Claims (12)
- 眼科用手術システムであって、
網膜裂孔を囲む網膜に接着されたときに流体が網膜下空間に浸透するのを防ぐことにより目の前記網膜裂孔をシールするような大きさおよび形にされた生物分解性パッチであって、前記パッチは、前記網膜裂孔の大きさおよび形に応じた大きさおよび形にされており、前記パッチは、基体とされており、該基体に配置された材料を有する、生物分解性パッチと、
前記目における切込みを通過するために、内側において、前記パッチが、折り畳まれ、巻かれ、及び/又は、巻き収められた状態で配置されたカニューレを含む送達デバイスであって、前記送達デバイスが、折り畳まれ、巻かれ、及び/又は、巻き収められた状態の前記パッチを前記目の硝子体腔内で展開させるように作動可能であり、前記パッチは、前記網膜裂孔を取り囲む網膜に接着されたときに、前記網膜裂孔を完全にシールするような大きさ及び形にされている、送達デバイスと、
前記パッチを前記網膜に貼り付けるために前記パッチ上に配置された生物適合性接着剤と、
を含む眼科用手術システム。 - 前記パッチが、ハイドロゲル、生物学的材料、エラストマー性ポリマー、架橋剤、または硬化剤の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記接着剤が液体への露出時に活性化される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記接着剤が光への露出時に活性化される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記硝子体腔内への挿入のための大きさおよび形にされたアプリケータであって、前記パッチが前記網膜に位置付けられている間に前記接着剤を前記パッチの少なくとも外周に塗布するように構成されたアプリケータをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記送達デバイスが、前記カニューレに結合された本体であって、ユーザが把持するための大きさおよび形にされた本体をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記送達デバイスが、前記カニューレ内に移動可能に配置されたシャフトを含み、前記シャフトが、前記シャフトの移動時に前記パッチを前記カニューレから出すように構成される、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記シャフトが、前記シャフトの移動を制御する作動制御部に結合される、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記作動制御部が、前記送達デバイスの前記本体に配置される、請求項8に記載のシステム。

本体と、前記本体に結合されたカニューレと、前記カニューレ内に移動可能に配置されたシャフトとを含む送達デバイスであって、前記カニューレが、目の硝子体腔に挿入されるような大きさおよび形にされた、送達デバイスと、
網膜裂孔を取り囲む網膜に接着されたときに前記網膜裂孔を完全にシールするような大きさおよび形にされた生物分解性パッチであって、前記パッチは、前記網膜裂孔の大きさおよび形に応じた大きさおよび形にされており、前記目における切込みを通過するために、前記カニューレ内に、折り畳まれ、巻かれ、及び/又は、巻き収められた状態で配置され、前記シャフトの作動時、前記パッチが前記カニューレから出されて前記硝子体腔に入り、前記パッチが広げられた状態へ調整可能とされており、前記パッチは、基体とされており、該基体に配置された材料を有する、生物分解性パッチと、
前記パッチを前記網膜に貼り付けるために前記パッチ上に配置された生物適合性接着剤と、を含んでおり、
前記送達デバイスは、折り畳まれ、巻かれ、及び/又は、巻き収められた状態の前記パッチを前記目の前記硝子体腔内で展開させるように作動可能とされている、眼科用手術システム。 - 前記パッチは、透明である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記パッチは、透明である、請求項10に記載のシステム。
