Description
式中、R1はメチル基又は水素原子、R2及びR3はそれぞれ独立に炭素数1〜22のアルキル基又は水素原子、nは1〜100の整数を表す。
式中、R4はメチル基又は水素原子、R3、R4及びR5はそれぞれ独立に炭素数1〜22のアルキル基又は水素原子、X−は対イオン、mは1〜100の整数を表す。対イオンとしては、水酸化物イオン、ハロゲン化物イオン、硫酸イオン、硝酸イオン、スルホン酸イオン、リン酸イオン、アルコキシイオンが挙げられる。
式中、R8及びR9はそれぞれ独立にメチル基又は水素原子、R10は炭素数1〜22のアルキル基、R11は炭素数2〜4のアルキレン基、xは0〜2000、yは1〜2000、nは1〜100の整数を表す。R10は炭素数1〜18のアルキル基であってもよく、R11は炭素数2のアルキレン基であってもよい。xは0〜1500、yは50〜1500がよく、x及びyは合計で100〜1500になるような数であってもよい。
(水酸基当量)=(低分子ポリオールの分子量)/{(水酸基価)/56×17}
<プライマー組成物P1〜P8の調製>
表1に記載の割合で、ポリオキシアルキレンポリマー1のメチルエチルケトン溶液に、アクリレートポリマー1を添加した後、充分に混合し、プライマー組成物P1〜P3を調製した。また、ポリオキシアルキレンポリマー1に代えて、ポリオキシアルキレンポリマー2を使用した以外は、プライマー組成物P2と同様にして、プライマー組成物P4を調製した。ポリオキシアルキレンポリマー1に代えて、ポリオキシアルキレンポリマー3を使用した以外は、プライマー組成物P2と同様にして、プライマー組成物P5を調製した。ポリオキシアルキレンポリマー1に代えて、ポリオキシアルキレンポリマー4を使用した以外は、プライマー組成物P2と同様にして、プライマー組成物P6を調製した。
プライマー組成物P7として、ポリオキシアルキレンポリマー1をトルエンとイソプロピルアルコール(70:30)の混合溶媒で希釈した溶液を調製した。プライマー組成物P8として、アクリレートポリマー1をトルエンとイソプロピルアルコール(70:30)の混合溶媒で希釈した溶液を調製した。なお、表1中のポリオキシアルキレンポリマー1の量は水酸基当量数で示した。また、プライマー組成物P1〜P8を調製するにあたり、ポリオキシアルキレンポリマー1〜4及びアクリレートポリマー1の濃度の合計が10質量%となるように、メチルエチルケトンの量を調整した。
ポリオキシアルキレンポリマー2:ユニセーフ NKL−9520(商品名,株式会社日油社製)を用いた。ユニセーフ NKL−9520は平均分子量が2500のポリプロピレングリコール・ジステアレートである。
ポリオキシアルキレンポリマー3:UCON−50−HB−400(商品名,ダウケミカル社製)を用いた。UCON−50−HB−400は平均分子量が1230のトリブロックコポリマーであり、オキシエチレンとオキシプロピレンの質量比が50:50(オキシエチレン単位とオキシプロピレン単位の比に換算すると57:43)であるポリオキシエチレンオキシプロピレン・モノブチルエーテルである。
ポリオキシアルキレンポリマー4:ユニルーブ 50MB−72(商品名,株式会社日油社製)を用いた。ユニルーブ 50MB−72は平均分子量が3000のトリブロックコポリマーであり、オキシエチレン単位とオキシプロピレン単位の比が50:50であるポリプロピレングリコール・モノブチルエーテルである。
アクリレートポリマー1:一般式(1)の構造を有するポリメントNK−350(商品名,株式会社日本触媒製)を用いた。
(1)基材へのプライマーのコーティング
可塑化ポリ塩化ビニル製の基材上に、プライマー組成物P1〜P5のいずれかをワイヤーバー(株式会社丸協技研、ワイヤーバー#5)を用いて展延し、オーブンで60℃、2分間加熱することにより、基材表面をプライマー層でコーティングした。
(2)粘着剤組成物の調製
シラノール末端ポリジメチルシロキサン(商品名:TSF451−100M、モメンティブ・パフォーマンス・マテリアルズ・ジャパン合同会社製)100質量部に対し、粘着付与剤としてMQ樹脂(商品名:MQ803TF,Wacker Chemie AG社製)30質量部を加え、シリコーン系粘着剤組成物を調製した。
(3)粘着シートの調製
上記プライマー組成物でコーティングされた可塑化ポリ塩化ビニル製の基材の該プライマー上に、またはプライマーで処理されていない可塑化ポリ塩化ビニル製の基材上に、ナイフコーターを用いて粘着剤層の厚さが50μmになるように、上記シリコーン系粘着剤組成物を展延した。展延されたシリコーン系粘着剤組成物に対して、電子線発生装置CB300を用いて、加速電圧(180keV)の条件で電子線(40KGy)を照射することにより、すぐに粘着剤組成物を硬化し、さらに粘着剤表面にフルオロシリコーンライナー(商品名:K1,株式会社フジコー製)を積層させ、実施例1〜4、比較例1〜3の粘着シートをそれぞれ作製した。
得られた粘着シートの基材の表面に、両面粘着テープ(商品名:ST−416,3M社製)を用いてステンレスプレートを固定させ、フルオロシリコーンライナーを粘着剤層から剥離した後、露出された粘着剤層の表面に、幅1インチのシリコーンテープ(商品名:8403、3M社製)を固定させて積層体を得た。次に、2kgのローラーを用いて、得られた積層体の各層を充分に圧着させた。続いて、圧着された積層体をそれぞれ下記保存条件1〜3で保存した後、上記シリコーンテープを180°の角度、30cm/分の速度で剥離した時のピール強度(N/インチ)及び外観検査について評価した。
保存条件1:温度23℃、7日間
保存条件2:温度70℃(オーブン使用)、7日間
保存条件3:温度65℃(オーブン使用)、相対湿度80%RH、7日間
Claims (2)
- 基材、プライマー層及び放射線で硬化したシリコーン系粘着剤層をこの順に備える粘着シートであって、
前記基材の材質は、ポリ塩化ビニルであり、
前記プライマー層は、窒素含有基を有する(メタ)アクリルポリマーと、ポリオキシアルキレンポリマーと、を含有し、
前記ポリオキシアルキレンポリマーが、ポリプロピレングリコールであるか、又はポリオキシエチレンブロックとポリオキシプロピレンブロックを有し、オキシエチレン単位の質量に対するオキシプロピレン単位の質量が0.25以上であるブロック共重合体である、粘着シート。 - 前記ポリオキシアルキレンポリマーの含有量が、窒素含有基を有する(メタ)アクリルポリマーの含有量に対して、質量基準で、0.1〜10倍である、請求項1に記載の粘着シート。
