Description
Claims (16)
- ブロー成形法で製造型内で充填され閉じられた容器であって、前記容器は、容器体(2)に軸線方向突出部として接続しているスリーブ状の頸状部(4)を有しており、前記頸状部は、当該頸状部(4)の軸心(12)に沿って延びる予め作製された挿入器(8)のための座部(6)をなし、且つ形状内で前記挿入器(8)の外周領域(14)に成形されている、容器において、
前記挿入器に少なくとも1個の密封要素(42;68)が設けられており、前記密封要素は軸心(12)を取り囲む密封領域で頸状部(4)の座部(6)の当接面(38)と協働して密封を形成し、
前記密封要素(42;68)は、挿入器(8)に形成されたリング(42;68)の、前記頸状部(4)の座部(6)の当接面(38)に向けられている縁部によって形成されており、リング形密封要素(42)は、軸線方向に突き出たリブの形をしており、前記密封要素(42;68)は、他の隣接したプラスチックとの間で流体を通さないように前記他の隣接したプラスチックに溶着されていることを特徴とする容器。 - 前記密封要素(42;68)は、挿入器(8)に付属する当該挿入器(8)の形状部分によって形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の容器。
- 前記密封要素(42;68)は、外周領域(14)の、前記座部(6)の当接面(38)に向けられた端部に接続しており、前記端部で挿入器(8)に頸状部(4)が成形されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の容器。
- 前記密封要素(42)はリブ状に形成されて、前記当接面(38)に当接する縁部に向かって次第に細くなる外形を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の容器。
- 前記挿入器(8)に軸線方向に突き出た少なくとも1個の構造部分(46;74)が設けられており、前記構造部分(46;74)は、リング形密封要素(42;68)に対して半径方向内側にずれて、前記密封要素を越えて容器体(2)に向かって延びていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の容器。
- 前記軸線方向に突き出た少なくとも1個の構造部分は、容器体(2)に向かって次第に細くなる同心的な円錐台(46)の形状を有しており、前記円錐台は容器体(2)に対して開いた貫通路(36)を具備していることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の容器。
- 前記挿入器(8)は外周領域(14)の内部に中空円筒(66)を形成し、前記中空円筒の内壁には複数の軸線方向に突き出た構造部分が、周方向に配設された羽根(74)の形で設けられており、前記構造部分は自由な端部領域(76)でカラー部(10)の内側に当接していることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の容器。
- 挿入器(8)の外周領域(14)の容器体(2)と反対に向けられた端部に中空の注射円錐体(28)が接続しており、前記注射円錐体の中空室(30)は円錐台(46)の内腔状の貫通路(36)と整合しており、前記中空室は取出し工程のために穿孔可能な壁部(34)をなすウェブ(32)によって前記貫通路(36)から分離されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の容器。
- 前記挿入器(8)の外周領域(14)に不規則面(24、26;52;54;56;58;72)が存在しており、前記不規則面は、半径方向に低くされた又は高くされた面部分によって互いに分離され、且つリング形密封要素(42)に対して円錐体(28)に向かって軸線方向にずらして配置された表面部分によって形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の容器。
- 前記頸状部(4)の容器体(2)と反対に向けられた端部に、注射円錐体(28)を包囲するオーバーモールド閉鎖キャップ(16)が、頸状部(4)からの離脱を可能にする目標破断箇所(18)を形成するように成形されていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の容器。
- 挿入器(8)には、円錐体(28)の上端部に閉鎖部材(92)を具備する一体成形のオスルアーロック(90)が形成されており、前記閉鎖部材はオーバーモールド閉鎖キャップ(16)と結合され、円錐体を開くために前記オーバーモールド閉鎖キャップと一緒に分離する際には前記オスルアーロック(90)の端部に設けた分離箇所(91)で分離可能であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の容器。
- 前記閉鎖部材(92)は、円錐体(28)から軸線方向で離れる方向に延びている条片(93)を具備しており、前記条片は成形されたねじ回しレバーとして働く把持部(82、84)の領域でオーバーモールド閉鎖キャップ(16)に組み込まれていることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の容器。
- 前記挿入器(8)は少なくとも2種類の材料から形成されており、それらのうち少なくとも1種類は低温で軟化可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の容器。
- 軟化可能な材料は、容器体のポリマー材料との高い付着性を有する熱可塑性ポリマーであること、及び別の材料は軟化温度が高いポリマーからなることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の容器。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の容器を製造するために設けられた方法において、前記挿入器(8)の密封要素(42;68)をブロー成形装置(97、99)に入れる前エネルギー処理を施すことを特徴とする方法。
- 挿入器(8)をブロー成形装置(97、99)に入れる工程は、最初に軸線方向押圧力のみを加えて前記頸状部(4)の座部(6)への密封要素(42;68)の融着を保証し、次に遅れて頭部割り型(97)を閉じることによって半径方向力を加えて外周領域(14)の不規則面(24、26;52;54;56;58;72)との噛み合いを達成することを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の方法。
