Description
エラストマー層を含む2層以上からなる伸縮性積層体であって、
該エラストマー層とその隣接層とが直接に積層されている。
本発明の伸縮性積層体は、エラストマー層を含む2層以上からなる伸縮性積層体である。本発明の伸縮性積層体は、エラストマー層を含む2層以上からなる伸縮性積層体であれば、本発明の効果を損なわない範囲で、エラストマー層以外の他の任意の適切な層を含んでいても良い。このような他の任意の適切な層は、1層のみでも良いし、2層以上でも良い。
エラストマー層としては、本発明の効果を損なわない範囲で、任意の適切なエラストマー層を採用し得る。このようなエラストマー層の主成分となるエラストマー樹脂としては、例えば、オレフィン系エラストマー、スチレン系エラストマー、塩ビ系エラストマー、ウレタン系エラストマー、エステル系エラストマー、アミド系エラストマー等が挙げられる。
本発明の伸縮性積層体は、エラストマー層を含む2層以上からなり、該エラストマー層以外の層としては、好ましくは、不織布層を含む。より好ましくは、エラストマー層の隣接層が不織布層である。
本発明の伸縮性積層体を製造する方法としては、エラストマー層とその隣接層とが直接に積層されている伸縮性積層体が製造できる方法であれば、本発明の効果を損なわない範囲で、任意の適切な製造方法を採用し得る。このような製造方法としては、好ましくは、先に詳細に説明した、エラストマー層とその隣接層とが直接に融着接合される方法であり、より好ましくは、この融着接合が超音波融着接合である。
本発明の伸縮性積層体は、本発明の効果を有効に利用できる任意の適切な物品に用いることができる。すなわち、本発明の物品は、本発明の伸縮性積層体を含む。このような物品としては、代表的には、例えば、衛生用品などが挙げられる。このような衛生用品としては、例えば、おむつ(特に、使い捨ておむつのイヤー部分)、サポーター、マスクなどが挙げられる。
デラミネーション試験は、実施例および比較例にて得られた伸縮性積層体を以下のように行い、評価した。伸縮性積層体をフィルム流れ方向(MD)と垂直方向(CD)が長辺となるよう幅30mm、長さ10cmに切断した。得られた伸縮性積層体をゴム板でチャック間距離50mmになるよう引張試験機(島津製作所製:AG−IS 50kN)にセットし、引張速度300mm/min、移動距離50mm(100%伸長)にて停止した。保持状態にて30分間引張った後、伸縮性積層体を取り出し、不織布の剥がれ(デラミネーション)状況を確認した。
不織布が1cm2以上弾性フィルムから剥離したものを×とし、それ以外を○とした。
通気性は、王研式透気度計(sec/100cc)(旭精工株式会社製、商品名:EG01−7−7MR)を用いて測定した。99999sec/100ccを超えるものについては×と評価し、それ以外は○と評価した。
作製してから1週間室温にて保管した伸縮積層体から発せられる臭気のレベルを以下の評価基準に従って官能評価した。

○:無臭
実施例および比較例において、2種3層(A層/B層/A層)押し出しTダイ成形機を用いてエラストマー層(以下、弾性フィルムとも称す)を押出成形した。その押出温度は以下の条件にて実施した。
A層:200℃
B層:200℃
ダイス温度:200℃
(超音波融着接合)
超音波融着設備(Herrmann社製、装置名:MICROBOND(ULTRABOND48:20))を用い、周波数20kHz(出力強度:1800W)、ライン速度400m/minにて不織布/弾性フィルム/不織布の3層積層状態にて超音波融着ラミネーションを行い、伸縮性積層体を得た。
(ホットメルト粘着剤による接着)
ロール上にて、実施例および比較例に示された弾性フィルムの両面と、実施例および比較例に示されたホットメルト粘着剤をストライプ状(粘着剤層の幅:1mm、間隔:1mm、塗布量:8g/m2)に塗布した不織布とを貼り合わせ、伸縮性積層体を得た。
オレフィン系樹脂(エクソンモービル社製、商品名:ビスタマックス6202):90重量部とオレフィン系樹脂(BOREALIS社製、商品名:Borstar(登録商標)FB2230、LLDPE):10重量部を押出機のA層に、オレフィン系樹脂(エクソンモービル社製、商品名:ビスタマックス6202):65重量部、オレフィン系樹脂(三井化学株式会社製、商品名:タフマーPN−3560):30重量部、白色顔料(酸化チタン、Dupont製、商品名:Ti−Pure R103):5重量部を配合したものを押出機のB層に投入し、A層/B層/A層=9μm/42μm/9μm、計60μmの弾性フィルム(1)を押し出した。
次に、得られた弾性フィルム(1)の両面に不織布(PPカーデッドタイプ、坪量=24gsm)が直接に積層するように、かつ、得られる伸縮性積層体のロールをカットしたときに、両端からそれぞれ10mmの領域A、Bにおいては貫通孔を有さないように完全に接合され、該領域Aと領域Bの間の領域Cにおいては、孔径(直径)1.5mmの貫通孔を8mmピッチで有するように接合されるように、超音波融着接合を行い、伸縮性積層体(1)を得た。
結果を表1に示した。
A層/B層/A層=6.75μm/31.5μm/6.75μm、計45μmの弾性フィルム(2)とした以外は、実施例1と同様に行い、伸縮性積層体(2)を得た。
結果を表1に示した。
不織布(PPカーデッドタイプ、坪量=24gsm)に代えて、不織布(PPスパンレースタイプ、坪量=30gsm)を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様に行い、伸縮性積層体(3)を得た。
結果を表1に示した。
不織布(PPカーデッドタイプ、坪量=24gsm)に代えて、不織布(PPスパンレースタイプ、坪量=30gsm)を用いた以外は、実施例2と同様に行い、伸縮性積層体(4)を得た。
結果を表1に示した。
不織布(PPカーデッドタイプ、坪量=24gsm)に代えて、不織布(PPスパンボンドタイプ、坪量=20gsm)を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様に行い、伸縮性積層体(5)を得た。
結果を表1に示した。
不織布(PPカーデッドタイプ、坪量=24gsm)に代えて、不織布(PPスパンボンドタイプ、坪量=20gsm)を用いた以外は、実施例2と同様に行い、伸縮性積層体(6)を得た。
結果を表1に示した。
オレフィン系樹脂(エクソンモービル社製、商品名:ビスタマックス3000):70重量部とオレフィン系樹脂(BOREALIS社製、商品名:Borstar(登録商標)FB2230、LLDPE):30重量部を押出機のA層に、オレフィン系樹脂(エクソンモービル社製、商品名:ビスタマックス3000):25重量部、オレフィン系樹脂(三井化学株式会社製、商品名:タフマーPN−3560):70重量部、白色顔料(酸化チタン、Dupont製、商品名:Ti−Pure R103):5重量部を配合したものを押出機のB層に投入し、A層/B層/A層=6μm/48μm/6μm、計60μmの弾性フィルム(7)を押し出した。
弾性フィルム(1)に代えて、弾性フィルム(7)を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様に行い、伸縮性積層体(7)を得た。
結果を表1に示した。
オレフィン系樹脂(エクソンモービル社製、商品名:PP9513):100重量部を押出機のA層に、オレフィン系樹脂(エクソンモービル社製、商品名:ビスタマックス6202):65重量部、オレフィン系樹脂(三井化学株式会社製、商品名:タフマーPN−3560):30重量部、白色顔料(酸化チタン、Dupont製、商品名:Ti−Pure R103):5重量部を配合したものを押出機のB層に投入し、A層/B層/A層=6μm/48μm/6μm、計60μmの弾性フィルム(8)を押し出した。
弾性フィルム(1)に代えて、弾性フィルム(8)を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様に行い、伸縮性積層体(8)を得た。
結果を表1に示した。
オレフィン系樹脂(エクソンモービル社製、商品名:PP9513):100重量部を押出機のA層に、SIS系樹脂(日本ゼオン株式会社製、商品名:クインタック3399):95重量部、白色顔料(酸化チタン、Dupont製、商品名:Ti−Pure R103):5重量部を配合したものを押出機のB層に投入し、A層/B層/A層=6μm/48μm/6μm、計60μmの弾性フィルム(9)を押し出した。
弾性フィルム(1)に代えて、弾性フィルム(9)を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様に行い、伸縮性積層体(9)を得た。
結果を表1に示した。
SIS系樹脂(クレイトンポリマー製、商品名:クレイトン D1165 PT):213重量部、粘着付与剤(KOLON社製、商品名:SUKOREZ SU−100 S):619重量部、流動パラフィン(Petro yag製、商品名:White Oil Pharma Oyster259):84重量部、酸化防止剤(BASF製、商品名:Irganox1010):10重量部を配合して、ホットメルト粘着剤(C1)を得た。
実施例1で得られた弾性フィルム(1)の両面にホットメルト粘着剤(C1)を塗布し、不織布(PPカーデッドタイプ、坪量=24gsm)を弾性フィルム(1)の両面に貼り合わせ、伸縮性積層体(C1)を得た。
結果を表2に示した。
SIS系樹脂(日本ゼオン株式会社製、商品名:クインタック3399):100重量部を押出機のA層に、SIS系樹脂(日本ゼオン株式会社製、商品名:クインタック3399):95重量部、白色顔料(酸化チタン、Dupont製、商品名:Ti−Pure R103)5重量部を配合したものを押出機のB層に投入し、A層/B層/A層=9μm/42μm/9μm、計60μmの弾性フィルム(C2)を押し出した。
次に、得られた弾性フィルム(C2)の両面に、比較例1で調製したホットメルト粘着剤(C1)を塗布し、不織布(PPカーデッドタイプ、坪量=24gsm)を弾性フィルム(2)の両面に貼り合わせ、伸縮性積層体(C2)を得た。
結果を表2に示した。
不織布(PPカーデッドタイプ、坪量=24gsm)に代えて、不織布(PPスパンレースタイプ、坪量=30gsm)を用いた以外は、比較例1と同様に行い、伸縮性積層体(C3)を得た。
結果を表2に示した。

Claims (6)
- エラストマー層を含む2層以上からなる伸縮性積層体であって、
該エラストマー層とその隣接層とが直接に融着接合されており、
該融着接合が超音波融着接合である、伸縮性積層体であって、
一方の端部に貫通孔を有さない領域Aを、もう一方の端部に貫通孔を有さない領域Bを有し、該領域Aと該領域Bの間に、該伸縮性積層体の全体を貫通する貫通孔を有する領域Cを有する、伸縮性積層体。 - 前記エラストマー層がオレフィン系エラストマーを含む、請求項1に記載の伸縮性積層体。
- 前記オレフィン系エラストマーがα−オレフィン系エラストマーを含む、請求項2に記載の伸縮性積層体。
- 前記α−オレフィン系エラストマーが、エチレン系エラストマー、プロピレン系エラストマー、1−ブテン系エラストマーから選ばれる少なくとも1種を含む、請求項3に記載の伸縮性積層体。
- 前記隣接層が不織布層である、請求項1から4までのいずれかに記載の伸縮性積層体。
- 請求項1から5までのいずれかに記載の伸縮性積層体を含む、物品。
