who carries the packaged bag 100. be able to. Therefore, the packaging bag 100 according to the first embodiment is easy to carry.

Further, in the first embodiment, the temporary fixing portion 40 is composed of at least two fused portions. Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the temporary fixing portion 40 has four fused portions (first fused portion 41, second fused portion 42, third fused portion 43, and fourth fusion portion). It is composed of a fused portion 44). The fused portion can be formed by heat fusion by the above-mentioned heat seal.

These fused portions (four fused portions 41 to 44) are formed at both ends (end portions 30a, end portions 30b) of the folded portion 30 in the longitudinal direction (X direction) of the strip-shaped film BF. Specifically, the first fused portion 41 and the second fused portion 42 are formed at one end portion 30a of the folded portion 30, and the third fused portion 43 and the fourth fused portion 44 are folded. It is formed on the other end 30b of the tatami mat portion 30.

In the first embodiment, four fused portions 41 to 44 (at least two fused portions) are used as temporary fixing portions 40 of the folded portion 30, and the folded portion 30 of the folded portion 30 in the longitudinal direction (X direction) of the strip-shaped film BF. By forming the two end portions 30a and 30b, the four fused portions 41 to 44 can be dispersedly arranged in a wide range of the folded portion 30. Thereby, in the first embodiment, it is possible to easily remove the temporary fixing portion 40 when it is intended while maintaining the state in which the temporary fixing portion 40 is not disengaged when it is not intended.

Further, in the first embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the four fused portions 41 to 44 (at least two fused portions) described above are the four corners (corner portions 30c to 30d) of the folded portion 30. It is located in. In the present embodiment, the shape of the folded portion 30 is substantially rectangular, and the four corners of the rectangle correspond to the four corners of the folded portion 30.

In the first embodiment, four fused portions 41 to 44 are temporarily fixed at the four corners (corners 30c to 30d) of the folded portion 30 as temporary fixing portions 40 of the folded portion 30, if intended. While making it easy to remove the temporary fixing of the temporary fixing portion 40, it is possible to prevent the temporary fixing of the temporary fixing portion 40 from coming off unless it is intended. Further, in the first embodiment, since the temporary fixing portions 40 are arranged at the four corners (corners 30c to 30d) of the folded portion 30, the end edges 24 and 25 of the folded portion 30 are difficult to turn over, and the fingers are folded. Since it is difficult to insert it into the tatami mat portion 30, it is difficult to remove it when the temporary fixing portion 40 is not intended.

FIG. 6 is a view of the handle portion of the packaging bag according to the present embodiment (second embodiment) as viewed from the top surface side. FIG. 7 is a view of the handle portion of the packaging bag according to the second embodiment as viewed from the front of the packaging bag. In the second embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the folded portion 30 is composed of the first folded portion 30 and the second folded portion 50. The first folded portion 30 and the second folded portion 50 are arranged side by side in the longitudinal direction (X direction) of the strip-shaped film BF. In the present embodiment, the first folding portion 30 is arranged on the side surface 13a side of the main body portion 10, and the second folding portion 50 is arranged on the side surface 13b side of the main body portion 10, but the first folding portion is arranged. The arrangement of the portion 30 and the second folding portion 50 is not limited to this arrangement. For example, the first folding portion 30 is arranged on the side surface 13b side of the main body portion 10, and the second folding portion 50 is arranged on the main body portion 10. It may be arranged on the side surface 13a side of the above.

The first folded portion 30 has a folded portion 31, a folded portion 32, a folded portion 33, a folded end portion F1, and a folded end portion F2, similarly to the folded portion 30 described above. Further, four fused portions 41 to 44 are arranged as temporary fixing portions 40 at the four corners (corner portions 30c to 30d) of the first folded portion 30 (see FIGS. 6 and 7). On the other hand, the second folded portion 50 is substantially the same as the above-mentioned folded portion 30, and has a folded portion 51, a folded portion 52, a folded portion 53, a folded end portion F3, and a folded end portion F4. Further, four fused portions 61 to 64 are arranged as second temporary fixing portions 60 at the four corners (corner portions 50c to 50d) of the second folded portion 50.

In the second embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, as the folding portion 30 of the handle portion 20, two folding portions 30 including the first folding portion 30 and the second folding portion 50 are provided. By arranging the strip-shaped films BF side by side in the longitudinal direction (X direction), if the temporary fixing of the first folded portion 30 or the second folded portion 50 is released, the length of the handle portion 20 is slightly reduced. Can be lengthened (for example, the arm is passed through the handle portion 20). Further, if both the first folding portion 30 and the second folding portion 50 are temporarily fixed, the length of the handle portion 20 can be maximized (for example, the handle portion 20 is hung on the shoulder). can. Therefore, in the packaging bag 100 according to the second embodiment, the length of the handle portion 20 can be adjusted stepwise.

FIG. 8 is a view of the handle portion of the packaging bag according to the present embodiment (third embodiment) as viewed from the top surface side. FIG. 9 is a view of the handle portion of the packaging bag according to the third embodiment as viewed from the front of the packaging bag. In the third embodiment according to the present invention, the folding portion 30 is composed of the first folding portion 30 and the second folding portion 50, and further, the first folding portion 30 and the second folding portion 50. Are arranged so as to overlap in the thickness direction (Z direction). In the present embodiment, the first folding portion 30 is arranged below the second folding portion 50, but the arrangement of the first folding portion 30 and the second folding portion 50 is in this arrangement. The first folding portion 30 may be arranged above the second folding portion 50 without limitation.

In the third embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, as the folded portion 30 of the handle portion 20, two folded portions 30 including the first folded portion 30 and the second folded portion 50 are thickened. By arranging them so as to overlap in the direction (Z direction), one of the temporary fixing of the first folding portion 30 or the second folding portion 50 can be released, or the first folding portion 30 and the second folding portion 50 can be released. Temporary fixing can be released together. Therefore, even in the packaging bag 100 according to the third embodiment, the length of the handle portion 20 can be adjusted stepwise.

In the third embodiment according to the present invention, the first folding portion 30 is arranged below the second folding portion 50, and has an exposed portion EP in which a part of the first folding portion 30 is exposed (. 8 and 9). That is, the second folding portion 50 is overlapped above the other part of the first folding portion 30 except for the exposed portion EP, and above the part of the first folding portion 30 constituting the exposed portion EP. It does not overlap.

Further, in the third embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the temporary fixing portion 40 is composed of the first temporary fixing portion 40 and the second temporary fixing portion 60. The first temporary fixing portion 40 is formed in the exposed portion EP and joins the first folded portion 30 in the thickness direction (Z direction). Further, the second temporary fixing portion 60 joins the first folded portion 30 and the second folded portion 50 in the thickness direction (Z direction). Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the first temporary fixing portion 40 has four fused portions 41 to 44 arranged at the four corners (corner portions 30c to 30d) of the first folding portion 30. The second temporary fixing portion 60 is composed of two fused portions (fifth fused portion 61 and sixth fused portion 61) arranged at positions where the first folded portion 30 and the second folded portion 50 overlap. It is composed of a part 62).

In the third embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the folded portion 30 is composed of a first folded portion 30 and a second folded portion 50 in which the folded portions 30 overlap in the thickness direction (Z direction), and the first folded portion 30 is formed. The first temporary fixing portion 40 for temporarily fixing the first folding portion 30 is exposed to the first folding portion 30 with respect to the second temporary fixing portion 60 for temporarily fixing the tatami portion 30 and the second folding portion 50. It is formed in the part EP. With such a configuration, in the third embodiment, the first temporary fixing portion 40 of the first folding portion 30 and the second temporary fixing portion 60 of the second folding portion 50 are separately (independently) released. It will be easier to do. Therefore, in the third embodiment, in the packaging bag 100 according to the third embodiment, it becomes easier to adjust the length of the handle portion 20 in a stepwise manner.

FIG. 10 is a view of the packaging bag according to the present embodiment (fourth embodiment) as viewed from the side surface side. In the packaging bag 100 of the fourth embodiment, the folded portion 30 is arranged at a position overlapping the first side surface 13 (side surface 13b) of the main body portion 10. That is, the folded portion 30 is not arranged on the top surface 11 of the main body portion 10.

In the present embodiment, the folded portion 30 is arranged so as to overlap the side surface 13b of the main body portion 10, but the arrangement is not limited to this. For example, the folding portion 30 may be arranged only on the side surface 13a of the main body portion 10. Also. The first folding portion 30 may be arranged at a position overlapping the side surface 13a of the main body portion 10, and the second folding portion 50 may be arranged at a position overlapping the side surface 13b of the main body portion 10. Further, the first folded portion 30 and the second folded portion 50 may be overlapped and arranged so as to overlap the side surface 13a and / or the side surface 13b of the main body portion 10.

In the fourth embodiment, as shown in FIG. 10, the folded portion 30 of the handle portion 20 is arranged so as to overlap the first side surface 13 (side surface 13b) of the main body portion 10 of the packaging bag 100. When holding the hand portion 20, it is difficult for the fingers to directly hit the folded portion 30. Therefore, in the packaging bag 100 of the fourth embodiment, the handle portion 20 is easy to grasp when it is desired to hold the folded portion 30 while temporarily fixing it (when it is not intended). Further, in the packaging bag 100 of the fourth embodiment, since the folded portion 30 is not grasped when the handle portion 20 is held in this way, the fingers do not touch the temporary fixing of the folded portion 30 when it is not intended. Therefore, the possibility of the temporary fixing coming off unintentionally is lower.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be specifically described with reference to Examples. The evaluation of Examples and Comparative Examples was carried out by the following tests.

[Packaging bag (test piece)]
As a test body, five thin paper cartons (packaged body) TCs are stacked in five stages in the vertical direction, covered with a main body portion 10 (wrapping film) formed in a tubular shape, and the top and bottom thereof are sealed by caramel packaging. A stopped packaging bag 100 was prepared. A handle portion 20 formed of a strip-shaped film BF was provided on the top surface 11 of the main body portion 10 of the packaging bag 100. In the handle portion 20 (strip film BF), the end portion 21 is joined to the side surface 13a of the first side surface 13, and the end portion 22 is joined to the side surface 13a of the first side surface 13. The main body portion 10 (wrapping film) was formed of a polyethylene resin film having a thickness of 25 μm, and the handle portion 20 (belt-shaped film BF) was formed of a polyethylene resin film having a thickness of 48 μm. For the thin paper carton TC, a tissue carton (“Eliere tissue” dimensions manufactured by Daio Paper Corporation: length: about 197 mm, width: about 229 mm, height: about 62 mm, 360 sheets (180 sets)) was used.

[Pendulum test]
The user can freely hang his / her finger on the handle portion 20 of the packaging bag 100 to hold the packaging bag 100 and move it back and forth 10 times like a pendulum within a range of 180 ° to temporarily fold the folding portion 30 (and the folding portion 50). It was confirmed whether the stop was released (disengaged). The test was performed 5 times for each example and comparative example, and evaluated according to the following criteria. As for the comparative example, the pendulum test was not performed because the temporary fixing was not provided (measurement impossible "-").
◯: Temporary fixing did not come off even once out of 5 times (temporary fixing was not unintentionally released)
×: Temporary fixing came off at least once out of 5 times (temporary fixing was unintentionally released)

[Easy to hold]
Regarding the packaging bag 100, it was confirmed whether the user can hold the handle portion 20 (grasping by hand, passing the arm, hanging on the shoulder, etc.) with all the temporary fixing portions 40 temporarily fixed open. It describes how you can have it.
◎: Can be hung on the shoulder ○: Cannot be hung on the shoulder, but can pass through the arm ×: Can only be grasped by hand

[Tensile strength]
The tensile strength of the test piece (packaging bag 100) was measured. In the measurement of tensile strength, a push-pull gauge (“DSP-20” manufactured by IMADA) was first attached to a tensile tester (“MX-500N” manufactured by IMADA). In addition, clips (film chuck (FC21) manufactured by IMADA) were attached to the push-pull gauge and the chuck mounting plate, respectively. Each clip was fixed to the test piece so that the width between the push-pull gauge and the clip attached to the chuck mounting plate was 30 mm. The fixed position of the clip is such that the temporarily fixed portion 40 (third fused portion 43) and the temporarily fixed portion 40 (first fused portion 41) of the test piece are arranged on the clip located below, and the clip is fixed above. The handle portion 20 (end portion 21 side) is arranged on the clip located at. Then, a clip was pulled in the direction in which the temporary fixing portion was opened at a speed of 100 mm / min, and the strength (peak) was measured. The tensile strength was measured three times, and the average value (kgf) was calculated as the tensile strength. It was evaluated as good when the average value of the tensile strength was less than 1.5 kgf. In the comparative example, since the temporary fixing was not provided, the strength (peak) when the joint portion between the end portion 21 of the handle portion 20 and the first side surface 13 of the main body portion 10 was broken was measured. In the measurement of the comparative example, the fixed position of the clip is the main body portion in which the unbonded portion of the end portion 21 of the test piece is arranged in the clip located below and the end portion 21 is joined to the clip located above. 10 (wrapping film) was arranged.

Hereinafter, Examples and Comparative Examples will be described.

Figure 0007050552000001
Figure 0007050552000001

From Table 1, in the packaging bag 100 in which the handle portion 20 is provided with the folded portion 30 in which a part of the band-shaped film BF is folded and the temporary fixing portion 40 for temporarily fixing the folded portion 30. In each case, the result of the pendulum test was 〇, the ease of holding was 〇 or ⊚, and the tensile strength was less than 1.5 kgf (Examples 1 to 4).

On the other hand, in the packaging bag 100 in which the handle portion 20 is not provided with the folding portion 30 and the temporary fixing portion 40, the result of the pendulum test is ○ because there is no temporary fixing, but the ease of holding is ×. Yes, the tensile strength exceeded 1.6 kgf (comparative example).

Further, from the results of the tensile test, the force required to release the temporary fixing in Examples 1 to 4 was smaller than the force at which the joint portion between the handle portion and the main body portion was broken (comparative example). ..

From these results, if it is not intended, it is possible to form a folded part in which a part of the band-shaped film is folded in the handle part of the packaging bag, and to form a temporary fixing part to be joined in the thickness direction to the folded part. It was found that the temporary fixing of the folded part is not released, and the temporary fixing of the folded part can be released only when it is intended (a packaging bag that is easy to carry can be obtained). It was also found that the temporary fixing of this folded part can be released with a weak force.

Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments, and various modifications and changes can be made within the scope of the invention described in the claims. ..
