Description
前記ポリイソシアネートの前記イソシアネート基を前記第一の単量体の前記活性水酸基と反応させてウレタン基を生成することで、ポリウレタンアクリレートが得られることと、
紫外線照射により前記第一の塗料と第二の塗料を硬化させ、前記ポリウレタン弾性基材の前記表面において硬化層を形成することと、
を含むゴムスクレーパの製造方法。
前記表面において第一の塗料を施してから、前記第一の塗料の施された前記表面において第二の塗料を施すこと、あるいは、
前記表面において第二の塗料を施してから、前記第二の塗料の施された前記表面において第一の塗料を施すことを含む。
前記表面に付着した余分な塗料を除去することをさらに含む。
前記ポリウレタン弾性基材の少なくとも一部の表面に設けられた硬化層とを含み、
前記硬化層は少なくとも一部が前記表面から前記ポリウレタン弾性基材に浸透して、少なくとも一部の前記ポリウレタン弾性基材と複合しており、前記硬化層はポリウレタンアクリレートが硬化したものであるゴムスクレーパ。
ポリウレタン弾性基材の少なくとも一部の表面において、イソシアネート基末端型のポリイソシアネート及び第一の溶媒という成分を含む第一の塗料と、活性水酸基を含んだアクリレート単量体及びメタクリレート単量体の少なくとも一方である第一の単量体、光開始剤、並びに第二の溶媒という成分を含む第二の塗料と、を段階的に施すことと、
前記ポリイソシアネートの前記イソシアネート基を前記第一の単量体の前記活性水酸基と反応させてウレタン基を生成することで、ポリウレタンアクリレートが得られることと、
紫外線照射により前記第一の塗料と第二の塗料を硬化させ、前記ポリウレタン弾性基材の前記表面において硬化層を形成することと、
を含むゴムスクレーパの製造方法を提供する。
ゴム基材は、ポリウレタンプレポリマーと架橋鎖延長剤とを混合し遠心機に流し込んで硬化成形を行うことで製造可能である。具体的には、ポリウレタンプレポリマー(I)(大日本インキ化学工業製、タイプ:CPU−P78T、NCO%:7.9ないし8.1%)と2,2’−(m−フェニレンビスオキシ)ジエタノール(J)及びトリメチロールプロパン(K)について90℃でそれぞれ加熱と真空脱気を行い、I:J:Kを87:11:2の割合で混合して撹拌し、さらに混合液を予め150℃に加熱された遠心成形機に流し込んで1時間反応させることで、厚さ2ミリメートル(mm)のポリウレタン弾性体シート材が得られる。ポリウレタン弾性体シート材を常温環境で三日間養生させ、それぞれ240mm×40mm×2mmの矩形シート(PU−1)及び同心円の中心孔を有する円形シート(PU−2)として裁断し、中心孔の内径を10mm、円形シートの外径を180mmとした。
ポリイソシアネート1(NCO−1):市販のイソシアネート基末端プレポリマー(東ソー株式会社製、タイプ:Coronate 1333)をNCO−1とする。NCO−1中のNCOの含有量が26.1%である。
活性水酸基を持つペンタエリスリトールトリアクリレート(新中村化学工業株式会社製、タイプ:A−TMN−3LM−N)を第一の単量体(AC−1)とする。
第一の溶媒はシクロヘキサノン(溶媒−1)又はブチルアセテート(溶媒−2)とされ、第二の溶媒はシクロヘキサノン(溶媒−1)とされる。
下記の各実施例と比較例における光開始剤はいずれも2.2−ジメチル−α−ヒドロキシエタノン(南京瓦力化工科技有限公司製、タイプ:1173)と(2,4,6−トリメチルベンゾイル)ジフェニルホスフィンオキシド(南京瓦力化工科技有限公司製、タイプ:TPO)との混合物とされる。
ポリイソシアネート中のNCO基と第一の単量体中のOHとの反応を促進するために、下記の各実施例と比較例のいずれにおいても触媒であるジラウリン酸ジブチルスズ(DBTDL)が添加される。
NCO−1と溶媒−1を30:70の割合で混合して、第一の塗料が得られる。AC−1、AC−2、光開始剤、DBTDL及び溶媒−1を45:30:5:0.5:19.5の割合で混合して、第二の塗料が得られる。
NCO−1と溶媒−2とを30:70の割合で混合して、第一の塗料が得られる。AC−1、AC−2、光開始剤、DBTDL及び溶媒−1を60:25:5:0.5:9.5の割合で混合して、第二の塗料が得られる。
NCO−2と溶媒−1とを40:60の割合で混合して、第一の塗料が得られる。AC−1、AC−2、光開始剤、DBTDL及び溶媒−1を60:25:5:0.5:9.5の割合で混合して、第二の塗料が得られる。
NCO−2と溶媒−2とを40:60の割合で混合して、第一の塗料が得られる。AC−1、AC−2、光開始剤、DBTDL及び溶媒−1を45:30:5:0.5:19.5の割合で混合して、第二の塗料が得られる。
ポリウレタン弾性基材PU−1とPU−2を処理せずにそのまま耐摩耗試験サンプルとする。
ポリウレタン弾性基材PU−1とPU−2の表面に第二の塗料のみを施す。具体的には、AC−1、AC−2、光開始剤、DBTDL及び溶媒−1を45:30:5:0.5:19.5の割合で混合して、第二の塗料が得られる。
ポリウレタン弾性基材PU−1とPU−2の表面に第一の塗料のみを施す。具体的には、NCO−1と溶媒−1とを30:70の割合で混合して、第一の塗料が得られる。
NCO−3と溶媒−2とを30:70の割合で混合して、第一の塗料が得られる。AC−1、AC−2、光開始剤、DBTDL及び溶媒−1を45:30:5:0.5:19.5の割合で混合して、第二の塗料が得られる。
NCO−3と溶媒−2とを40:60の割合で混合して、第一の塗料が得られる。AC−1、AC−2、光開始剤、DBTDL及び溶媒−1を60:25:5:0.5:9.5の割合で混合して、第二の塗料が得られる。
NCO−4と溶媒−2とを20:80の割合で混合して、第一の塗料が得られる。AC−1、AC−2、光開始剤、DBTDL及び溶媒−1を45:30:5:0.5:19.5の割合で混合して、第二の塗料が得られる。
実施例1ないし4及び比較例1ないし6によるサンプルのゴム基材と硬化層のショアA硬度を標準方法で計測し、両者間の硬度差を計算した。

回転積算値:20000回
試験前後での試験サンプルの重量変化の百分率を計算し、結果を表1に示した。
Claims (17)
- ポリウレタン弾性基材の少なくとも一部の表面において、イソシアネート基末端型のポリイソシアネート及び第一の溶媒という成分を含む第一の塗料と、活性水酸基を含んだアクリレート単量体及びメタクリレート単量体の少なくとも一方である第一の単量体、光開始剤、並びに第二の溶媒という成分を含む第二の塗料と、を段階的に施すことと、
前記ポリイソシアネートの前記イソシアネート基を前記第一の単量体の前記活性水酸基と反応させてウレタン基を生成することで、ポリウレタンアクリレートが得られることと、
紫外線照射により前記第一の塗料と第二の塗料を硬化させ、前記ポリウレタン弾性基材の前記表面において硬化層を形成することと、
を含み、
前記ポリイソシアネート中のNCOの質量百分率が5%ないし30%である
ことを特徴とするゴムスクレーパの製造方法。 - 前記ポリイソシアネートはイソシアネート単量体とポリマーポリオールとが反応したプレポリマーであり、前記ポリマーポリオールの数平均分子量が8000よりも小さい又はそれと等しいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のゴムスクレーパの製造方法。
- 前記ポリマーポリオールの数平均分子量が200ないし4000であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のゴムスクレーパの製造方法。
- 前記ポリマーポリオールはポリエーテルポリオール及びポリエステルポリオールの少なくとも一方を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のゴムスクレーパの製造方法。
- 前記ポリマーポリオールの官能価が2ないし5であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のゴムスクレーパの製造方法。
- 前記ポリイソシアネートと第一の溶媒との重量比が90:10ないし10:90であり、前記第一の単量体と第二の溶媒との重量比が70:30ないし95:5であってもよいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のゴムスクレーパの製造方法。
- 前記第二の塗料は、活性水酸基を含んでいないアクリレート単量体及びメタクリレート単量体の少なくとも一方である第二の単量体をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のゴムスクレーパの製造方法。
- 前記ポリウレタン弾性基材の少なくとも一部の表面において第一の塗料と第二の塗料を段階的に施すことは、
前記表面において第一の塗料を施してから、前記第一の塗料の施された前記表面において第二の塗料を施すこと、又は、
前記表面において第二の塗料を施してから、前記第二の塗料の施された前記表面において第一の塗料を施すことを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のゴムスクレーパの製造方法。 - 前記第一の塗料と第二の塗料の一方を施した後であって他方を施す前においては、
前記表面に付着した余分な塗料を除去することをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のゴムスクレーパの製造方法。 - 前記施すことは、前記ポリウレタン弾性基材の前記表面について前記第一の塗料と第二の塗料にてそれぞれ浸漬塗装を行うことであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のゴムスクレーパの製造方法。
- 前記ポリウレタン弾性基材は、前記第一、第二の塗料における含浸時間がそれぞれ1分ないし60分であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のゴムスクレーパの製造方法。
- 前記紫外線照射により前記イソシアネート基と前記活性水酸基とを反応させることは、前記ポリウレタンアクリレートの硬化と同一の紫外線照射工程において行われることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のゴムスクレーパの製造方法。
- 前記第一の塗料と第二の塗料の少なくとも一方は室温より高い温度環境で施されるものであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のゴムスクレーパの製造方法。
- 前記ポリウレタン弾性基材は作業対象の表面に接触するためのリッジを有し、前記少なくとも一部の表面は前記リッジに隣接することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のゴムスクレーパの製造方法。
- ポリウレタン弾性基材と、
前記ポリウレタン弾性基材の少なくとも一部の表面に設けられた硬化層とを含み、
前記硬化層は少なくとも一部が前記表面から前記ポリウレタン弾性基材に浸透して、少なくとも一部の前記ポリウレタン弾性基材と複合しており、前記硬化層はポリウレタンアクリレートが硬化したものであり、前記ポリウレタンアクリレートがイソシアネート基末端型のポリイソシアネートのイソシアネート基と第一の単量体の活性水酸基とを反応させて得られ、前記第一の単量体が活性水酸基を含んだアクリレート単量体及びメタクリレート単量体の少なくとも一方であり、前記ポリイソシアネート中のNCOの質量百分率が5%ないし30%であることを特徴とするゴムスクレーパ。 - 前記ポリウレタン弾性基材と前記硬化層とが複合した箇所と複合しなかった箇所とのショアA硬度差の値が1%ないし8%であることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載のゴムスクレーパ。
- 前記ポリウレタン弾性基材は、前記硬化層の表面又は前記表面に隣接するリッジを作業対象の表面にて移動させながら付勢可能なようにする役目を果たすものであることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載のゴムスクレーパ。
