Claims (12)
- 気体過酸化水素の供給装置と、
帯状フィルムが通り、前記供給装置から気体過酸化水素が供給される滅菌チャンバーと、
前記滅菌チャンバーの下流に位置し、前記帯状フィルムが通る換気チャンバーと、
前記換気チャンバーの換気を行う換気装置と、
前記換気チャンバーの下流に位置する充填包装チャンバーであって、前記帯状フィルムを袋状のフィルム包装袋に成形するフィルム成形装置と、前記フィルム包装袋内に内容物を充填する充填装置と、備えた充填包装チャンバーと、
前記滅菌チャンバーの上流側で前記滅菌チャンバーに隣接し、前記帯状フィルムが通り、前記換気装置によって換気される前室と、
前記供給装置を前記滅菌チャンバーと接続する第1の管路と、
前記第1の管路から分岐する第2の管路と、
外気を前記換気チャンバーと前記充填包装チャンバーとに導入し、前記第2の管路が合流する第3の管路と、を有する、無菌充填包装機。 - 前記第3の管路上に設けられ、前記外気をろ過するフィルターを有し、
前記第2の管路は前記フィルターの入口側で前記第3の管路に合流している、請求項1に記載の無菌充填包装機。 - 前記第2の管路に設けられた弁と、前記弁を制御する制御部と、を有し、
前記制御部は、気体過酸化水素が前記第2の管路と前記第3の管路とを通って前記換気チャンバーと前記充填包装チャンバーとに供給される立ち上げ時滅菌工程と、外気が前記第3の管路を通って前記換気チャンバーと前記充填包装チャンバーとに供給される生産時滅菌工程とを切り替えるように、前記弁の開閉を制御する、請求項1または2に記載の無菌充填包装機。 - 前記前室の上流側に前記帯状フィルムに口栓を取り付ける口栓取付装置を有する、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の無菌充填包装機。
- 気体過酸化水素の供給装置と、
帯状フィルムが通り、前記供給装置から気体過酸化水素が供給される滅菌チャンバーと、
前記滅菌チャンバーの下流に位置し、前記帯状フィルムが通る換気チャンバーと、
前記換気チャンバーの換気を行う換気装置と、
前記換気チャンバーの下流に位置する充填包装チャンバーであって、前記帯状フィルムを袋状のフィルム包装袋に成形するフィルム成形装置と、前記フィルム包装袋内に内容物を充填する充填装置と、備えた充填包装チャンバーと、
前記滅菌チャンバーの上流側で前記滅菌チャンバーに隣接し、前記帯状フィルムが通り、前記換気装置によって換気される前室と、
前記前室の上流側に前記帯状フィルムに口栓を取り付ける口栓取付装置と、
前記前室の入口、前記前室と前記滅菌チャンバーの間、前記滅菌チャンバーと前記換気チャンバーの間、及び前記換気チャンバーと前記充填包装チャンバーの間の少なくともいずれかに位置するゲートと、を有し、
各ゲートはゲート板と、前記ゲート板に付勢力を与え前記ゲート板を閉鎖する弾性体と、を有し、前記ゲート板は移動する前記口栓の押圧力によって、前記付勢力に抗して開放させられ、前記口栓を通過させる、無菌充填包装機。 - 前記充填包装チャンバーは前記換気装置によって換気される、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の無菌充填包装機。
- 前記前室にヒーターが設けられている、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の無菌充填包装機。
- 気体過酸化水素の供給装置と、
帯状フィルムが通り、前記供給装置から気体過酸化水素が供給される滅菌チャンバーと、
前記滅菌チャンバーの下流に位置し、前記帯状フィルムが通る換気チャンバーと、
前記換気チャンバーの換気を行う換気装置と、
前記換気チャンバーの下流に位置する充填包装チャンバーであって、前記帯状フィルムを袋状のフィルム包装袋に成形するフィルム成形装置と、前記フィルム包装袋内に内容物を充填する充填装置と、備えた充填包装チャンバーと、を有し、
前記気体過酸化水素の供給装置は、過酸化水素の気化装置と、前記気化装置から供給される気化された過酸化水素を外気と混合する混合器と、を有し、
前記混合器は、前記外気が流れる母管と、前記気化装置に接続され、前記母管の内部を前記母管との接続部から前記滅菌チャンバーに向かって屈曲する屈曲配管と、を有する、無菌充填包装機。 - 前記供給装置は、外気を前記混合器に供給する第4の管路を有し、前記第4の管路上にヒーターが設けられている、請求項8に記載の無菌充填包装機。
- 前記滅菌チャンバーの外壁の少なくとも一部にヒーターが設けられている、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の無菌充填包装機。
- 前記充填包装チャンバーは、前記フィルム包装袋の内容物が充填された部分を、前記内容物が前記帯状フィルムの進行方向に分離するように加圧するシゴキローラを備えている、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の無菌充填包装機。
- 気体過酸化水素が充填された滅菌チャンバーに帯状フィルムを通すことと、
前記滅菌チャンバーを出た前記帯状フィルムを、換気されている換気チャンバーに通すことと、
前記換気チャンバーを出た前記帯状フィルムを、換気されている充填包装チャンバーに通すことと、
前記充填包装チャンバーで前記帯状フィルムを袋状のフィルム包装袋に成形し、前記フィルム包装袋内に内容物を充填することと、を有し、
前記滅菌チャンバーに前記帯状フィルムを通す前に、前記換気チャンバーと前記充填包装チャンバーが気体過酸化水素で滅菌される、フィルム包装袋への無菌充填方法。
