Claims (5)
- 可変容量型の液圧回転機であって、
ハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに回転可能に軸支された回転軸と、
前記回転軸回りに間隔をおいて配置された複数のシリンダを含み、前記回転軸と一体的に前記回転軸の中心軸回りに回転するシリンダブロックと、
前記シリンダブロックの前記複数のシリンダにそれぞれ収容され、前記シリンダブロックの回転に伴って前記シリンダ内を前記回転における軸方向に沿って往復運動する複数のピストンと、
前記回転軸の回転における径方向の外側に向かって凸状の球面形状を備えたブッシュ外周面を含み、前記回転軸とともに前記中心軸回りに回転可能なように前記回転軸に支持されたリテーナブッシュと、
前記ブッシュ外周面に対向して配置される凹状の球面形状を備えたリテーナ内周面を含み、前記回転軸と直交する軸心回りに揺動可能なように前記リテーナブッシュに支持されたリテーナと、
前記軸方向に延びるように配置され、前記複数のピストンと前記リテーナとをそれぞれ接続し、前記複数のピストンの前記中心軸回りの回転に連動して前記リテーナを前記中心軸回りに回転させる複数のピストンロッドと、
前記シリンダブロックとは前記軸方向の反対側において前記リテーナに対向して配置され、前記軸心回りに揺動可能なように前記ハウジングに支持された斜板と、
前記軸方向において前記斜板と前記リテーナとの間に介在され、前記リテーナが前記斜板に対して前記中心軸回りに回転可能なように前記リテーナを支持するスラストベアリングと、
前記斜板を前記軸心回りに揺動させることで、前記リテーナ内周面と前記ブッシュ外周面とを相対的に変位させながら前記スラストベアリングを介して前記リテーナを前記軸心回りに揺動させ、前記ピストンの前記往復運動における前記軸方向の移動量を調整する傾転調整機構と、
を有し、
前記リテーナブッシュは、前記ブッシュ外周面から前記径方向の外側に向かって突設される突部であって、当該突部における前記径方向外側の方向での先端部が球面形状を備えている、少なくとも一つの突部を有し、
前記リテーナの前記リテーナ内周面には、前記リテーナの前記軸心回りの揺動方向に沿って延び、且つ、前記中心軸と直交する断面で見た場合、凹状の円形形状を有する少なくとも一つの溝部が形成されており、
前記少なくとも一つの突部が前記少なくとも一つの溝部に係合することで、前記リテーナおよび前記リテーナブッシュが前記中心軸回りに一体回転可能であるとともに、前記少なくとも一つの突部が前記少なくとも一つの溝部内を移動しながら、前記リテーナが前記軸心回りに前記リテーナブッシュに対して前記揺動方向に相対的に揺動可能である、液圧回転機。 - 前記少なくとも一つの突部は、前記回転軸の回転方向に沿って互いに間隔をおいて配置される複数の突部を含み、
前記少なくとも一つの溝部は、前記回転方向に沿って互いに間隔をおいて配置される複数の溝部を含む、請求項1に記載の液圧回転機。 - 前記複数の溝部は、前記中心軸と直交する断面で見た場合、凹状の円形形状を有し、
前記複数の溝部の前記円形形状の曲率は、前記複数の突部の先端部の前記球面形状の曲率と同じに設定されている、請求項2に記載の液圧回転機。 - 前記複数の突部は、前記中心軸回りに等間隔で配置された、偶数個の前記突部からなり、
前記複数の溝部は、前記中心軸回りに等間隔で配置された、前記複数の突部と同じ数の前記溝部からなる、請求項2または3に記載の液圧回転機。 - 前記複数のピストンは、前記中心軸回りに等間隔で配置された、奇数個の前記ピストンからなり、
前記複数のピストンロッドは、前記中心軸回りに等間隔で配置された、前記複数のピストンと同じ数の前記ピストンロッドからなる、請求項4に記載の液圧回転機。
