Claims (4)
- 一対の相手側部材間で所定の減速比で回転力を伝達するための歯車装置であって、
一方の相手側部材に固定可能な外筒であって、その内周面に当該外筒の軸方向に延びる複数のピン溝が形成された外筒と、
前記外筒の前記複数のピン溝にそれぞれ嵌合された複数の内歯ピンと、
前記外筒の内部に収納され、他方の相手側部材に固定可能なキャリアと、
前記キャリアに回転自在に支持されたクランク軸と、
前記内歯ピンと噛み合う外歯を有し、前記クランク軸の回転に連動して前記外歯が前記内歯ピンに噛み合いながら揺動する揺動歯車と、
前記内歯ピンの軸方向の移動を規制する規制部材とを備え、
前記規制部材は、前記外筒の軸方向外側に取り付けられており、
前記規制部材を前記外筒の前記軸方向を向く端面に固定するボルトをさらに備え、
前記規制部材は、前記外筒の軸方向両側の前記端面にそれぞれ配置された第1の規制部材および第2の規制部材を含み、
前記第1の規制部材は、前記ボルトの軸部が挿入可能な貫通孔を有し、
前記第2の規制部材は、前記ボルトの軸部の先端に形成されたおねじ部に螺合することが可能なめねじ穴を有し、
前記ボルトは、前記軸部が前記貫通孔に挿入されると共に前記おねじ部が前記めねじ穴に螺合するように取り付けられており、
前記外筒の前記軸方向を向く端面には、凹部が形成され、
前記規制部材は、前記凹部に嵌合する凸部を有し、
前記外筒の前記端面における前記凹部よりも前記外筒の半径方向外側の位置において前記凹部と隣接するように配置され、前記外筒における前記半径方向外側への液体の洩れを防ぐシール部材をさらに備えている、
ことを特徴とする歯車装置。 - 前記外筒の軸方向の長さは、前記内歯ピンの長さと同じになるように設定されている、請求項1に記載の歯車装置。
- 前記規制部材は、リング状である、
請求項1または2に記載の歯車装置。 - 前記クランク軸の端部に固定された伝達歯車をさらに備え、
前記ボルトの頭部は、前記外筒の前記端面のうち前記伝達歯車と反対側の端面に配置されている、
請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の歯車装置。
