Description
なお、主骨材としてシリカ質原料以外の原料としてはアルミナ質原料を併用することもできる。アルミナ質原料としては、電融アルミナ、焼結アルミナ等を用いることができる。ただし、SiO2成分が65質量%未満になると、熱間強度が低下するためアルミナ質原料を多量に添加するのは好ましくない。
Claims (4)
- シリカ質のコークス炉用プレキャストブロック耐火物において、SiO 2 成分を65質量%以上99質量%以下、P2O5成分を0.3質量%以上2質量%以下含有し、
原料配合において、溶融シリカの配合量が65質量%以上、珪石の配合量が17質量%以下、ヒュームドシリカの配合量が0.5質量%以上15質量%以下であり、かつ、シリカ質原料の粒度構成は、1mm以上の粗粒が25質量%以上であることを特徴とするコークス炉用プレキャストブロック耐火物。 - SiO2成分の含有量が80質量%以上99質量%以下である請求項1に記載のコークス炉用プレキャストブロック耐火物。
- 原料配合において、硬化促進剤の配合量が0.05質量%以上1.9質量%以下である請求項1又は2に記載のコークス炉用プレキャストブロック耐火物。
- 結合剤として、セメントを含まない請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のコークス炉用プレキャストブロック耐火物。
