図7に示すように、本実施例にて提供される無接着剤横継ぎ合わせ圧密機器及び無接着剤横継ぎ合わせ圧密方法は、少なくとも以下のステップを含む。

対照例4−6にて提供される無接着剤横継ぎ合わせ圧密機器及び無接着剤横継ぎ合わせ圧密方法は、パラメータという点で実施例4−6と異なり、具体的なパラメータを表6に示している。
実施例1−6、対照例1−6の板材と対照群(中国特許CN203331154Uにて提案された竹材質の横継ぎ合わせ板材の構造)は、いずれも国際規格GB/T5849−2006に規定されるように、UH4204木材試験機を用いて各群の板材について含浸剥離性と表面接着強度を測定し、各群において5本の平行なサンプルにした結果を平均し、その結果を表8に示している。

Claims (7)
- 横継ぎ合わせ圧密方法であって、少なくとも、
(1)いくつかの横継ぎ合わせ板を平面上に順次並べ、隣接する2枚の前記横継ぎ合わ せ板の間に樹脂フィルムを挟持し、隣接する2枚の横継ぎ合わせ板の接触面が平面に対して45−90°の角度をなすようにして配列板を製造するステップと、
(2)前記配列板の水平方向に1.5−2MPaの第1の作用力F1を加えるステップと、
(3)前記配列板を60−170℃に加熱し、前記配列板の垂直方向に0.7MPa以上の第2の作用力F2を加え、圧力を8−10min保持するステップと、
(4)F2を保持した状態で、F1をF3まで増大させ、F3は2.5−4MPaとし、配列板の温度が40−70℃に下がるまで圧力を保持するステップと、を含む
ことを特徴とする横継ぎ合わせ圧密方法。 - 前記配列板を60−170℃に加熱する前に予備加圧と予備加熱を行い、前記予備加圧において前記配列板の水平方向に予備圧力0.1−0.2MPaのF0を加えて予備加熱を行い、予備加熱温度を50−55℃とし、12−20min温度を保持し、前記樹脂フィルムの厚みを0.1−0.38mmとし、前記樹脂フィルムの使用量を14−18g/m2とする
請求項1に記載の横継ぎ合わせ圧密方法。 - 前記横継ぎ合わせ板が前記樹脂フィルムと接触する側壁の粗さは0.2−0.5μmである
請求項2に記載の横継ぎ合わせ圧密方法。 - 前記配列板における全ての前記横継ぎ合わせ板が並列に並べ、前記横継ぎ合わせ板が前記樹脂フィルムに接触する側壁と水平面とのなす角度αが86°<α<90°を満たす
請求項1に記載の横継ぎ合わせ圧密方法。 - 複数の順番通りに並んだ前記横継ぎ合わせ板の一端または両端に縦継ぎ合わせ板がさらに設けられ、前記横継ぎ合わせ板と前記縦継ぎ合わせ板との間に樹脂フィルムが設けられ、前記横継ぎ合わせ板と前記縦継ぎ合わせ板の木目方向が同じである
請求項1に記載の横継ぎ合わせ圧密方法。 - 前記配列板における全ての前記横継ぎ合わせ板と水平面とのなす角度θがいずれも20°<θ<70°を満たし、前記配列板の加熱温度を130−150℃とし、昇温速度を10−15℃/sとし、前記樹脂フィルムの使用量を8−10g/m 2 とする
請求項1に記載の横継ぎ合わせ圧密方法。 - 前記配列板は、加圧時に水平面に対して10−80°の角度をなす
