Description
Claims (5)
- 냉매가 유,출입되는 유입관 및 유출관이 양측에 설치된 쉘과,상기 쉘 내부에 설치되는 실린더와,상기 실린더 내부에 왕복 직선 운동하면서 압축공간을 형성하여 냉매를 축방향으로 상기 압축공간에 유입하여 압축시키는 피스톤과,상기 피스톤을 왕복 직선 운동시키는 구동수단과,상기 실리더의 압축공간 끝단에 개폐 가능하게 설치되어 압축된 냉매를 토출시키는 토출밸브 어셈블리와,상기 토출밸브 어셈블리와 유출관 사이에 설치되어 작동시 상기 실린더 및 피스톤과 구동수단의 진동이 상기 쉘로 전달되지 않도록 굴곡지게 형성된 루프 파이프와,상기 루프 파이프의 제1지점과 이와 인접하게 위치된 루프 파이프의 제2지점을 서로 연결하도록 설치되어 진동 전달을 저감시키는 연결수단으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 압축기의 진동저감구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 연결수단은 일단이 상기 루프 파이프의 제1지점에 걸림되는 동시에 타단이 상기 루프 파이프의 제2지점에 걸림되도록 양단에 걸림고리가 형성된 클립인 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 압축기의 진동저감구조.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 클립은 일단에 걸림고리가 상기 루프 파이프의 제1지점을 일방향으로 감도록 형성되고, 타단에 걸림고리가 상기 루프 파이프의 제2지점을 반대방향으로 감도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 압축기의 진동저감구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 연결수단은 일단이 상기 루프 파이프의 제1지점에 걸림되는 동시에 타단이 상기 루프 파이프의 제2지점에 걸림되는 완충 코일 스프링인 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 압축기의 진동저감구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 연결수단은 상기 루프 파이프의 제1지점과 상기 루프 파이프의 제2지점을 여러 번 감아주도록 설치되는 철사인 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 압축기의 진동저감구조.
