Description
本実施の形態では、図1乃至図4、及び図8を用いて、本発明の一態様に係る二次電池用電極の製造方法及び製造装置について説明する。
本実施の形態では、実施の形態1と異なる製造装置の例を示す。実施の形態1に対してカバーを利用した例である。なお、図3および図4において、実施の形態1に示した図1と同じ個所には同じ符号を用いて説明することとする。
本実施の形態では、前述の実施の形態とは異なる製造装置の例を示す。前述の実施の形態では電気化学反応を促進するため電解液を加熱する例を示しているが、電解液を加熱すると揮発により電解液の成分の割合が変わることがあるので、それを防ぐために冷却器を配置する例を示す。
本実施の形態では、実施の形態3と異なる製造装置の例を示す。実施の形態3に対して冷却器1113の温度を調節できるようにした例を示す。
本実施の形態では、本発明の一態様を用いた蓄電装置の様々な形態について説明する。
図9(A)は、コイン型(単層偏平型)の蓄電池の外観図であり、図9(B)は、その断面図である。
また、蓄電システムの構造例について、図10、図11、図12を用いて説明する。ここで蓄電システムとは、例えば、蓄電装置を搭載した機器を指す。本実施の形態で説明する蓄電システムは、本発明の一態様を用いた蓄電装置である、蓄電池を有する。
本実施の形態では、本発明の一態様を用いた蓄電装置である、可撓性を有する蓄電池を電子機器に実装する例について説明する。
本実施の形態では、蓄電装置を搭載することのできる電子機器の一例を示す。
本実施の形態では、車両に蓄電装置を搭載する例を示す。
本実施の形態では、上記実施の形態で説明した材料を含む電池セルと組み合わせて用いることができる電池制御ユニット(Battery Management Unit:BMU)、及び該電池制御ユニットを構成する回路に適したトランジスタについて、図17乃至図23を参照して説明する。本実施の形態では、特に直列に接続された電池セルを有する蓄電装置の電池制御ユニットについて説明する。

- アルカリ金属又はアルカリ土類金属をキャリアイオンとする電池に適用される第1の電極を製造するための装置であって、
容器と、吹き出し口と、制御装置と、カバーと、を有する装置であって、
前記容器は、前記第1の電極および第2の電極を保持する機能と、電解液を溜める機能と、を有し、
前記カバーは、両側に開口部を有する円筒状の形状を有し、
前記吹き出し口は、前記開口部の一方と重なる位置に配置され、
前記吹き出し口は、前記電解液にガスを泡として供給する機能を有し、
前記第1の電極は、シート状の形状を有し、前記開口部の他方にはめ込むように丸めて配置され、
前記制御装置は、前記第1の電極および前記第2の電極に電位を与える機能を有する装置。 - 請求項1において、
