Claims (1)
- ラバーチェーファーの上からブチル層及びスキージー層を積層し、前記ブチル層の幅方向端部を前記ラバーチェーファーと前記スキージー層とで挟む工程を有する空気入りタイヤの製造方法において、
前記工程の前に、前記ブチル層及び前記スキージー層の幅方向端部に、前記ブチル層及び前記スキージー層の表面に対して20°以上35°以下となる傾斜を付け、
前記工程において、前記ラバーチェーファーと前記ブチル層との重なり幅を5mm以上20mm以下とし、
前記工程において、前記ブチル層の幅方向端部から前記スキージー層の幅方向端部までの距離を5mm以上20mm以下とする、空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
