Description
Claims (11)
- 冷媒の圧縮空間を形成するシリンダと、
前記シリンダをシェルに固定するフレームと、
前記シリンダの内部で軸方向に往復運動可能に提供されるピストンと、
前記シリンダの前方に提供され、前記冷媒の圧縮空間で圧縮された冷媒を選択的に排出させる吐出バルブと、
前記フレームに結合され、前記吐出バルブを通じて排出された冷媒の吐出空間を有する吐出カバーと、
前記吐出バルブを支持し、前記軸方向への弾性力を提供するバルブスプリングと、
前記バルブスプリングに結合され、前記フレームに支持されて前記吐出バルブで発生する振動を前記フレームに伝達するバルブ支持装置とを含み、
前記バルブ支持装置は、
前記吐出カバーに安着し、リング状を有する支持本体と、
前記支持本体から延長され、前記シリンダまたは前記フレームに締結され、前記支持本体の外周に円周方向に配列される多数のシリンダ支持部とを含む、リニア圧縮機。 - 前記シリンダ支持部は、前記支持本体の外周面から後方に延び、前記シリンダの一面に支持される、請求項1に記載のリニア圧縮機。
- 前記シリンダ支持部は、
締結部材が貫通する第1締結部を含む、請求項1に記載のリニア圧縮機。 - 前記シリンダに形成され、前記締結部材が貫通する第2締結部と、
前記フレームに形成され、前記締結部材が結合される第3締結部とをさらに含む、請求項3に記載のリニア圧縮機。 - 前記バルブスプリングの前方に提供され、前記吐出バルブが移動するときに前記吐出バルブの少なくとも一部分が位置できるバルブ回避溝を有するストッパと、
前記バルブスプリングと前記ストッパとの間に設けられるスペーサをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のリニア圧縮機。 - 前記バルブスプリングは、
板スプリングを含む、請求項1に記載のリニア圧縮機。 - 前記吐出カバーに結合されるカバー結合部と、
前記カバー結合部を支持し、前記シェルに向かって延びる吐出側支持部材をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のリニア圧縮機。 - 冷媒の圧縮空間を形成し、ピストンが挿入されるシリンダ本体及び前記シリンダ本体の前方部に提供され、前方に向かって開口された溝を形成するシリンダフランジを含むシリンダと、
前記シリンダをシェルに固定するフレームと、
前記シリンダの前方に提供され、前記冷媒の圧縮空間で圧縮された冷媒を選択的に排出させる吐出バルブと、
前記フレームに結合され、前記吐出バルブを通じて排出された冷媒の吐出空間を有する吐出カバーと、
前記吐出バルブを支持し、軸方向への弾性力を提供するバルブスプリングと、
前記フレームに支持されるバルブ支持装置を含み、
前記バルブ支持装置は、
前記バルブスプリングに結合されるスプリング結合部と、
前記スプリング結合部から後方に延長され、前記シリンダフランジの開口された溝に挿入されるシリンダ結合部と、
前記スプリング結合部から半径方向に延長されて前記フレームに支持され、前記シリンダフランジの前端部に位置する鍔が備えられるフレーム支持部とを含む、リニア圧縮機。 - 前記吐出カバーは、
前記バルブ支持装置の前方で、前記バルブ支持装置を対向するように配置されるカバー本体と、
前記カバー本体から突出し、前記バルブスプリングの開放量を制限するバルブストッパを含む、請求項8に記載のリニア圧縮機。 - 前記カバー本体は、前記スプリング結合部から設定距離Sだけ離隔するように配置され、前記吐出バルブから前記カバー本体への振動の伝達を制限する、請求項9に記載のリニア圧縮機。
- 前記バルブスプリングは、板スプリングまたはコイルスプリングを含む、請求項8に記載のリニア圧縮機。
