Claims (19)
- 直列に接続された複数の蓄電セルの充放電を管理する管理装置であって、
前記複数の蓄電セルの電圧を均等化させる均等化部と、
(a)前記複数の蓄電セルと、(b−1)前記複数の蓄電セルの電力を利用する負荷又は(b−2)前記複数の蓄電セルを充電する充電装置との間の電気的な接続を切断又は切り替えることなく、(i)前記複数の蓄電セルの電力を、前記負荷及び前記充電装置とは異なる外部機器に送る、又は、(ii)前記外部機器から前記複数の蓄電セルに供給される電力を受け取る送受電部と、
を備える、管理装置。 - 前記外部機器は、
(a)前記複数の蓄電セルと、(b−1)前記負荷又は(b−2)前記充電装置との間に配され、前記複数の蓄電セルと直列に接続される1以上の蓄電セル、

前記命令生成部は、(i)前記送電動作を停止する蓄電装置の前記送受電部に、送電動作を停止させるための命令、及び、(ii)前記受電動作を停止する蓄電装置の前記送受電部に、受電動作を停止させるための命令の少なくとも一方を生成する、
