Description
(一実施形態)
一実施形態によるシフトレンジ制御装置を図1〜図9に示す。図1および図2に示すように、シフトレンジ切替システムとしてのシフトバイワイヤシステム1は、モータ10、シフトレンジ切替機構20、パーキングロック機構30、および、シフトレンジ制御装置40等を備える。
上記実施形態では、モータは、DCブラシレスモータである。他の実施形態では、モータは、どのようなモータであってもよい。上記実施形態では、駆動回路であるモータドライバは、3相インバータである。他の実施形態では、駆動回路を、モータ巻線の通電を切替可能などのような回路構成としてもよい。上記実施形態では、SBW−ECUとTM−ECUとエンジンECUとが別々に設けられている。他の実施形態では、例えばSBW−ECUとTM−ECUとが1つのECUで構成されている場合、中間レンジ停止異常時、トルク抑制を内部的に指令するようにしてもよい。エンジンECUについても同様である。

Claims (3)
- 永久磁石を有し、コギングトルクが周期的に発生するモータ(10)の駆動を制御することでシフトレンジを切り替えるシフトレンジ制御装置であって、
前記モータの駆動が伝達される出力軸(15)が各レンジの機能を保証するレンジ保証領域外である中間レンジ領域にて停止する中間レンジ停止異常の発生を検出する異常監視部(55)と、
前記中間レンジ停止異常が発生した場合、自動変速機(5)にかかるトルクの抑制を指令するトルク抑制指令部(56)と、
を備え、
前記モータの回転軸であるモータ軸(105)と前記出力軸との間に設けられる遊びを利用して、付勢部材(25)の付勢力にて係合部材(26)を谷部(221〜224)に落とすことが可能であって、
前記中間レンジ停止異常は、前記係合部材の山上り中のトルク釣り合い点にてモータオフ故障が生じることで発生するシフトレンジ制御装置。 - 前記トルク抑制指令部は、トランスミッション制御部(60)に、ニュートラル指示を行う請求項1に記載のシフトレンジ制御装置。
- 前記トルク抑制指令部は、エンジン制御部(75)に、エンジントルク抑制指示を行う請求項1または2に記載のシフトレンジ制御装置。
