Claims (5)
- 車体(16)に固定されるハウジング(18)の内部に弾性部材(20)を収納した防振マウント(17)と、一端が駆動源(11)に固定されるブラケット(22)とを備え、前記弾性部材(20)に設けたブラケット接続部(21)の内部に前記ブラケット(22)の他端が嵌合する駆動源の支持構造であって、
前記ブラケット接続部(21)の前壁(21c)と前記ハウジング(18)の前部ストッパ面(18d)との前後方向間隙(α)よりも、前記ブラケット接続部(21)の後壁(21d)と前記ハウジング(18)の後部ストッパ面(18e)との前後方向間隙(β)が小さく設定され、
前記ブラケット接続部(21)は、前記前壁(21c)の前後方向肉厚(T1)よりも前記後壁(21d)の前後方向肉厚(T2)が大きく設定されていることを特徴とする駆動源の支持構造。 - 前記ブラケット接続部(21)の前記後壁(21d)は後方に向けて断面積が減少することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の駆動源の支持構造。
- 前記ハウジング(18)の上面に質量体(28)が載置され、前記質量体(28)の前部および後部が締結部材(29,30)で前記ハウジング(18)に締結されることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の駆動源の支持構造。
- 車体(16)に固定されるハウジング(18)の内部に弾性部材(20)を収納した防振マウント(17)と、一端が駆動源(11)に固定されるブラケット(22)とを備え、前記弾性部材(20)に設けたブラケット接続部(21)の内部に前記ブラケット(22)の他端が嵌合する駆動源の支持構造であって、
前記ブラケット接続部(21)の前壁(21c)と前記ハウジング(18)の前部ストッパ面(18d)との前後方向間隙(α)よりも、前記ブラケット接続部(21)の後壁(21d)と前記ハウジング(18)の後部ストッパ面(18e)との前後方向間隙(β)が小さく設定され、
前記ハウジング(18)の上面に質量体(28)が載置され、前記質量体(28)の前部および後部が締結部材(29,30)で前記ハウジング(18)に締結されることを特徴とする駆動源の支持構造。 - 前記質量体(28)は前記締結部材(29,30)が貫通する前部締結孔(28c)および後部締結孔(28d)を備え、前記質量体(28)には、前記前部締結孔(28c)および前記後部締結孔(28d)間を車幅方向に連通させる第1凹部(28e)と、前記後部締結孔(28d)の周囲を円弧状に切り欠いた第2凹部(28f)とが形成されることを特徴とする、請求項3または請求項4に記載の駆動源の支持構造。
